You've listed quite a number. Are you sure you've "carefully vet every exchanger before adding it"? In the first place, does each one of them have a business registration? Also, are they all Russian exchanges or at least ones that are offering services mainly to Russian-speaking jurisdictions?

I've quickly went over the list, one calls themselves Spaceex. That kind of branding is tricky. I wonder if a serious or legitimate exchange would use such a familiar name.

And then there's Sova and Metka, 2 of the 9 Russian exchanges involved in a data leak which compromised complete names of users, emails, IP addresses, credit card numbers, among others.

I wonder if you're serious in only admitting exchanges with "no negative reviews or unresolved conflicts".

Only verified exchangers with real reviews and reputation.
In addition to Darker45's post, I'd like to know the process for verifying each of their reserves. If it's based only on the numbers on their platforms, it's worth noting that most of them rely on a third party to provide those reserves!
- BTW, I had a glance at some of the reviews at random and noticed a repeating pattern that makes me doubt them: There's suddenly a lot of reviews on a certain day, followed by a gap, then it repeats itself (e.g., this and this)!

So that means many of exchange listed in their site, had a record of compromising their users. Also majority of exchange in their list is not known, with that I'm afraid to use it and will just go to active exchange which posted their threads here.

Since with that we can clearly verify if they are still doing good or not.

Hard to trust OP list, unless he clearly explain on how he verify those listings.
