Make we just pray make we no involve for any form of wallet compromise from hackers because your own wallet wey you think say dey safe fit still dey vulnerable to hackers. E go good to try use electrum cold storage if you get any old laptop wey dey work because that one dey more safer since, na you dey do the set up yourself. Nobody get access to implant any esim for your back.
I have also been thinking about electrum wallet. I don’t know if it has been hacked before, but it has been the Bitcoin wallet I used to know and many users are using it and no case of wallet hack like we used to see from ledger and coldcard; because of that, I think it is the best wallet to recommend at this moment. They also have mobile version I think, one must not have a PC to install it; it have almost all the functions a good Bitcoin wallet will have and it has been active for years.

I am using Bluewallet, it has been a very good wallet, very simple and easy to use; it is similar to electron in terms of operations and it also have functions. These wallets are free, our newbies can decide to use them to start and gain some experience from these wallets before deciding to buy any hardware wallet. The main thing is to keep the seed phrase safe.

Na the truth you just talk like this sir, because person fit actually Dey very careful with him wallet security make loop hole or some vulnerability they the device it self, like wetin happen with coldcard few months ago that fault no come from user actually Na from the comps it self. Na why I also agree with you point wey talk say make person just build him own cold storage system with phone or laptop we you no dey use. Na to just disconnect the Bluetooth and WiFi of those devices and use am create your own personal cold storage hardware wallet.
To invest in bitcoins it is necessary to manage a secure wallet to keep this currency safe, for this it is better to use hardware wallets but even if using hardware wallets we have to be careful and should not buy them from any third party company but only from the direct source otherwise investors will buy devices that are hacked. A proof of this is that nowadays famous hardware devices purchased from resellers instead of directly from the source, hackers have added an unauthorized chip or malware to the device, as a result everyone noticed that 86 to 93.4 million dollars worth of crypto currency has fallen into the hands of hackers.

At this point I agree with you it was not the user's fault that these devices were hacked but a person can create a cold storage system with his unused laptop or phone ie format the system, disconnect the internet, and by installing the wallet software, it is possible to create a cold storage wallet on the laptop, as a result of which our holdings of bitcoins will be much more secure.
