A casino that says in the second sentence of its ANN that it doesn't require an email address, but then when you go to sign up, it actually does, doesn't inspire much confidence in me.

Also, rule 8 of the ToS leaves room for arbitrariness.

First of all, welcome to the forum, but a lot of questions needs to be answered because how would you guys be saying that email will not be asked of, but during registration that's one of the things needed. It shows that you guys are not sincere from the start, which is a big red flag.

I have not look deep into the TOS, but with this first lie about email, I am confident that kyc will be ask if their is any suspicion, because casino are fund of these nowadays, because they will say that it's a no kyc casino, but along the line when you are trying to make a big withdrawal, they will start asking for it, and be saying that it was stated in their TOS that it may be asked if they think it's necessary, that's why I sometimes feel for those that do not look properly in a casino TOS, because casino that behaves like this tend to hide important details like this within their long and boring terms and conditions, but starting on a wrong note like this is not going to help.

Well, you're right. We're asking email on registration but it's not mandatory, everything works without email verification. Athough it's not recommended to use fake emails at least because it prevents account restoration when password is forgotten.
Anyway, you're right, there is a lot of place for improvement and we're keen for it, the feedback is valued.

i don't want to sound like an asshole, but it's dogshit compared to not even the best casinos out there. i get you are going for the NO KYC angle, but that's not everything that matters.

to me this looks like something that was vibe coded in 30 minutes, got a cheap domain from njalla and some cheap VPS hosting, and you called it a day.

do you even have the bankroll to pay big wins if someone (or more than one) gets lucky? as i see you have a $100/day withdraw limit and only up to $50 are supposedly instant.

Good advice.  And I like the point you have raised. However, they are saying that it's a no KYC casino which is what most of them normally says and at the end of the day start coming up with something totally different when a player is at the point of withdrawing his money.

Your casino doesn't have a license; in this announcement thread, you wrote that your casino wouldn't require KYC which is great to hear but when reading your casino's Terms of Service, the reality is completely different from what was stated in the thread. Perhaps I am misinterpreting it, so I am quoting Point 5 from your casino's Terms of Service regarding deposits and withdrawals. It states the following:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed on the blockchain (or instantly for demo/mock deposits). Withdrawals up to your daily instant-approval threshold are processed automatically; withdrawals above that threshold are reviewed by an administrator before funds are sent. We reserve the right to request additional verification for unusually large or suspicious transactions.

This shows that the casino would request documents if someone deposited or won a large amount of money; however, I wonder why they would ask for documents when the casino operates without a license meaning it is illegal and answers to no government. So, why would the casino require KYC? Let’s assume someone deposits a million dollars: the casino requests KYC and discovers the person is the world's biggest criminal to which country would the casino report this, given that it holds no license and isn't subject to any country's laws?

Op with the way this casino is right now, it's going to struggle to attract players, because if someone do not take a closer look at it, he would not even know that it's a casino. The interface is too bad, but it can still be corrected if the right things are done faster, because I personally wouldn't leave another casino for something like this that is poorly put together, since I wouldn't be confident that they are going to pay me, if I won big.

Furthermore, you stated that it's a no kyc casino, but in the TOS, what is written there different, because in your word, kyc will be asked if a large or suspicious withdrawal is made, is this how a genuine and trustworthy casino act? No.

Or perhaps they intentionally set it up that way as a safeguard, just in case a massive withdrawal occurs that can't be covered by their bankroll reserves.  Withdrawal reviews have proven to save companies from certain financial predicaments.
