I'm not saying Muslims weren't involved in the riots. But pinning all the blame for what is going on on them is clearly unfair and its basically dodging responsibility.
Like I said, this is the fallout from their governments' own bad policies, from backing wars to how they have handled immigration. And digging deeper, it's payback for the colonization and colonialism they inflicted on other colonies for decades. That's karma for you , what goes around comes around.
Politicians made lot bad decisions and open doors policy is one of their biggest mistakes. Lot of from these so called refugees aren't running away from war zone. They arrive from peaceful countries, here they want to live from beneifits or making crimes.
Yes, these problems have deeper roots and no easy way to solve it.
After Angela Merkel's retirement, there is no longer a single leader in the entire EU who can represent the entire EU anywhere. If you can't clean up the mess in your own country, then you're definitely not someone who should clean up the mess anywhere else. Unfortunately, incompetent politicians give wind to the backs of radical parties like AfD or National Rally in France, and if they ever come to power, the riots we are seeing today will seem like child's play. The policies they advocate are extreme, especially towards those they consider intruders in their countries.
Personally, I have very negative opinion about Merkel. Migration policy, making Germany heavy dependable on Russian resources like gas, shoting down nuclear power plants, weak reaction when Russia occupied Crimea - we're deeply concerned, but we can't do anything. If Russia would had received adequate reaction from West in 2014, most likely it wouldn't had grown into full scale imvasion.
Weak leadership is main reason why AFD or Le Pen's movement in France have such strong positions now. And it's bad news for EU future.
