What I think is pure genius though from the CEO’s standpoint is that he pretty much made the greatest campaign ever for their online casino by doing the exact opposite of what the other casinos do because it was so controversial and drama rich, right? Just from all the social media posts from this so called “ban” that was written into the contract.
I don't know why I am lost from grabbing this stark contracts you are emphasising about this Jack and you neither did not say what exactly that he did opposite from other social gambling influencers did. I guess you forgot to add link to the source of information you are trying to pass on following this discussion else, it would save some stress of the random qquestio because I would had really love to learn that his social media content. And I am also wondering who the Mr Jack is because I can not remember any experience about him being discussed in the forum either, or maybe I have if he is truly that popular and a legend partnering with one of the most promoted crypto casino in the forum but I can not remember. However, it is always a good strategy to be unique from others at market place where there is competition. The guy usually makes some annoying YouTube videos most of them are about flashing his cars, house and other things that maks feel rich and expensive. It's even good that he is unable to post on the social media , because of the contract he signed. My own confusion here is that why was his manager and lawyer not with him, when he signed that contract. Was he so dumb that he didn't read the terms and conditions on the contract. I guess he was just blinded by the money behind the contract that couldn't make him talk. But I still don't believe this whole talk about him. How does he wants to get of their contract , except he terminate it or his lawyer find some loop hole in it.

Wow, this is a brilliant marketing tactic He doesn’t want to ruin his reputation on social media, but he wants to make money from a partnership deal with Shuffle. The question is, how could he possibly have signed the contract without reading all the terms and conditions? Haha, I’m sure he actually read everything, and one of the reasons he posted it was to promote the casino but in a different context. It’s genius. --- I think it’s all a set up, and a good one at that. They knew the internet was going to eat this shit up and that they would get way more publicity for a stunt like this and even so much as the CEO taking the stance he did on some rich YouTuber 21 year old, people love it.
What do you guys think?
If this is a set-up, it worked because apparently, Shuffle gained what they want to be gained, and that's popularity and publicity. If this isn't, what I will just say is that, MONEY WORTH SPENT just like the CEO said in his tweet on X. I'm not a follower of this stupid internet influencer who's always hungry for fame, but I've seen how horrendous his videos are especially on one livestream where their car crashed and instead of finding for some medical treatment, he decided to make a livestream off of it. Now who's in the right mind to do that? None. Anyway, Doherty's life has been on a downfall ever since, and if I'm not mistaken, he even created his own meme coin just to... maybe rug pull his "supporters and followers" if there are. Marketing tactic or not, I guess I can say that both benefitted from it. People love online fights. It's just a bit odd to see the CEO spending money to let this MOFO shut his mount. Usually, we see the opposite, right?

I see this as pure advertising and a campaign for the casino. Having exclusivity only for the casino is self-destructive with their work model. No matter how absentminded a person is, they should read everything meticulously. Furthermore, they should have lawyers read it for them. It's necessary to do so to avoid these kinds of errors. I think it's just a joke and part of the site's strategy to make everyone think they have an exclusive agreement with them. If this is a set-up, it worked because apparently, Shuffle gained what they want to be gained, and that's popularity and publicity. If this isn't, what I will just say is that, MONEY WORTH SPENT just like the CEO said in his tweet on X. Usually, we see the opposite, right? I think it's something they set up to increase the site's advertising. Many people like that kind of content even though it's not as interesting as we'd like it to be, but content from those kinds of influencers sells much more.

Knowing that Jack cannot make such a mistake it's going to make you see through whole sharade. This is indeed a genius strategy made by both parties to gain publicity, just in a few days Jack's gained more followers on his social media pages and shuffle have also gotten the publicity they need too using this scheme, it's a win win for both parties working together.

Maybe he signed the contract because he thought it was a free money after reading through the contract terms. Sometimes you may promise to do something without knowing the gravity until you come close to doing it before you realise how difficult it will be. If he ever tried to post gambling related posts directly with his account, this can affect his reputation that can cause a trend he may never come out from. He can still end the contract and refund the money that was allocated to him.

This move is one of a kind. We have seen organisations pull out something which is different from this, but it will somehow create an audience for them, but this is the first time I see news of a casino paying an influencer to block him from making any posts on social media, and now I think that their strategy is working more than paying for them to be promoted. The money people are trying to wonder about – the more the name of the casino keeps popping up, the more the money will be.

The money people are trying to wonder about – the more the name of the casino keeps popping up, the more the money will be. I've seen the post on his Instagram so it seems like it was a legitimate thing, but since it was a promotional thing or a marketing move for shuffle, I would say that this was a little different for sure. I mean, if you know, there are a lot of people that hate this guy, Jack Doherty, because of his content, he was more like of a arrogant boy. This could easily be a scripted thing for sure, since I don't think when you're signing to a casino with a huge pay, you're not going to bring someone like a lawyer to read the contract for you, so for sure this was a strategic move. Since the casino was like playing like a guy, making him to shut up, since a lot of people don't like him. Plus, the owner is also roasting him, so the way I see it right now, it was effective since they are getting a lot of advertisement and publicity with the stunt.

On the other hand, many analysts believe this is a good marketing ploy. Apparently, Jack Doherty hasn't done anything bad to Shuffle Casino, and the casino's representatives have no need to seek revenge against the blogger. Most likely, this is simply a viral marketing scheme involving a controversial blogger, who was allegedly forced to sign an unfavorable contract that sparked the alleged scandal. I'd say this is very creative advertising for both the casino and the blogger. Fake scandals are a good way to go viral.
Definitely this is just a marketing ploy. It's just a 6-month deal .. so surely Shuffle spent money on this contract hoping it would get people's attention and that the news itself would serve as an advertisement. But if this marketing stunt fails then it would be a loss for Shuffle, but since the amount was not disclosed we don't know how much money we're talking about here. For sure, I mean I guess only time will tell. I’ll tell you what it’s a hell of a good deal for the kid. He is literally making bands to not post and basically have a social media vacation and has the ability to focus on other things. A social media influencer that doesn’t have to do literally what his job is for 6 months and still get paid, that lucky MKer lol. He just can’t post on HIS account, he can literally start a faceless channel or another account as an alias and make money that way as well.

Time for this guy to go to jail, where some people will have fun with him because he can't hide behind his bodyguard anymore. I mean how is this person still relevant after all he has done? I am surprised some gambling site is actually interested in working with a proven scammer (meme coin rug pull), has a history of exploiting woman, and the many other disgraceful things he has done. I mean sooner or later he will end up in jail because he thinks none of his actions bring any consequences with them. Time for a reality check!

To be honest this strategy they used is a very good strategy, sometimes if you are running advert for your company you should think outside the box, this strategy that they used like this has made their casino to be in the news, if they had used the normal advert strategy I don't think it would have made the news like this. They will actually make profit from this advert because a lot of forum and social media content creators are talking about this matter, yesterday I saw someone post it on Facebook and people were discussing about the matter in the comment section.

how is he expecting people to believe this? This is one of those stories that people tell to deceive others, this story is not true. He’s just lying to us and I’m very sure that 80% of people will not believe this story. Why did he even post this online? What does he want people to do about it? Posting it online shows that he just want to advertise shuffle. I must commend him. He has a very good strategy for advert, I’m sure more casinos will use him for advert . Yep, i guess he being careless wether people to believe in his gimmick or not because all he cares is about money he get. It's a usual thing to see a rage bait marketing like this. Anyone who hate him would not care about that and believe he's banned forever. He's smart as ass to conned his haters. hehe

Chill man, you're talking it too far, money came on board. Bro money controls everything, the contract fee isn't disclosed but it has to be huge to keep him mute. Creativity has no limit, sometimes brands can go out of known context to get people's attention, just like they got you're and you're asking questions already, they may have gotten more people's interests locked in on Schuffle . It's a 6 months deal bro, it would soon end and he'll go back to creating his contents again. It's kinda fun to me seeing him go mute.

Although it depends on the fact that he should have read this contract properly and looked at his life and the life he spends on social media whether he can live without social media for 6 months or not. Then he should have either signed it or not even though he did not read it completely and signed it and now he will not be able to post on social media until the agreement is fulfilled. Although what he has signed in gambling asks something from him that he did not read it properly while making this contract although the principle is that if you are making a contract with someone then you should have read the contract so that he would have avoided this mistake today. To build a relationship with gambling, one should look at everything and work so that he does not make such mistakes tomorrow.

As far as I understand, this refers to the well-known American video blogger Jack Doherty, who was indeed banned from online activity due to the terms of his sponsorship agreement.
Yeah, he said that he signed the contract, but didn't read the terms which is weird. I mean even a normal person should know that before you sign any documents, you have to read what's inside and understand it.
Regardless on what he did to the casino, now both are being talked on many social media accounts. So we can say that both are in a win-win situation as obviously, they get the hype that they needed in this so called contracts. How on earth would he sign a contract without going through the terms of the deal? That's a bunch of lies; everything happening right now with the deal is damn planned out. New ways to get more attention on social media, we're understanding the trick. I agree with you; it's actually a win-win situation for both parties, seeing how this contract is being talked about.

Oh, is it because his flaunts his luxurious lifestyles online as a means to promote the casino company that makes him annoying? Hey, don't act like you are just getting started because, online influencers will always have their dynamic strategies to do their marketing. Those guys right have agents around the societies and they research to know what pattern that they should display just to catch the audience attentions which is their main aim of steaming. Alongside, those expensive lifestyles of the media influencers does not really motivate us that much because we have come to realize they are all bunch of liars using the flamboyant means to trick us. While being aware that those are old schemes, you must be also note that some of them (social gambling influencers) tends to act genuine limiting all that hypes with the luxuries but drives your attention to how you can subscribe to their channels claiming they guarantees 99%-100% of their games a winning one. These guys that claims to be gambling or prediction experts online are entirely annoying because, if they have such possessions, they won't ask for audience subscription neither would they sign contracts of promoting the bet companys instead of playing and making millions of $ in their bets.

When we are unique and different from the normal then people will give attention to it and that is the biggest success of this promotional strategy without promoting anything by the influencer and this is also a remainder that why rich people are rich which is because they are smart and take risks that no other person will do. The money well spent to shut the MF is another level aura from the Gamdom owner himself.

How is it possible not to see that part in that contract, and why will Shuffle give him a contract and tell him not to post, every casino wants popularity and if they see what can give them that popularity they are actually going to do it. A casino cannot pay someone who is popular not to post them, talk more of tell the person not to post on his or her social media account again, except the person is always attacking them, however I believe Shuffle and jack planned this out so they can make Shuffle more popular.~ That’s what I’m sure of. I agree that right now it’s hard to see what they are up to, considering that they told him to shut the f*ck up, but they are definitely planning something. Maybe it’s a smart move, who knows? Maybe forbidding Doherty to post can draw much more attention to Shuffle than asking him to post for them. People tend to ignore advertisement speeches, but look how thrilled they are about this story.

As far as I understand, this refers to the well-known American video blogger Jack Doherty, who was indeed banned from online activity due to the terms of his sponsorship agreement.
I think this kind of news only supports the prohibition imposed on Jack Doherty. I mean, we all know he is a "POS" and I cannot stand his antics and attitude as a whole. However, the more companies give him relevancy, even if it is a negative-imposed sanction, it still gains attention which he capitalizes on. I completely agree with you that this move is only a marketing scheme to bring more traction as it touches on the curiosity of an average person. It still adds fuel to the fire of gambling despite having the prohibition to avoid Jack of posting any kind of gambling advertisement. I am pretty sure in the following weeks, we will be seeing exact news or at least the same news covering the same topic with Jack's name being dragged on this marketing scheme.

People tend to ignore advertisement speeches, but look how thrilled they are about this story. Shuffle casino and Jack, are getting people talking everywhere about what many people have not heard before where you pay a content creator to keep quiet instead of promoting your casino which is the norm, I'm sure that many gambling communities are discussing about it. The aim of adverts is for people to know your brand which will make some new consumers to try it out, I guess that Shuffle is maximizing this unconventional marketing strategy to make a bold statement about their casino because you have to be financially capable to pay an influential personality not to talk about your product. Beyond advertisements what keeps a casino going in the game on the long run is trust, so whether Shuffle is paying an influencer to speak loudly or just to shut up, gambling experience in their casino is the main focus.
