Furthermore, this creates a big challenge for fresh graduates entering the workforce as they have to face the highest risk and prove to their employers that they can learn well through AI and easily adapt those AI skills, otherwise they won't be given the opportunity to work and make good compensation.
We are entering a time graduated individuals will have to become even more specialized in their areas to stand out among their colleagues in order to ensure the spots of jobs which will supervise AI working in real time. AI will execute the 'grunt work ', although there must be a human behind it analyzing if there are no mistakes being delivered by AI. It means there will be still jobs for humans, although in minor scale.
On the other hand, there are always areas to be less affected by AI, what should be taken into consideration by people who are still in the middle of graduation right now. Areas with less interference of AI are good choices to work with, as it increases the chances there is going to be a spot of job later.
