Binance App Force Update notification

Hi guys sa mga gumagamit ng Binance Apps mayroon din ba kayo naexperience na force update?





Ask ko lang if safe naman ito dahil sa app mismo nanggaling yung downloadable file na need para maupdate yung app ng Binance? Wala bang problema after ng new update like for example sa trading or P2p experiences? Since partnered ang Binance at Blockshoal I think hindi na siguro mahigpit ang paginteract ng mga pinoy sa paggamit ng Binance.

Note I just opened my Binance account app just now. Waiting sa feedback ng mga nakagawa na and pashare naman experience for all na din.

Eto sa experienced ko lang naman before, though hindi sa binance apps po, meron akong inapdate na isang apps labas dito sa crypto business ay nung  nagclick ako sa pag-update may lumabas na ganyan na in which is  FILE MIGHT BE HARMFUL, at inignored ko lang ito as halip tinuloy ko yung pagupdate parin, alam mo sir after 1wik yung mobile device ko nagkaroon ng problema, yung mga emails ko nahacked, mabuti nalang nung time na yun wala pa akong mga digital banks sa mobile device ko.

Kaya yang sa tinatanung mo sir, since na magkaiba naman sila ng app sa naranasan ko, pero parehas ng warning ay pag-isipan mo po munang mabuti, hindi ko sinasabing baka after 1wik magkaroon ng problema sa device mo, ang punto ko lang ay sa aking pagkakaalam ay hindi pa naman talaga nalift ang binance dito sa bansa natin, kaya kung sa opinyon ko lang lalo na kung merong mga important dyan sa device mo ay  mag-ingat po.

Tama ito OP, dapat http://download.binance.com/ ang domain ng source nyan hindi random website based sa experience ko. Yung format ng website URL ay typical na phishing website.

Much better kung redownload mo nlng yung app sa official download website para safe.

Hanggang ngayon hindi pa dn nababalik Binance sa mga official download store kaya sobrang delikado ng ganitong update.

Thanks for sharing the experience. This is really helpful kabayan! Actually waiting ako sa feedback ng mga users dito especially if dun mismo sa tinatanong ko kasi importante din to for security.

Triny ko yung ke Maslate na link nagdirect siya dun sa Binance official pero yung sayo na link boss nagerror siya parang mali daw yung site. Nakakalito naman tong kay Binance.

Suggest ako... Why not download nalang from official website yong app.. I think pag ganyan, ma update na niya yung existing mo app mo..

File name palang di na mapagkakatiwalaan.

Na check mo ba ng maigi OP kung legitimate binance app ang na download mo? Baka fake yan kaya nagka ganyan. Tsaka wag mo nalang talaga subukan mag update at baka malware pa laman nyan at mas lalo kapang mapahamak.

Tsaka kahit may idea ako na ano yan, tinanong ko parin ang Ai para makakuha ng possible inputs dyan sa pinost mo.

At ito ang result.




Always kung ginagamit si Binance at tsaka tinry ko buksan ito ngayon, pero wala naman ganyang update.

Kaya 100% sobrang delikado nyan. Mainam siguro check mo na agad device mo OP baka nagka malware na yan. Do the necessary checks para iwas trouble.

I think that's normal. I remember back when their app was removed in Google Play Store (February 2026 ata yun) at nagkataon na mayroong available update; I was also forced to update the Binance app that I had that way. ^{See quote below}
I even asked their support staff about it, and they confirmed it, too. ^{See quote below}
The only difference now is the link that's given to you, iba 'yung link na binigay nila dati. Most probably, they are using another file hosting site than the one they used before?
Pero just to be safe, what I would suggest is to clarify it with their support staff (just like what I did before). So far, mabilis naman ang response time nila, so you wouldn't have to wait for too long. 

I just opened the app itself sa phone ko, it is still working, pero if you want to update it, it will require you to download an APK.

Clicking within the app's update pop-up will bring you to the link below, so I'm guessing that's a legit APK directly from Binance.

[EDIT] I just got a confirmation from their customer support, they say na if galing mismo sa app yung APK link, it came from an official source.
 I also urged them to make an official announcement about these changes para 'di na tayo mabahala pa.

I got the same notification kahapon about sa need mag update ng app ng Binance pero never ako nagkuha ng warning for installation from my phone bago iupdate yung app. Pagka pindot ko nung update tuloy tuloy lang tapos okay naman na.

Pag mag install lang talaga ng APK dapat galing dito: https://www.binance.com/en-PH/download pero pag update I think it's okay lang naman direct na dun sa bugay nila.
