Privacy Coin (PC)
Open-Source | CPU-Mineable | Privacy-Focused Cryptocurrency

Mainnet Activated — October 14, 2026

Introduction

Privacy Coin (PC) is a new open-source cryptocurrency focused on private digital payments, accessible CPU mining, and permissionless participation.

The project is independently developed and aims to build a practical privacy-focused payment network rather than a speculative token.

The first production Mainnet block was mined on October 14, 2026.

This is a very early single-node Mainnet launch. Independent public peer connectivity and continuous network availability have not yet been verified.

Important Security Notice

Privacy Coin is experimental and has NOT undergone an independent third-party security audit.

The project has received AI-assisted internal review and controlled testing, but software bugs, consensus failures, privacy weaknesses, wallet losses and hostile network behavior remain possible.

Currently, only the initial owner-operated production node has been confirmed. A decentralized network with independent participants has not yet been demonstrated.

PC has no established market value or guaranteed liquidity. Mining profitability, security and anonymity are not guaranteed.

Looking for Early Participants

I am an independent developer building this project.

I am looking for people interested in:

  • Running independent Mainnet nodes
  • Testing CPU mining
  • Reviewing the open-source code
  • Reporting bugs and security issues
  • Helping improve usability and real-world payment applications

If you're interested in early privacy-focused cryptocurrency development, please take a look at the source code and documentation.

Feedback, technical criticism and independent testing are welcome.
