One of Thailand’s best-known anti-crime campaigners has been jailed pending trial after cyber police accused him of involvement in an illegal online boxing betting operation that allegedly handled more than $29 million.
Those we think are the motivators to what we are doing are even the accuser that we don't know we should be careful with, someone that is it crusader warning people about the danger of online gambling and other motivational speaking concerning human rights shouldn't be found in situation like this, just keep me wondering if most of the people will see canvas others to do something are actually doing the same thing they are motivating others to do or not to do.
It's very possible and we see that all the time. From our very own experience, they delegated a drug addict to represent the country as the ambassador for national drugs law enforcement agencies, isn't that mind-boggling? The the same who preach against corruption have borrowed, and are still planning to borrow more billion of Dollars, both from world bank and China. It simply means you can do anything but believe that anyone who's behind any type of "rehabilitation, motivation" like you said are necessarily not guilty of the same crime until otherwise proven.
What I said has absolutely nothing to do with the case in the OP. The investigation is still ongoing and since the accused has pled not guilty, let's give it some time to see how it ends.
You guys have a point because we have a situation where good people turn bad, but at the moment the whole accusation is still at the allegation stage, and the man is yet to be proven guilty.
For the record, Atchariya denies the charges and claims it is based on political motivation, while the police say they have financial trails linking him to what he was accused of.
Therefore, until the investigation finishes, the evidence is presented in court, and the jury convicts him, he's still not guilty.
