One of the reasons I hold bitcoin is cause it is decentralized. It cannot be fixed or manipulated with the community collectively determining the value and keeping it as decentralized as it is. If that is taking out, it loses one of its major features.

The major reason why people hodl bitcoin is because bitcoin is considered a store of value, it will hedge against inflation. If that part about bitcoin is taken away and bitcoin becomes subject to deprecation because of inflation, then there is no reason to hodl it. Except if I will consider having some bitcoin savings just like I will consider having a fiat savings. (That is if there are no other better alternatives that can hedge against inflation).

However, that does not mean that I won't be making use of bitcoin just because the price is now fixed. As long as bitcoin remains decentralized, permissionless and every other advantages remain thesame, I am going to use bitcoin more as a means of payment.

I don’t think there’s any scenario in which Bitcoin’s price could stabilize like a stablecoin. And you should present your argument about what scenario could make that happen. Bitcoin’s scarcity driven by halving events and its limited supply, where makes it highly likely that its price will rise. But I don’t know exactly what will happen once the series of halving events is truly complete. Perhaps by then Bitcoin’s price will have skyrocketed far beyond current predictions. Or it’s possible that Bitcoin’s price will continue to rise because it will become increasingly difficult to obtain once the halving cycle is complete. This shows that Bitcoin’s price is unlikely to stabilize based on these reasons. And I’m certain volatility will persist because supply and demand will continue to play out across the globe without any market manipulation that appears to monopolize Bitcoin.

I have banking system problem before I found Bitcoin, I was so unhappy with how banks operates, so let's say that Bitcoin is a stable coin but it has decentralisation like it do right now I will be happy too.

Where did you even get the idea to compare Bitcoin with so-called stablecoins? Bitcoin is the first decentralized cryptocurrency, and stablecoins are nothing more than private digital fiat that is completely dependent on what they are pegged to.

To be honest, I find it hard to imagine anyone seeing an advantage in risking storing their value in stablecoins, which, in addition to being completely dependent on fiat currencies, have another bad feature - most of them have a freezing mechanism, so the issuers of these tokens have complete control over them regardless of which wallet the owner keeps them in.

I might not invest so much in Bitcoin since it would not be profitable anymore. The truth is that I see Bitcoin as my major asset because it is a hedge against inflation. My local currency loses value so much. I might have to reduce the amount I invest or hodl and channel it into other profitable assets that can protect me from the effects of inflation.

But I would still keep some amount of Bitcoin that will serve as a currency to bypass government restrictions.

If you have kept Bitcoin for difficult times, then it is a good thing, but you should also use Bitcoin for easy times. Banks are still growing rapidly, but according to the percentage of profits that are in Bitcoin, the banks no longer have the power, so you can invest in Bitcoin or Etherum. But in both of them, I would advise you to keep Bitcoin, it will give you more profit. Bitcoin price volatility is viewed negatively by some, but this particular feature has made this digital asset a global and store of value. You asked what I would do if Bitcoin became a stablecoin. The mistake of thinking is that stablecoins are a tokenized representation of fiat currency, so to say digital FIAT, by looking at the value on FIAT that every year falls due to inflation, it is obviously a mistake to think that bitcoin will be like that.

1. You forgot that bitcoin is also "fuck you money": money that cannot be touched by anybody else (if handled correctly). Quite a good use case for many.
2. You forgot that way too many people simply don't have access to banking and storing cash hidden at home is not a good option. And.. see [1] 
3. You forgot that in many countries people do store USD or EUR for example against local inflation. Bitcoin - even if its price would become stable against USD - would be even better because of [2].

I would hold Bitcoin to the grave for my family, yes. Fortunately there is not much chance Bitcoin becomes like a stablecoin any time soon though. The fixed supply of 21M makes it very different to stablecoins which can be created at will. Bitcoin is still affected by supply constraint when we have a block reward halving. Bitcoin will continue to be volatile for the foreseeable future.

What kind of stable are you talking about here? There can be two types of stability One is a currency that is stable against a country's currency such as the US dollar or the euro and the other type of stability is universal stability where Bitcoin's price remains completely stable and does not go up or down.

If you are talking about fiat stability then of course I would deposit my money in a bank instead of holding Bitcoin. But if you are talking about the universal one then I would definitely hold Bitcoin and highly recommend it to others because fiat loses value due to inflation but since Bitcoin's value remains stable when fiat loses value due to inflation Bitcoin's price will appear higher when compared to fiat. This means I can store the exact value of what I earn to use later. What could be better than that?

Not sure if I will be so interested, Isn't it clear why institutions, governments, and every investor are investing in Bitcoin? It is because of the profits after a whole period of investment. Generating profits has always been the motivation for many adopters. If Bitcoin had a stable value, there would be no benefit in holding for the long term, investors are here because of profits, that's the main reason.
