The first thing is, your announcement thread does not look professional at all. It's because you have used a screenshot of a website user interface instead of using a graphical banner. You should consider checking other casinos' announcement threads to see how they use and what kind of banners they use for their announcement thread. Most casinos have their own dedicated graphics design team. So, it should not be hard for you to get a nice design.

As far as I can see, they have clickable link for the cert.cga.cw on the bottom on their website. If you click it, it will redirect you to this certification page.

Regarding some casinos that are using the same license, I can say that it is common practice these days because the license is basically owned by the head company while the casinos are managed/operated by the same company.
