I think people would prefer to see a real person when gambling at an online casino. At least that’s how I feel. After all, the environment is digital to begin with, and it makes you feel a little lonely. But when you know there’s a real person on the other end, it’s more exciting to have them place bets based on your decisions.
Of course, there have been many things regarding artificial intelligence that we once thought were impossible. That’s why I can’t speak with absolute certainty.

There is something. Just because they are human doesn't mean the gamble will be sweet. You have painted a picture in your head that AI shouldn't be part of the development of the world. People might even prefer the AI more than the humans. Not saying no one wants human. A person might want Ai dealer and might still want to relate with other people. Some people can't stand other people and they want AI. So I feel people are different and you are replying from your own angle which is understandable.

Recently, I saw a news that Scout Gaming Group, a large licensed B2B gaming technology supplier, is now going directly into the casino business. They are mainly focusing here on a casino run by artificial intelligence, where there will be AI dealers instead of live dealers, even they will also sell that to others casinos and here the specialty will be that operators will be able to lunch tables in their own language and at the same time set their own brand and dealer personality. But my question here is, do people actually prefer AI dealers at casino tables? From my perspective, people prefer live dealers over AI in online casinos. So what do you think, will this new concept survive? I can't say how trustworthy and popular AI dealers will be with gamblers, but if I were to speak for myself, I would never trust them and would avoid games where AI is used instead of humans for live games. Even after serving cards from human dealers, sometimes I feel that there is corruption and irregularities. When I lose frequently, how can a programmed AI dealer gain trust that there is no corruption? I have not yet prepared myself to accept AI dealers as my gambling partners.

Different people will have different thoughts about this, because a lot of gamblers might not care whether the operator is a real human or an artificial intelligence because the only thing they care about is playing their game and going away after that. However, there are also gamblers who might not like it if the operator is not a real human but an artificial intelligence because they want actual humans to be dealing the table because human dealers are obviously more interactive with the game and gamblers, they might read chats, talk to people, answer their questions at times, etc. However, it doesn't really matter much, because in the future, these things are going to happen regardless of the fact that some gamblers might not like it, and I'm sure AI agents and operators will also be improved over time and they will become more interactive and compete pretty well with humans in this area as well. Casinos might also give gamblers the choice to either play with human operators or with AI, but this will cost them more, so they will probably just choose one option, they might ask their customers what they would like more and then go with that option.

Unlike other trends that had come and go, this AI is different as it can be incorporated on almost any thing. No wonder why it was still strong up until now as people keeps on looking for a possible use of it if one is overused already but yeah, this is why some are annoyed too, most especially us the consumers, more if we mostly see the bad side of it.
Meanwhile, customer service do already has a bot before but AI might have improved them. For me though, I prefer a human representative because I think they are straight to the point and can solve a much difficult problem. When it comes to live dealer, you got a point mate. Maybe AI (bot) is only an addition that shows cute gestures once players give tips on them or on their partner human dealer.
As technology is developing, things are taking good changes because it's always for the improvement, but AI and gambling are going to be interesting because there are always debates about casinos being rigged, so if AI enters into this, it's going to create more negativity instead of having any positive impact. Having AI bots in customer services is surely a good change because, due to this, things are having a new level, and gamblers are feeling better; they can manage things quickly without any problem, but adding them as live dealers or having them in casino games has never been an ideal situation. With this, player will never feel comfortable, and games could also have more mess-ups.

Except the casino owners hide who is behind the dealings, if the players are going to be communicated properly and as usual without any obstruction, that wouldn't be an issue, at least players gets what they ask for. It's up to the task of the casino to deliver what works best for the players, either live or AI, whatever works better should be implemented and it's not the job of the players to look into that.

People might even enjoy trying to break them with weird requests and try prompts on them. Personally i hate the whole idea of talking to AI, but if there needs to be a human or humanoid that's seen talking with people, i prefer knowing it's AI then wondering about their poor work conditions.

For me personally it's a tough sell to replace real live dealers. People play live casino games specifically for the human element and trust. Once you swap the real person for an AI avatar, players are going to suspect it's just another pre rendered RNG game. I would rather play at a live casino than at an online casino with AI dealers.

As time passes, the era of AI is becoming popular among all of us, and at the same time, its role in gambling is also increasing. I neither consider it good nor bad because AI is not doing much damage right now, so it is not appropriate to talk against it right now. Although AI should also be introduced here as a bot because with it they will play a different kind of game and by handing over our money to them, they can make us profit or loss from it. Now as far as AI dealers are concerned, humans are working behind it, so its speed will gradually increase. AI in gambling will continue to increase because the way AI works in gambling, people consider it good because it helps people in it and makes them more likely to win. AI dealers have also come there, which is making AI a very strong strategy there.
I understand that the use of AI is now becoming predominant in the world but integrating AI in dealing is a terrible Idea for the users, it's a huge upside for the Casino, less employee pays and more game profit to the house because the AI will be programme to get as much as possible from the gamblers. They should just stick to using it for customer service and I terrace upgrade and leave dealing alone. Playing Casino games with AI as dealers is going to be like those super hard levels you can not pass because if there less margin of error

People have almost become accustomed to the use of AI in all section . In some cases, they even feel annoyed. Even online business platforms use AI for customer service. Even casino sites adding chatting bot AI to provide service to users or solve problem. Many people find this convenient, while others think that there should be some human touch instead of relying on AI. So it is difficult to say right now that the Human Live Dealer will be completely replaced. Because how well AI can provide the experience of communicating with real people is still a matter of consideration.
What you Said in this bolded line is actually true, AI does not have the experience of communicating with human beings. There was a time I was having issues in making withdraw from one of the local casinos here then I decided to reach out to their customer service, I never knew they are using artificial intelligence (AI) in responding to messages. I was asking to know the reason why I'm finding it hard to withdraw from their site but I couldn't get the right answer to my question, instead they were saying a different thing something that is not related to what I'm actually asking for. so this made me believe that AI can not function properly without the help of human especially in this gambling space.

I really don't think it might matter to most gamblers because what matters the most is if they can win. AI dealers or live dealers on an online platform are both suseptible to mechanical lapses or lagging or technical issues and what gamblers would look out for is if they can fund as well as withdraw their funds without hitches and if support is responsive in the end Incase complications arise. If the casino is licensed then I see no reason why gamblers won't opt to try it out to have a feel of how AI dealers respond. It actually makes no reasonable difference to me.

Normally, I don't play casinos games, let alone dealer games or table games, I just want to air my own view. First of all, the world is advancing and new technologies are being developed every day, therefore, I believe it is only normal for the gambling industry to embrace these advancements and explore how they can improve player's experience. However, some players may not find this new technology appealing because they are more comfortable with the traditional ways of playing casino games.

First, what Scout Gaming is doing is big shift. I just read that they are preparing to launch Scout AI Casino commercially. Whereas Blackjack and Roulette will have AI dealer. They also offer direct integration with operators own wallet, KYC and responsible gambling system. Just like their fantasy sport product do. So what you said operator can set their own brand and dealer personality is their main selling point. But right now this trend is going on in entire industry. BetHog claims in their Sentient Studios project that their AI dealer Sunnynhas been 10 time more popular than live dealer in testing. This is new venture from founders of FanDuel. As surprising as it may sound, I have doubt about this claim.

Some individuals may like it and some may not, but does it really matter to them ? In a society were everyone doesn't support one thing they will just do what is best for them, and of cause they will want to reduce cost as a result welcoming AI. On tables

Al dealers will do more better in online casinos than live dealers/physical casinos since there will be no live dealers/physical interactions between friends and all the natural excitement being felt by gamblers, imagine when you play roulette, they are emotions games that needs interactions and then your AI will just say have a better luck next time, in an environment like casinos people want to gamble for fun to ease them of stress and get be refreshed which I don't see AI providing all these benefits..

Moreover, the way AI is improving and doing some things so accurately, I think AI will be able to continue to work like live dealers. If this AI can continue to play like live dealers and solve them accurately, then of course people will be happy using AI.

I’m a fan of live dealers. I prefer to deal with a casino with a live dealer when I’m playing roulette, but the way AI dealers are advancing, I can’t really tell for other persons if they trust the code over human dealers, and the more they are advancing, the more they will be gaining popularity, which could also trigger them to go into the casino business fully.

Unfortunately, these are the state of affairs in the gambling world. Not only did AI made things innovative in some games, but it also affected some of the dealers where it created AI-generated human figures and models to act as dealers. In our world where AI has started to take precedence at least over anything in our lives, this is one of those moments where I wished that gambling companies should have chosen otherwise. Nothing beats the human element (and touch) and seeing real-life dealers in a gambling game. It made things more "humanly" in our perspective given that almost everything is being controlled either by machine or process in our computers. Will this concept survive? I think it will only get worse from here- gambling companies would develop AI dealers and closely resemble them to humans as much as possible in order to cut costs and savings on their part.

Due to the model of the tasks that AIs are used to execute now, and how some hackers use them to detect flaws, some experts can't. I think AI dealers will find a place, but they won’t fully replace real live dealers anytime soon; real live dealers need to stepup their games, though. Therefore, I won't be surprised if we still coexist in the future. I believe AI dealers will probably become popular, while premium tables will desire to go for real human dealers.

What if people cannot longer tell the difference between AI dealers and human dealers? That would be a problem for people like you who still wish to give support to human dealers, don't you think? Perhaps, the solution would be to have regulators and license issuers to make casinos to signal and properly identity when a roulette table is being dealt with by a human being and when it is being dealt by an Artificial intelligence. It would be fair for those like you and also fair for those who wish to give AI dealers a chance and see how the whole experience is.
