Another Kikabet problem !!

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately, I’ve also a problem with Kikabet.
I registered at kikabet on 21st August. As long as you don’t win any money, everything runs smoothly. My deposits were credited quickly and correctly.

Last weekend I had a bit of luck with my bets and wanted to withdraw a small amount.
As a result, my account was initially restricted. I cancelled my first withdrawal and requested a larger one. Now my account is blocked.

Of course, you could say it’s only been a few days. Give them more time...  but I have enough experience to know when something is fishy.
I’m not getting a reply by email. Nobody’s replying to me in chat either. If I use a new browser and I am not logged in, I get a member of staff on chat straight away. As soon as I explain what the issue is and give my details, I don’t get a further reply.

Fortunately, I’d taken screenshots beforehand that can prove everything.
I’m not expecting much help, but I want to issue a clear warning about this Casino. For now, at least. There’s still a tiny glimmer of hope that everything will turn out well.
In the end, though, Kikabet will probably just make some wild accusation that I’ve breached some rule or other.

Incidentally, I’ve also been ignored in the Kikabet thread so far.

Did you try contacting their casino's representative on the forum? I see they already have an official announcement thread here, which is a good thing.

May I ask why your account was closed? Did you get an email explaining which policy you violated or explaining why??

I also found this feedback on Trustpilot, which makes me wonder if this has happened before. So, how does their representative explain this?

I hope they come to this thread, explain what happened, and help resolve the issue.

Yes, I wrote in that Thread, but Kikabet still ignore me. Same to another person who asked for his withdrawal.

I don´t know why they closed my account. I got no answer by email and no answer in chat. No one speakes to me. Account is closed and I don´t know why...

I’ve read that too.
"Value Betting" is a funny answer.
It’s rather embarrassing.

That’s why I’d like to draw attention to this and warn people about Kikabet.

As I said, perhaps I’ll get a reply from Kikabet here at he threat and everything will be sorted out
