The main distinction between being wealthy and rich becomes noticeable when person income unexpectedly stops. If person has high expenses then they might lose financial stability within a few months if they have to pay for expenses that are not in their control. Similarly, a person who earns less can become wealthy by investing, saving and also trying to avoid redundant spending. But I think having multiple assets or income sources is not enough. Main thing is that those assets must generate value and they should be manageable over time.

Business that is not managed well does not have any financial planning and can become a financial burden in long term. When running any business, the important thing that needs to be noted is how much money is generated, how much money is preserved, how it is being managed over time and how much money is turned into financial security for future. Just to look wealthy, there is no need to become financially strong. There are people who live a very simple life they live in a better position compared to the one who always tries to show off their luxurious life and their expensive things.

You are right, wealth comes from Investments and not just basic earnings or a fixed amount of money in your bank account. One thing about being at the top is that you can move from 100 to 0 very fast, without having something that generates money for you the amount of money that makes you rich can get exhausted, that's just how money is. I think the fundamental difference between this two is the ability to contain expenses, that's the simple difference, one Is the judgement of financial standing at time with same or little to same amount of expenses whilst the other sees itself as investment in forms of assets that yields sustainable profit over a long period of time. Everything is about execution actually like knowledge without applications doesn't do anything so as just having money doesn't make you wealth, you must know how to use that money to then acquire wealth. For alot of persons just getting the money and being able to survive is like the goal for them but to get wealth especially generational wealth, I think you need to know how to make money work for you.

Just because you are rich then you can be considered wealthy as well. I think this is the common mindset of normal people. But being rich does not automatically mean you are wealthy too. There are a lot of rich people in the world that got the money, power and influence, but there are only few wealthy men out there who stick with long term financial freedom through strict discipline and constant progress rather than temporary or short-lived luxury.

Regarding wealth, I think that if we talk about perspectives on this matter, there are certainly several different views on this matter. So yes, if you think that being rich is like that, yes, that might be true for you, but not necessarily for others. Because in my personal opinion, wealth and being rich are clearly very relative. By relative, I mean, yes, it depends on where the person lives, and depends on how the person's mindset is. Because there are quite a few simple people who feel they have enough and feel rich. I agree with you. Having a lot of assets does not make a person rich. How rich a person is depends on how strong his income is. Along with this, the person must have financial stability, only then will that person get financial freedom. There are many types of assets, which can be sold for a large amount, but do not generate income from regularly. You have said it all from my own research being rich is doing something that constantly gives you money. It can be one source or even 5 ppl places, you can buy whatever you want with it and do as it please you, but once that source is cut off, the you are back to square 1 or zero. But being rich is having an investment mindset. A wealth person prioritize asset diversification and other kind of investment that yield income on a regular/monthly or annual basis. The difference between them is lack of investment and investment. Rich people work for money, while money work for wealthy people through their investment.

When I was a teenager, some of my friends parents that were rich because they had a good paying job. They didn't invest the money and just kept it in the bank. As inflation rises overtime and they're also getting old, their money lost its purchasing power and currently, they're not rich anymore. Those that invested their own salaries are still enjoying from their investment.

To become wealthy you need to build wealth by making several investment, actually building wealth doesn't come very fast as becoming rich, you can be rich today and become broke tomorrow but it's not possible to be wealthy and become broke because you always have things generating income for you.

Your money can't be in a bank and you calm to be wealthy, there are some situation if you want to borrow money from bank and you don't have anything generating income for you they might not approved it even though you have some money in that bank it's only when they see that you have a reasonable asset that generates income for you before your loan can be approved.
