Ledger users may have lost over $86 million in a massive cryptocurrency theft.
On-chain analyst Specter reviewed messages from victims on Twitter and Reddit and tracked the attackers' addresses. Transfers were discovered from hundreds of wallets across several major networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and TRON.
The cause of the theft is still unknown. There is no confirmation that the Ledger devices themselves were hacked.
