The biggest strength of Bitcoin is its decentralized system as well as its limited supply what can't exceed a limit of 21M coins. Moreover users can individually control their funds without depending on bank or others. Institutional adoption can help to increase bitcoin price but if large amount of bitcoin own a few companies then it may affect the decentralization system.
Besides independent miners, full node operators as well as developers plays vital role behind ensuring the security. However those factors can't alone guarantee the bitcoin future because firstly it's important how widely people adopt and treat bitcoin.

The price of Bitcoin been increasing can't be the strength of Bitcoin, neither the structure of bitcoin...You can proudly say that, the strength of Bitcoin is due to it's a decentralized network, government and any other sector doesn't have power over bitcoin... Bitcoin is digital asset which deals with its own privacy..it works without a central authority, so it' independent of itself, so all this things you mentioned, especially the two points i quoted, are not the things that makes Bitcoin to have it's strength... You're right about decentralization, but it can't be the only factor that strengthens Bitcoin, it also gains value overtime which is why many people adopt it, so that factor can't be overlooked, which is why yoi should also acknowledge the fixed supply and demand/supply dynamics. Decentralization makes Bitcoin unique and secure from the control of any government or entity but scarcity and demand contributes to it's value so you can't talk about decentralization and disregard that.

Bitcoin biggest strength in my opinion is the fact that it's the closest thing we have to a decentralised money. Other thing have remained the same because of this Whether it's it limited supply or the fact it's pseudonymous. Yes, there may come a time in the future when Bitcoin will be valued in the digital economy in the same way that gold is FTFY. On the one hand, large institutions, ETFs and treasury companies are increasing the liquidity and adoption of Bitcoin, on the other hand, ordinary investors are able to have more confidence in Bitcoin, due to which institutional adoption of Bitcoin is making Bitcoin stronger. And despite their increase in adoption and supposed increase in price They introduce the risk of paper Bitcoin Which in a way contradicts on the bitcoin being an asset with limited supply. Yes the paper bitcoin via ETFs does contradict the intent of bitcoin but it also helps increase the confidence and reassurance of the investment to the investor and to the skeptic of bitcoin. The adoption and current relative strength of bitcoin in my opinion is largely attributed to the large share of corporate holdings of real bitcoin and also the large inflows from ETFs.

Adoption can increase when there is trust in Bitcoin. We can see people who were part of the early Bitcoin holders. Of course, they faced the issue of believing that Bitcoin could become a very valuable asset. Surely there are more people who do not believe, but with Bitcoin's current situation, I think it is not difficult to make people trust Bitcoin more. Whether from the advantages of decentralization or the benefits of investing and trading.

Regardless of whether its value is high or low, Bitcoin remains robust thanks to the entire infrastructure behind it; even though it is not completely anonymous, its transactions are difficult to block, and it offers detachment from the banking system as well as financial independence.

I will rule out that "fixed supply" as a point because there are many alternative coins with .fixed supply as well and they are struggling to survive, fixed supply means a total supply that don't increase in number, unlike few coins with infinite supply.
Instead of fixed supply I would vote for limited max supply, bitcoin has a limited max supply of 21 million where many others have 200 million and even billions in supply, it's very limited and it adds to that scarcity side.
Bitcoin remains so strong because it's not in control of anyone or any Centralised organisations, it is the only thing in this life that the government can't touch or burn, if there is something that have ever defeat the government and centralisation it's Bitcoin.

Values that are formed periodically increase their confidence. This situation makes the number of investors grow and believe that prices will always rise, forming new ATHs (all-time highs) in certain periods. So I think trust is the key to Bitcoin's endurance until now. This condition is complemented by the laws of buying and selling with limited supply. They correlate very well, which is why we see that, even though many cryptocurrencies are considered to have better technology, Bitcoin is still very strong.

Bitcoin value comes from many factors, not only from its "fixed total supply at 21 millions" so please don't spread information like to convince people that Bitcoin success is only from 21M supply cap. There are altcoins like many Bitcoin forks with same 21M total supplies but they failed with low values, low prices, even already died. There are other altcoins like YFI from Year finance with very small total supply but the token price is not as high as Bitcoin. Instead of fixed supply I would vote for limited max supply, bitcoin has a limited max supply of 21 million
Difference between them, I can not understand the difference here. Fixed means limited, capped. Bitcoin has a fixed total supply at 21 millions or you can say Bitcoin as a limited total supply at 21 millions. It's the same.

Bitcoin was never anonymous, it's a pseudonym transaction meaning that your transaction can be traced but Bitcoin can't be link to you. However, some people used Centralized exchanges, if you send money from your wallet address to an exchange and you are kyc on the exchange, your pseudonym ends there. If they want to track you and get your information, you're one minutes away from been identified and if the government want you, they can get access to you. If you want to maintain a pseudonym nature of Bitcoin, you have to avoided centralized exchanges that are centralized, use decentralized exchanges and I mean exchanges that not going to require any identification after. Some exchanges pretend to be Dex but they are centralized. If you use their swap and they detect your money doesn't align with their anti whatever analysis, they will confiscate your Bitcoin.

The supply is fixed and hence the supply remains deflationary, all coins have to be completely mined.
There is no central body controlling its supply or use. Means nobody can poke their nose into manhandling the network when they feel like.
There is censorship resistance. Means the same nobody cannot restrict your use of the network and your coins just because they want to. In fact nobody can ever do that even if the person who is sending money is doing something wrong.
Hence the person who sends needs to know better and not ask the system to reverse it.

Bitcoin blockchain will have more bitcoins each new Bitcoin block mined by Bitcoin miners. Only the block subsidy halves every 210,000 blocks and people think it as deflationary. If taking this supply scheme very strict, it's not deflationary when new coins appear and circulate with new blocks and time. Deflation will only come after all 21M bitcoins already mined by miners. I agree that practically we can consider Bitcoin as deflationary but if anyone points that it's still not yet deflationary, I won't disagree with that person. The importance is I realize value of Bitcoin, and its potential of growing more in value in the future. I am aware that if I invest money in bitcoin, hold my bitcoin for years and some market cycles, I will get very good profit. Inflationary or deflationary, it's not too important and I won't spend my time and energy for such debate.

I agree with what you said and your explanations are well placed but I think one thing we should understand is that avoiding centralized exchanges alone cannot guarantee you full privacy. Bitcoin transaction as we know are recorded on a public blockchain, so anyone can trace the movement of coins through your btc addresses, even if they don’t know who owns those addresses at least there a clue there.

I want to know your opinion: What are the reasons behind Bitcoin being so strong?
You have said alot of things about the reason why Bitcoin is so strong, and i see that so much has happened in the BTC market that some people seem not to notice the major reason why early BTC holders and miners joined the space in the first place when BTC was still $0.1, which is the technological concept it presented and the problem it solved. For the record, every invention that excels in this area will technically thrive. I believe this shows that BTC price is just the surface, and its real strength comes from properties it possesses that can’t be changed.

When questions like this are asked the first thing that goes through my mind is, what are that things that makes bitcoin different from other currencies? And that is how you begin to see that decentralization and easy access is one big factor that makes it unique. Another added advantage are the bitcoin being a store of value and self custody. Most of these features are not common in other currencies, but then some of them can be removed when you make use of centralized exchange, decentralization cannot function in that environment including self custody

Yes. That’s exactly what came to my mind too when talking about the strength of Bitcoin. What I understand is that Bitcoin is strong because it’s a scarce asset due to its limited supply; its decentralization also makes Bitcoin a very superior asset because no one can control it or print more of it and of course, because Bitcoin is resistant to censorship. Besides that, in terms of the network it’s also very strong because Bitcoin P2P network makes transactions almost impossible to block. Meanwhile, anyone can access it and store it themselves without relying on banks or the government. This uniqueness is what makes Bitcoin further strengthen its position as a very fundamental asset for the future. Even though it’s volatile its self-custody nature and separation from other financial systems give it long term resilience that is hard for other assets to replicate.

Everyone has their own mind and views about the strength of Bitcoin. The increase of users is also one of the factors to have good value, while a few more features are bringing good things for Bitcoin to have a good increase in value. Currently its use case is increasing; it's one of the strongest because with this many features, it's also having good depth, especially because people are now using this for long-term savings because it's giving them enough security and chance of living a good life in the future. Decentralization and having a non-contrable system also always give enough space to people for having more accumulation and keeping things under their control with control of keys, which is also another impressive feature to keep your money under your control without any third-party partnership.

The other currencies can't just be a store of value. Although some are exceptional like the usd, gbp and other currencies from those progressive countries. But it can't be for all of them and that quality that bitcoin has got can't be found even with these progressive currencies. And despite that bitcoin being a decentralized cryptocurrency, the intervention that the cex and government changes that when it's on them. It doesn't remove wholly that classification and I think that its limited supply still factors a lot why it's a good store of value.

I want to know your opinion: What are the reasons behind Bitcoin being so strong?
There is a strong community around Bitcoin that is attracted by the multiple uses and benefits that Bitcoin at the moment offers now and will offer later; in my opinion, this accounts for the strength Bitcoin has because of the value and benefit that people have placed on it. It will be difficult for Bitcoin to have any real value on its own without people like us, the community members who see value in its use for investment currently and later for transactions, majorly. Bitcoin is strong because of you and I. This is almost same thing I wanted to talk about not until k read your comment and yes I'm in the opinion that, bitcoin is this strong today because of the community of trusted users it has and of recent, I was having a discussion with a friend and he was telling me how impossible atleast how almost impossible it would be for bitcoin to crash and out of curiosity I asked him why and he sited the community behind bitcoin and such people are ready and willing to do anything to see bitcoin not fall. So in essence, it wouldn't be a bad idea to say that, aside the limited supply bitcoin has, another thing tha has kept it and still keeping it, is the community behind it.

The main reason why Bitcoin is strong is the community because it's community always supported it and they'll always support it. Although, it has many technical advantages as well but in my eyes the support of community is the main thing that's helping Bitcoin being strong. So as long as the community will support it, this coin will keep growing in value over time. The day will come when one Bitcoin will be worth more than $1 million and then the ones who didn't bought it already will regret badly.
