One thing I’ve come to notice is that government policies don’t affect everyone equally. Someone with good income and savings may adjust to the rise in expenses but a person living under low salary struggle to afford even basic needs. I understand that some policies may bring long term benefits but what happens to those who cannot cope with the hardship that comes with it. In my one opinion I think the government needs to consider how ordinary people will survive the transition before introducing major changes.
My question is; when a government introduces a policy that may benefit the country in the long run but puts immediate pressure on on people’s daily lives, what responsibility should it have towards those who cannot cope barely afford the transition?

What you explained could probably be about the rise of goods and services in the country. My question is; when a government introduces a policy that may benefit the country in the long run but puts immediate pressure on on people’s daily lives, what responsibility should it have towards those who cannot cope barely afford the transition?
They will all complain, but you will see them cope. When government have not done anything, you will still see some people struggling in life, but if government do something like that, they will be blaming the government and not blame their moves that is not smart in money making

In the ideal society government don't don't make laws or policy to enburden or stressed any body mostly when it has to do with goods and services or consumption commodity, the reason government carryout feasibility study, research, survey and all sort of information gathering when making policies or laws including the gathering of all classes of the citizens including all arms of the government for better resolution on how better policy are made to suit the common man in the societies what happened is the inequality problem that exists in society no man's how policy are made everyone must not be at the same paste that is the reason the least in financial income happened to be burden, receive the pain of all policy mostly when it's towards consumables products that every class is going for, and the demand and supply have it's impact on them.

There may be an effect when governments are working on policies, but a policy shouldn't bring hardship or make poverty increase significantly. If the policy is causing common people to become poorer, then either the government is approaching the policy incorrectly or it is just acting in the name of a policy. People are not supposed to starve, die, or become poor due to the government working on a policy.
A government that is genuinely trying to work on a policy will definitely show some positive effects on it. Even if a policy should temporarily affect average people, it should only be for a short time; where there is no positive change, the government is just lying to the people.

This is not completely true. Policies affect people differently. It affects some directly on their finances and others indirectly. Indirectly, I mean it will affect someone, perhaps a business partner or an investor. So since you're in the chain, it will affect you. Many ways that policies affect people aside from finances. I understand that some policies may bring long term benefits but what happens to those who cannot cope with the hardship that comes with it. Policies that were meant to make the future better are accepted. Everyone at the time the policies were made had to adjust to the system. It is a normal thing for humans to make changes for good. I don't mind if it affects the next person or me. We need to consider its advantages in the future.

Bro money making is a skill and it needs a financial knowledge as well and in life the starting point of every human being is different for example a child born in a poor family he does not get a proper education also does not have a guideline as well may be he/she will learn all these things with time but in learning phase imagine the challenges they will face because they does not have a proper resources just like a kid born in a rich family some people are lucky they learn all these things in childhood but some people who are born in poor families those government policies highly impact them.

If a government brings up a policy that would cut like a knife to the people, they will also bring a relief programs or materials that will help to cushion the effect of the harness policies that they would bring. That is why before a policy will be implemented, it will go through phases of analysis and feasibility studies befor implementation. Every society have three different stages of citizens, we have the upper class, the middle class and lower class, this classes will determine the level of harshness that's policy that the government wants to implement will look like, if it will bring more people from the upper class to the lower class, then such kind of policies should not be implemented, because it has a negative economic driven effect.

Protecting the basic rights of a nation must be the priority of any government, and the government should be responsible for that, especially for those who can't afford the immediate impact of policies. Are government policies applicable to all public members? By law, yes, every citizen is responsible for implementing government policies, but the government should not ignore the difficulties of ordinary people who compromise on basic needs just to survive. For instance, the high prices of utility bills and the high inflation rate increase day by day, so how does an ordinary citizen meet these costs?
According to the recent reports by the World Bank, our country remains at the top of poverty in our region, so in these situations, the government should focus on their policies and give conversations to deserving people so they survive without any mental distraction due to the insecurity of government policies. Where our country stands right now, there are a lot of improvements required, but upper authorities revised the policies just in favor of poor people. Then gradually, people go for compliance, and we see stability in the economy, and also our country starts growing more and more towards success because unemployment decreases.

Like the policy of applying high taxes as a long-term benefit to the state, while people below the average will feel pressured by this policy, the government must be able to build good infrastructure as well as adequate jobs.
People must now be smart, not just rely on government policies, but must be able to transition from bad to better as they can make more money from the skills they have, at least financially.
Remember, that the government will always get criticism from various quarters for its policies, sure it's all just for the sake of advancing the country even though some of its people do not agree.

Actually you are right a government policy should be judged not only by its intention but also by it impacts on the live of the people, the citizens are facing a lot of hunger, poverty and hardship the government must be ready to give a willing review and give them support not make survival difficult for them. No policy should be considered successful when people who are meant to serve are suffering every day , a government must always put the citizens priority first, so the real government is to make life better for the people not to make survival a daily struggle for them.

If you're just learning about this recently, that means you're late arriving because, since it has always been politics that overshadows governments that regulates the laws, policies especially social policies will always be thwarted by specific individuals or higher authorities. There has really been those authorities or leaders who doesn't get influenced by the laws which was meant to guide everyone. If you're also a law enforcer, you must also not let your love once or colleagues become judged under your custody.

Most policies is not for the advancement of the country but for the selfish desires of the leaders in power, they constantly amend and introduce policies without considering the citizens in question because ones they are fine that of the citizens are no longer part of their concern. The use of skills to create nonexisting sources of income for the citizens is the best answer that suits this present economy because been dependent on the government for survival is same as preparing something that can take our life indirectly. With the way things are now, I think the only answer to all question is consistent pushing with our skills so we can meet ends need.

The world classes counts from influential down to working class. The first named have hedges to upcoming policies, and thinks far ahead of the average person. While they've got the immunity, the truth is, these guys know what policy would be instituted in 2040, a new policy that comes as a surprise to the average worker, to the influential has been taken care of years back.

The suffering that comes due to the government's policies will have to be borne by the common people. For example, very recently, the salary structure of government employees has been doubled, in this case, mainly government employees have received benefits, but private employees who work in low-paid jobs or only earn a living as daily wage workers have suffered a lot. The prices of daily necessities are constantly increasing because the government structure has increased the salaries of only government employees, in this case, the income of the common people who are laborers and private employees has not increased. In this case, a miserable situation prevails in the country and the government is not bearing the responsibility of this miserable situation, rather the people are bearing it and living a miserable life.

Actually I would have gladly want to hear that changes that government will do that will affect people's daily life or put pressure on them. But aside that, government don't care how you do it to survive when they inpose a law that affect people directly or indirectly. Though in some developed countries they might find solution for them, but not in some underdeveloped countries. Countries where politicians are greedy and looking for ways to embessle public fund and finding a way to make people believe a lie to cover up there atrocities, they will never care how you manage to survive after what they have done.

If in all honesty the hardship the people are facing is just a temporary setback that will be proceeded by an economic turnaround and that there is a good communication between the government and the people, then short term burden that will yield long term ease is not a strange thing. Even from an individual standpoint, there are times your decisions will demand that you bear some burden for a season for the sake of the future gain.it is called the times of planting and reaping. during seasons of planting, things might not appear too good but for the sake of the eventual good that will follow after, you will have to wait and endure through it all.

Government should have a clear plan to protect the most vulnerable during this changes whether through target support, better wages otherwise the people who can least afford the sacrifice end up paying the highest price. A policy should not be judged only by what it promises the country in the near future but also by how its cost are being shared. How can will call it progress if ordinary people are being pushed further into hardship along the way.

Transitional periods in every country is often very difficult because of the necessary changes that cannot be favorable to every citizens of the country but if the government is able to communicate effectively to show that the sufferings of the masses is for a greater good in the near future, the citizens would gladly endure. During this phase the government should show emphaty for the ordinary citizens who would be mostly affected by the transitional phase, they can give palliatives and subsidize the prices of essential commodities in the country. I believe that many people are prepared to endure hardship if they know that it is for the time being due to their government efforts to better their economy but the problem is lack of trust for politicians. Politicians are manipulative, they will promise something and do the opposite, so it is the poor that bears the burden of bad policies in many countries.

One thing I’ve come to notice is that government policies don’t affect everyone equally. We all don't have the same circumstances so don't expect the policy to be effective the same way upon everyone, even though the number expectation is to see that everyone go by the rules, but the same engagement pattern does not permit for equality when it comes to who is being affected by the rules and those that are being covered by immunity, the better your position in the society the better the influence and the protection that covers you unlike an ordinary vulnerable citizen who can be easily apprehended by the law.

I believe it is responsibility of government to take responsibility for ordinary people when their policies start creating serious financial problems. If policy is benefiting the country in longer term that does not mean that ordinary person/common man is forced to suffer just to wait to get those benefits. Before introducing any major policies or changes, government should consider the situation of people who are earning low wages. Similarly on other hand, it is not possible to always avoid these difficult policies because sometimes these changes are necessary to create economic stability and also for future development. Main concern should be that it should not put any burden on ordinary person or person who is already struggling to survive. People who are earning well might have savings or they can adjust in other way but poor families don't have any backup. If a government is responsible enough, it should introduce changes slowly and also explain to people why these changes are important.
