It is very simple something that it should not cause argument but they are benefiting from it and that is why they are all coming to announce that they are No KYC operational but inside them they are operating KYC. JetLA, I think that the word no KYC should be removed from your site because the statement above contradicts your claims. However, I think this is the new marketing strategy for these new casinos and it's wrong because that can misled gamblers who fail to read their ToS.

Just as you said. Their website is degen / don't care type due to the design and branding.
I won't dare until i see their seriousness through their representative reply and marketing of their brand. But before anyone deposits there, I will suggest reading their Terms carefully and going for a small deposit despite the advertising of their No KYC, while the TOS will give them full preference, especially when the whole update of the site domain happened weeks ago.

I was just about to go to their website to check the terms regarding the KYC. But it seems you already did it. It’s become common practice nowadays to use the no-KYC promotional slogan. But on their terms they have a KYC policy, and from the previous experience we noticed a lot of users ended up asking for KYC or locking their account.

@OP, I am not saying you will do the same things others do. If you have a good intention to run your business and promote your platform on the forum, then you have to take care of your users. We really don’t want to see allegations regarding KYC since you are promoting yourself as a non-KYC platform on the topic title. Rest depends on your service.

It is always the user responsibility to check the TOS right after seeing the ad banner and before signing in and make the first deposit. Later when they find themselves forced to go through KYC procedures, the casino will use the TOS as a conventional contract, not the temptation words in the ad slogan. The ads in this way act like a trap to enforce users who care about their privacy to leave the leave the account and the balance within, or to go through KYC procedures and send them all the private info which are also valuable for them to use it in other plans or sell it elsewhere. The funny part with this casino is they are honestly saying it that they will enforce KYC after changing the payment method which is as strange as laughable.

I spoke with the team earlier and they said there is no license and will be no kyc, the terms were there from when they 1st created the site. They should address the situation in the next 24 hours.
