I personally have never seen much about Doherty except something about a wreck in Miami or something. If the guy can get paid to not post online then take the 6 month break and enjoy is what I say. Stunt or true doesn't really matter, it is obviously getting the Shuffle name out there though cause I 1st seen this story on facebook and now here. Noah probably getting his money's worth.

A PR stunt that is worth to ignore. People is not that stupid to be trapped with this click bait, and even X is even mentioning it's a paid partnership. It's all just paid to advertise and no more. I'm wondering if there are still people who take this ads seriously because X won't lie to you.

Ohhhhh, so that's why I haven't seen any of those Jack Doherty's annoying contents on my wall.
That attention seeking content of annoying other people has got him into this contract and it's been a talk in the community.
I guess that it has served the purpose of what he has signed for with that contract and it's effective.
As long as he gets paid for that and whether he makes contents or had a tempo ban for a couple of months, that's one of the easiest money on his life.

Jack has done those similar videos we have all seen for stake or rainbet or whatever gambling site it is where they do a live bet or a video of a bet in some place or while they are doing some everyday thing. This type of content is universal with crypto casinos nowadays.

What I have to say is that we don't have to go by their way of gambling or what they are promoting online, those platform paid them to advertise for them and anything you see them do could just be for advertisement purpose only, they see them as public figures with high influence, because when you do the same thing they are doing, you may definitely not get the same result as theirs, so you watch before you leap, all these are just marketing strategies, don't be deceived.

Well there is people who will believe this for sure. Those who doesn't read comments or just read this news from a random article website / page would definitely believe this news, even after a small investigation like checking his profile if he really did post something after this contract, jack doherty doesn't really post anything for days now. People may believe.

Though I commend shuffle for being this brave even if it is a marketing strategy allegedly. If it is true or not, shuffle gained some publicity from a trending news like this. We the public doesn't know what is the scope of their contract or what kind of contract they did but it is effective indeed.

I also don't think that Jack Doherty would screw up about contract, he is a big influencer and I'm pretty sure he has a legal team that read and approve this kind of contract. The legal team wouldn't ignore a scope that would damage Jack even if it can be treated as a joke.

Yeah, that could probably get Shuffle more engagement from whoever watches that guy, but personally, I think making the guy shut up for 6 months is better, and to be honest, if this is actually real and not some staged marketing ploy, then kudos to Shuffle for doing it. Anyway, the guy is a known prick who loves to prank and ragebait people. I've seen videos of him looking for a fight and then using his security as a shield.

OK, then Shuffle's "clever marketing ploy" did BOTH the casino, AND the people who hate Jack Doherty, two big favors. "Engagement" like what everyone is accusing them of doing, AND six months of making that guy shut up.

How is it possible not to see that part in that contract, and why will Shuffle give him a contract and tell him not to post, every casino wants popularity and if they see what can give them that popularity they are actually going to do it. A casino cannot pay someone who is popular not to post them, talk more of tell the person not to post on his or her social media account again, except the person is always attacking them, however I believe Shuffle and jack planned this out so they can make Shuffle more popular.

Marketing today is incredibly sophisticated including the use of AI-driven insights so staff might well have suggested this tactic to boost views and forum discussions since that is exactly what is happening, the strategy clearly worked perfectly. In today’s world of fakes, scams, and the like, my first thought is that this story was concocted specifically for people like us only as a secondary consideration do I entertain the possibility that the situation is exactly as the topic title suggests.

As far as I know, Jack Doherty is one of the YouTuber and streamer creators, but I don't know for sure what Jack Doherty's problem is with the crypto casino site Shuffle.com, as you said the clause prohibits him from creating content or posts on social media for a period of six months.

Maybe in the case of Jack Doherty we can learn lessons and conclusions, when someone offers us cooperation, we should read carefully the entire contents of the cooperation contract, in case the contents of the contract are a trap and so on which could find us in the realm oflaw.

This is one of those stories that people tell to deceive others, this story is not true. He’s just lying to us and I’m very sure that 80% of people will not believe this story.

Why did he even post this online? What does he want people to do about it? Posting it online shows that he just want to advertise shuffle.

I just don't want to believe it, given that people nowadays will cook up anything for the sake of publicity and are willing to go to any lengths for it. I didn't know who Jack Doherty was before, but now I do because of this incident so the PR campaign is working brilliantly. Still, I’m curious to see what happens next, so I’ll be looking for updates I might even follow him on Twitter to wait for the moment he finally posts whenever he’s allowed to do so without breaching his contract (whatever kind it may be whether it was concocted for publicity, fake, or real).

This part is actually quite funny because I keep asking myself what he actually does on the internet for them to want him to leave, I watched a few of his YouTube videos and I don't see anything disturbing asides from him taking losses almost everytime in crypto trading, I don't see anything about him that makes him a menace, which i why I think it's part of the publicity for both parties

I recognized him but didn’t follow Jack and I wasn’t really familiar with his internet activity before I read this headline today. Usually social media users who are asked to sign a contract with a gambling website are signed for the sole purpose of creating content and promoting the gambling website.

I don't believe this actually happened because there is no way that Jack would not have seen it on the contract before signing it, or maybe he was deceived. Time will reveal everything, if we still see him posting then it's obviously a marketing strategy.

I don't think this was planned. But if it were then it is brilliant. The funny thing about this is that, another company might do it with serious planning and not even go viral. So successful planing might not give the right outcome. This is seen as normal as you can't say what will happen next.

But if this is actually exermined properly, you will notice that this just created some sought of attention to them. Not necessarily the marketing strategy they planned. So I will add that just maybe people who saw this didn't quite get the all purpose of it's marketing scheme. That's if it's truly true that this is marketing.

I'm actually of the opinion that it was all planned but as I scroll through social media I'm beginning think that there might actually be a possibility that Jack has really been banned from using social media. Although it seems quite sketchy because the tweet jack doharty made there was a detail that stated that it was a paid partnership and he also mentioned the name of the casino in his tweet, a lot of influencers talking about this are giving their own reasons as to why this happened little do they know that it could be the biggest prank on the Internet this month.

What I think is pure genius though from the CEO’s standpoint is that he pretty much made the greatest campaign ever for their online casino by doing the exact opposite of what the other casinos do because it was so controversial and drama rich, right? Just from all the social media posts from this so called “ban” that was written into the contract.

This has to be the greatest campaign ever just like you said because reading the whole story with Jack signing the deal to ban himself from social media without looking at what he signed is quite questionable and a lot of people aren't looking at the bigger picture of this, in just a few days shuffle.com isn't the only side getting the publicity but jack doharty to has gained a lot of attention.

The Internet is going crazy about this and people are actually bought the whole story going on between the CEO of the company and Jack. The story is flying and it's getting a lot of engagements because people actually hate Jack and they want him banned from the Internet which is exactly what they used to gain people's attention, it's brilliant.
