I've been thinking about this lately. When you open a no-KYC directory and see that an exchange or mixer has a lot of negative reviews, your first reaction may be that the service looks suspicious.

But on the other hand, if every service in a directory has almost nothing but positive feedback, it can make the directory itself look less trustworthy.

For example, KYCnot.me separates user reviews from its own rating system, since reviews can be manipulated in both directions.

What do you think is the better approach: show almost all negative feedback and give the service a chance to respond, or publish only complaints that have some evidence behind them?

And personally, when you see a lot of negative reviews, does it make you trust the directory less, or more because it isn't trying to hide anything?
