Hi. I'm trying to get through to sidehack regarding my payment through cash (I just received tracking numbers. It has been resolved.  Thank you, Jimb0zo

[BitMaxz]

How exactly did you contact them?  Have you tried to PM sidehack here on the forum?
How about the Contact Us area?

Are you sure you ordered directly from the gekkoscience site? If you sure they may be a bit busy, just wait a bit or PM sidehack he's active here on the forum.

He is new and sidehack may not be taking newbie pm's

https://discord.com/invite/WkjaSPnZwX is an invite to kano's Discord room where Sidehack hangs out in the #Gekko sub room. That is the most direct lnk to him. He's lost most of his assembly crew and is swamped building his new K3 miner. Nice bit of kit but the orders came in at a bad time as he is also addressing Terminus A2X psu faults.
