I had a glance and it appears you're one of the strict ones concerning AML & KYC stuff, so it's only right if you also have the necessary licenses for the exchange services and investment products, but your license page doesn't suggest you have any!

I would even rephrase it this way: If your hands are tied by licensing authority requirements and you cannot operate without collecting other people's personal data.
Otherwise, why would you even need it? Many countries enforce very strict rules against the arbitrary collection of their citizens' data. You could run into serious legal trouble if you conduct KYC without complying with the applicable laws of every jurisdiction your clients might come from.

Another detail surprised me as well. On your website, you state:

Don't you think this is disrespectful to your clients? When an exchange fails due to an issue on your end, as a customer, I would expect not just a refund of the exact amount I sent, but also compensation for the fees I incurred sending it. Instead, not only do you refuse to cover those losses, but you also use part of my funds to pay the network fee for the refund. Perhaps it is worth reconsidering this policy?

After all, it looks rather strange to see a clause in the guarantees section that essentially means: we guarantee that if something goes wrong, you will lose money.

I’m not sure if there is a genuine connection, but I notice several similarities regarding the layout, support templates, and all crypto-to-crypto exchange pairs that are currently unavailable. And coincidentally, the announcements were made on the same day.

Bay the way, the link for the partner list and reviews has not yet been directed to a specific page.

I noticed there is a certain group of folks who just come up with their half backed exchanges and post them here expecting  to get some victims. I think they have been doing this for years and it's lucrative to them.

They just make a post that has been prepared to them by AI and disappear. They won't even respond to any question or concerns raised.
