What happened:Power.Win confiscated over
$3,500 of my sports betting winnings following a source-of-funds investigation.
I funded my account using cryptocurrency from my personal Ledger wallet, primarily funded by gambling winnings from another casino. After submitting the requested documentation, Power.Win acknowledged that my winnings from another casino helped fund my deposits.
However, they subsequently claimed that my Ethereum wallet had transacted with ExWallet.io, an allegedly EU-sanctioned entity.
According to them, my wallet received $4,056 and sent $1,798.65 involving ExWallet.io.
I have NEVER knowingly used ExWallet.io or had any business relationship with this service.Despite this, Power.Win decided to
confiscate ALL my betting winnings ($3,500+), return only my original deposits, and permanently close my account.
They have not provided the transaction hashes or counterparty addresses supporting their allegations, nor explained why this alleged exposure justifies confiscating every dollar of my winnings.

Payment Method:USDT (ERC-20), Ethereum network.
Proof of Payment:Deposits were made using USDT on the Ethereum network.
For privacy reasons, I prefer not to disclose my personal cryptocurrency wallet address publicly, as it is also used for transactions unrelated to Power.Win.
I am willing to provide the full transaction hashes, blockchain history and supporting evidence privately to a trusted mediator for independent verification.
PM/Chat Logs:https://www.talkimg.com/images/2026/10/12/UxHJDd.pngTheir decision explicitly states:
Under Sections 7.5 and 14.8, the winnings on your account have been forfeited.
Additional Notes:I fully understand that bookmakers must conduct AML and sanctions checks. However,
I dispute the confiscation of my entire winnings balance based on an alleged connection to a service I have never knowingly used.I have already examined my Ethereum transaction history and identified several suspicious dust/address-poisoning transfers. I cannot independently verify Power.Win's ExWallet.io attribution.
I am requesting that Power.Win provide the specific transaction hashes, explain the alleged connection, and justify the complete forfeiture of my winnings.
I am happy to provide transaction records and additional documentation to a trusted mediator.
I welcome input from anyone experienced with cryptocurrency compliance or similar bookmaker confiscation cases.EDIT – IMPORTANT UPDATE (12 October 2026):I believe I have identified the transactions Power.Win is referring to!After analyzing my complete Ethereum transaction history, I discovered that the amounts Power.Win attributed to ExWallet.io correspond almost exactly to deposits and withdrawals I made at
Vega.bet, another online bookmaker.Vega.bet Bitcointalk profile:
Vega.bet representativeSpecifically:
- July 21–25, 2026: Four deposits to Vega.bet totaling 1,800 USDT. Power.Win alleged $1,798.65 sent to ExWallet.io.
- August 7, 2026: Five confirmed Vega.bet withdrawals totaling 4,057 USDT received on-chain. Power.Win alleged $4,056 received from ExWallet.io.
The individual transaction amounts and timestamps match my Vega.bet account history, including the withdrawal processing deductions.I have screenshots of the Vega.bet transactions and the corresponding blockchain records to support this.
I have never knowingly used ExWallet.io. These transactions were associated with my gambling activity at Vega.bet.My suspicion is that Vega.bet may be using ExWallet.io or a related entity as its cryptocurrency payment processor. However, this has NOT been independently confirmed.
I would appreciate clarification from Vega.bet's representative regarding which cryptocurrency payment processor handled these transactions.I am not accusing Vega.bet of wrongdoing. I am trying to establish why transactions associated with my Vega.bet account are apparently being flagged by Power.Win as exposure to a sanctioned entity.
Power.Win has still not provided the transaction hashes or counterparty evidence supporting its ExWallet.io attribution, yet has confiscated over $3,500 of my betting winnings.I believe these findings warrant an immediate reconsideration of the confiscation decision.
I will update this thread as further evidence becomes available.
