So you admit that the service does not have sufficient liquidity and the user will need to wait for a period (which may extend to weeks) to find the appropriate party to complete the liquidity request? Frankly, compared to other options, the higher fees and instant transaction are better than P2P from an anonymous platform with low fees.
By the way I get this error

Hello again, for security reasons we have our site locked down pretty tight. The site was always up and running, but links from other websites (like a forum) were being rejected Sad

Fixed now! Thank you again for bringing this to our attention Smiley

I am trying to understand this service... is it some sort of p2p exchange service for just BTC and XMR without involving fiat currency?

What exactly does the fee limit mean? is it dynamic?
I would say the fee limit being at least 10% would be a bit high for the traders. Don't you think so? Imagine trying to exchange BTC worth ~$10,000 and you have to part ways with at least fees worth ~$100?

Hello! Not sure what you're talking about regarding liquidity
I'm not sure how you don't understand what that means. Your service obviously has little to no users, and as such very little liquidity. On that note, one could make an offer and have to wait indefinitely for a counterparty to complete the trade, do you get it now?

As of typing this, in your platform, there are only two available offers, and that buttresses the point of insufficient liquidity. And that's why people would naturally prefer good instant exchanges over your service.

Hello! Not sure what you're talking about regarding liquidity, but thank you for pointing out a probem with our DNS settings Smiley
Since liquidity is generated through user orders, a user may have to wait a long time (depending on service activity and the user base) to find active users who fulfill those orders; this process is slow even on established platforms like Bisq, let alone in new service like btc4xmr.

Hello, we are a new startup with very few users right now, this is true - like every other newly formed startup. We are not an Exchange nor a Swaps service, we are offering an alternative to those traditional methods; you post an offer on your terms and wait, then when a taker accepts the offer (typically after the market makes it attractive) the conversion occurs. You set the network fees, lower is slower, higher is faster.

Thank you for your inquiries, anything else I can help you with?

Yes, our service is slower than exchanges and swaps, it's designed that way. If you need immediate conversion this is not the place for that. But stop and think for a minute, are there any circumstances for which this service might make sense for users?

I get it that you're a new service and i do not hold that against you, neither am i giving your platform any flak. We are just simply stating the obvious, that it could take an eternity to trade on your platform. However, i am really curious that you are running a service like this, but failed to understand what 'liquidity' meant. I just thought about that and it doesn't seem right.

Do you remember LocalBitcoins? It was a pioneering peer-to-peer (P2P) Bitcoin exchange platform based in Helsinki, Finland, founded in 2012 by Jeremias Kangas. That was not an immediate conversion service either and lasted for 11 yrs: The service closed permanently in February 2023 after a decade of operation, citing the "ongoing crypto-winter" and declining trading volumes as primary reasons.

So, this is who we are, a service more like LocalBitcoins.

You have answered your question. What most users want these days is about the speed of the swaps or conversion that we do. As stated in your website.

Quote
8. Speed is a preference, not a guarantee
You have described the speed of usual transfers that we do and that's understandable but for the specific conversion, it takes time and due to low number of offers and liquidity you have is the concern.

Skeptical? Try it with a small amount first.
It also sounds scary if you are saying this, what I can suggest is to ask the community to create a paid review about the process. And successful conversions will be rewarded. But the funds and liquidity should come also from you though can be optional.

There have been similar services in the past that did not last long; the key to success lies either in promoting the service or in finding innovative ways to generate liquidity. That is why I wanted to advise you to have a clear plan for promoting your service; otherwise, it will be difficult to get people to use it.

I find the process very confusing at first look

If I may give you a suggestion, I believe you could do a step by step flow explaining clearly each step and make everything more noob friendly.

For example, let's say I accept the offer in the website where I send 0.04 XMR and receive 0.00024375 BTC

After I click Accept Offer there is a dialog overloaded with information, long text, unclear information. I would rewrite everything to be more direct to the point and write only what is needed. Compare for example any instant swap where you can very easily understand the entire process
