Rollbit – Returned LTC (Travel Rule) not credited after 3 days

Rollbitusername: XTCITY20

I’ve been a Rollbit user since February 2023 (over 3.5 years, Gold 5) with more than $613k wagered.

On 10 October 2026 I withdrew a total of 24.8558 LTC to BTC Markets.

BTC Markets rejected the deposit under Travel Rule / AML requirements and returned the full 24.8558 LTC to the original sending address.

Original withdrawal TX from Rollbit:
Code:
0063ca99d472c959ee3a384eaf8674fc2ef7ea3415fc3573c5fca3d102f9f921

Return TX:
Code:
02ee2fdb497aab17fad8a830f0347237a97a126d407cd7f837af6f35a65fffc0

The address that received the return (
Code:
ltc1q7kk6p7mzly7yne9urjnerv7utyegpqe0w4sajm
) is the same address that appears in the original Rollbit withdrawal transaction.

Support first said recovery may be possible if the funds landed on an address they control and asked me to provide the TXID. After 3 days of escalation they refused, claiming the funds “had been returned to a user deposit address at a different platform and were spent” and that they use a payment provider so they do not control the wallets.

This was money I needed. Looking for anyone who has dealt with a similar returned deposit case at Rollbit and how it was resolved.

Happy to provide full chat logs, the BTC Markets return email, and screenshots.

Not trying to give you any shit as I am sure you are already kicking yourself, but why did you not send money from wherever to a wallet you control and then deposit it where you needed it to go? If you did it that way then the funds would always be returned to an address you control and save you headaches like this wouldn't it?

Hindsight is 20/20.
I had done it this way for 3 years this is the first time I had the issue and rollbit making excuses that they don't control the wallet, even though when the funds were reversed by my exchange it was idle in that  ltc1q7kk6p7mzly7yne9urjnerv7utyegpqe0w4sajm wallet.. SOON AS I MESSAGED ROLLBIT the funds moved to 4 different wallets.

Golden rule when gambling online with crypto, don't send or receive to/from exchanges. You are playing for many years now and you should know that.
Many casinos work the way rollbit does, they gather funds from several customer wallets to send out withdrawals, that's nothing new. Guess maybe there s even a paragraph in their TOS about it maybe. Anyway, obviously that doesn't help you much and the way they handle withdrawals in this awkward (yet popular) way is at least questionable. Yet I fear there is nothing that can be done about it, especially now that the coins are already spent.
They can, and will, argue that you should have used an address you control and where funds won't get reversed, and they are right about that unfortunately.
Expensive lesson learned, just to safe like 2 minutes time.

You should have raised questions against the exchanges instead of Rollbit. Your withdrawal transaction had 15 inputs. So, why did they return the funds to one of those addresses instead of asking you first? The support team of Rollbit has said the truth here. Most of the casinos process the withdrawal of BTC, LTC, DOGE, XRP, etc (other crypto with native network) from other users deposited funds. Rollbit would have returned the funds if the withdrawal process and refund had happened through their hot wallet address.

We had seen a similar type of complaints here one year ago, where two different casinos were involved in the issue: [Solved] [STAKE.COM] [BITPANDA.COM] 40 LTC Scam - Who's responsible ?

Your LTC deposit is being returned

Thank you for submitting your recent deposit of 24.8558 LTC on 10 Oct 2026 3:13pm.
We’re sorry, but we were unable to process this transfer. This may occur for a range of reasons related to our Travel Rule obligations and/or our obligations under AML/CTF laws.
Where possible, the funds will be returned to the original sending wallet within 10 business days, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Please note that we are unable to return transfers below $10.00. We may also charge a refund fee to cover the manual processing involved and any associated transaction costs, with the applicable fee set out on our Fees page.

It's because of a new Law probably from Scott Bessent's sanctions to prevent funding in crypto by IRGC, both sender and receiver need to provide verification/identity, Rollbit is not using verifiable wallets therefore by law they have to send it back to the exact wallet that tried to send it to them.

Regardless rollbit are being cunts, and I could dox every single one of their staff members I have their addresses and even some passport numbers, including 20mb of business documents including their gambling license (don't ask how I got this) but I will let God give them the karma they deserve I will quit their site, their cofounder is on the run from the UK authorities for tax evasion by the way and the other cofounder is hiding behind multiple shell accounts but I know his identity. Regardless I'll let God deal with them.
