A 15-year journey is not an easy one. It's a long journey, and I think we're no longer at the beginning, but rather almost in the middle. Current development is very advanced, so much has been done. I don't want to say we're still at the beginning, because many ideas from developers and top officials have already been implemented. There's still a lot to be done, but we now have a strong foundation.

Those who say we're still at the beginning are too late.
Investors can be successful buying Bitcoin at any price, that is how much potential Bitcoin has maintained. Early or late, it doesn't matter, we need to convince ourselves about the profits we can make from Bitcoin, even if we are not as early as those who bought 15 years ago.

Investors now have the hope of Bitcoin reaching $1M all-time high in 10 years, another decade to anticipate Bitcoin's growth, still imagining those who would purchase Bitcoin for this price and hold until we hit the target over the next decade.

We are definitely not early in Bitcoin but we are early, very early in cryptocurrencies (look at market capitalizations, look at the media, look at Bitcointalk – Bitcoin has long been considered a real and credible asset, while others are perceived merely as shitcoins).
Although Bitcoin price is ridiculously high but I will have to agree with you that we are still early. Apart from it's market capitalisation, the years bitcoin has lived is relatively shorter than gold and other top stocks, yet it's price has surpassed them in just 17 year's.  Bitcoin hasn't even gotten to its potential or limit with a very low supply.  Anyone that wants to invest in bitcoin should not be worried about it's current price, just invest what you can afford and with DCA method for you to accumulate consistently. If you are able to hold some reasonable amount of bitcoin after years of accumulation, you will surely make profit out of it.. people are still neglecting bitcoin because they feel that it is too expensive at it s current price 80,000, if  Bitcoin later gets to 200k above then regret kicks in and thry will start questioning themselves why they didn't invest at that 80k price range then.

We may never see Bitcoin's price at its beginning, but if we cannot buy Bitcoin at the current price due to that regret, then today's Bitcoin price can also be a reason for regret in another time. Since the supply of Bitcoin is limited, its demand is constantly increasing. Some consider it an investment tool, while others consider it a store of value because for some it is digital gold. As a decentralized platform and a trusted means of global transactions, Bitcoin has now become the most popular among people, which is why the demand for Bitcoin is now much higher than any other asset. If someone understands the importance of Bitcoin, then he will definitely try to buy Bitcoin according to his ability, no matter what the price of Bitcoin is. Despite Bitcoin's great success, only a few people know about Bitcoin, and a small portion of the world's population has invested in it. Since most people are still out of investments, I think this is a great time to invest.

I think it is definitely still totally fair to say Bitcoin is still in its early stage of adoption.

Sure it's no longer in the "get rich quick" super early stage, but it is nowhere near later stages of adoption.

Pretty easy to point out it is still quite early for Bitcoin:

- Ask random people on the street what they think about Bitcoin. For the people who know what Bitcoin is, almost all of them are gonna say it's a ponzi scheme or some investment fad that faded away a bunch of years ago (after 2017 or after 2021) and nobody cares about it anymore. They have no idea it is continuing to grow and is far larger in adoption than when they think it peaked as a short term bubble.

- Corporate ownership. Sure there was the leading edge of the leading edge in 2020/2021, and the leading edge in 2024/2025. But there's still barely any corporations that have taken the obvious move of putting some of their balance sheets into Bitcoin. Get back to me when all these companies that hold billions of dollars (or the few that hold tens of billions) in cash reserves actually start holding a significant amount of that in Bitcoin to grow their reserves. Not to mention the tons of smaller companies that could increase their financial strength by holding some of their money in bitcoin.

- Govt ownership. El Salvador, what's it been 5 years since it got into Bitcoin, is still the only nation state that buys bitcoin. Get back to me when a couple dozen countries are actively adding or have already added Bitcoin to their national reserves.

And of course at some point enough people will own Bitcoin that it will start to make sense economically for stores to take Bitcoin at point-of-sale. Sure this happens in little communities here and there around the world, but in the vast majority of places in the world nobody has ever seen a place that takes bitcoin. I sure haven't, though one time I came across a place that said they accept tips in bitcoin. This emergence of bitcoin as payment method will necessarily only start to take place once Bitcoin is no longer "early", because that'll mean enough people own it and are ready to spend it for there to be a business reason to accept bitcoin payments.

Most of the world still thinks Bitcoin is some ponzi/fraud/bubble/fad/etc. They think it's some negative thing that was hyped late last decade as has since faded away. Because most people only heard about it during the 2017 bull run and perhaps a bit in 2021 but mostly that year they heard about NFTs and meme tokens. Most people last heard about Bitcoin probably in 2022 with the FTX collapse. And anything they've heard since then is negative media of people still pushing the idea that Bitcoin is some terrible thing, some scam or something, that should be avoided at all costs.

This slows down the adoption of Bitcoin of course. This is the primary reason why Bitcoin doesn't grow by 100% leaps and bounds anymore, because most people have been taught to be afraid of it or think it was a fad that is no longer relevant. But nevertheless Bitcoin continues to grow and make inroads and people here and there who are receptive gradually adopt it. All this negativity basically lengthens out Bitcoin's "early" period, which we are still very much in. A few years ago some people were claiming the world was gonna go through hyperbitcoinization, they'd repeat the phrase "gradually then suddenly" ad nauseam, but in reality the opposite occurred, bitcoin adoption got much more gradual after people had seen their first one or two bear markets, and combined with all the media writing negative things about it constantly, they got too scared to own any bitcoin. It'll keep growing gradually, but for now we are very far away from any normalization of Bitcoin. I'd say it'll probably be another 15-20 years before we can confidently say Bitcoin is no longer "early" and that it has been normalized on society, specifically when the 3 points at the top of my comment have been overcome.

Investors can be successful buying Bitcoin at any price, that is how much potential Bitcoin has maintained.

Success depends on what it means to you and what your goals are. You can't say you've achieved your goal if you were aiming to 100x but only ended up making a 2x or 3x return on your Bitcoin investment.

Early or late, it doesn't matter, we need to convince ourselves about the profits we can make from Bitcoin, even if we are not as early as those who bought 15 years ago.

Nah, buying early makes a huge difference. You and I, along with anyone investing now, will never get another chance to turn $100 or $1k into millions the way early Bitcoin investors did.

Investors now have the hope of Bitcoin reaching $1M all-time high in 10 years, another decade to anticipate Bitcoin's growth, still imagining those who would purchase Bitcoin for this price and hold until we hit the target over the next decade.

That's more than a 10x from here. Not a bad return at all, but compared to what early Bitcoin investors got...we're definitely not early anymore.

We have witnessed this being said for 15 years already and this might be the only place in the cryptospace where much people declare that we are still early.

The skeptical me is thinking that these people here are not holding much bitcoin or they are only wishfully hoping that it is still early.

So far, Bitcoin is no longer as bullish as it were in the early days, but this doesn't mean investors are no longer making profit from it. Bitcoin has grown so massively within this period of about 15 years, and above, and has also surpassed some other digital asset in times of growth. From forecast, and experts prediction, the future of Bitcoin is still poised to make more gains, and appreciate in value, and for that reason, is not an asset to neglect. Furthermore, even though Bitcoin will not make much gain as the initial days, Bitcoin still leads among the digital assets when it comes to making profit on the long run. However, it gives very great advantage when you invest your money in Bitcoin. Apart from making massive gain, your money is protected against inflation, and their is also the possibility for future financial growth even though it may not be massive.

That is how serious investors buy they buy at all costs. The price is still what is discouraging, and there are better ways that you can do things. Now you don't have to wait for the dip you can buy using the DCA method through using your discretionary income, and it is never too late to invest in Bitcoin, so we still have time, and we can still invest even if we are not going to be able to get as much profit as you want, but we can still make some that is the most important thing to do.

There will come a time were bitcoin will reach that amount because it is not where we met the price of Bitcoin that it is now, but the way it is going now, the price will always continue to grow and it is going to go up and down. That's what makes it different—the volatility.

Remember, the Bitcoin supply is very limited, with only 21 million bitcoins available, so we don't know what the price will be in 10 years, It could reach $1 million. As for future profits, no one knows, so I won't judge investors for not making significant profits in the future.

Bitcoin's 16 year journey is indeed fascinating, as its price was once so low, but now it's quite high.

Bitcoin has also been adopted by many large Companies, So future development will likely be even more rapid if more countries adopt Bitcoin as their treasury.

I think so we are a little bit early because BTC is still evolving, the adoption is growing faster. The market cap is also not reach to that level which u think the opportunity is gone look at gold one then look a BTC there is still alot of difference. However expecting the returns from BTC which people have made in the early days are unrealistic.I think so realistically the max we can expect from BTC is 5 to 8x from this price range in a very long term. From long term i mean a decade.Thats what i think.

We are definitely not early in Bitcoin but we are early, very early in cryptocurrencies (look at market capitalizations, look at the media, look at Bitcointalk – Bitcoin has long been considered a real and credible asset, while others are perceived merely as shitcoins).
Bitcoin price 17 years ago = $0.00001
Bitcoin price today = $81k
Bitcoin ATH = $126k
I can say anyone getting in now is late;

BUT

By 2050, if bitcoin will be $1M, now is still very early. So it depends on what the future has got us.

It depends on what you think and where you base it. If you are thinking that Bitcoin can really reach $1M in the future or even more, $81k is still early. Although, it's already high, especially for common folks, at least the current price is still 5 digits, not 7. But if you think about the price years ago, then we are late already. It really depends on what your aim is. If you are just aiming to make x2 or a bit more of your ROI, now is your best time while it is still in 5 digits. Most likely, $160k is achievable. As you can see, different nations are holding Bitcoin, so $160k is just within our grasp. I just don't know when. As long as they keep on holding Bitcoin, it will possibly hold its ground.
