Summary: Registered, deposited, and won on the same day. Upon requesting a withdrawal, my account was suspended without a specific explanation. Support refused to return even my original deposit. After I mentioned Bitcointalk, they suddenly accused me of multi-accounting and contradicted their earlier statements by claiming my real-money balance was still accessible.

WHAT HAPPENED

On October 15, 2026, I registered on 1st.game for the first time, deposited funds, placed bets, and won. When I attempted to withdraw my balance on the same day, I received the error:

Quote
failed to create withdrawal order

Support informed me that my account had been permanently suspended for unspecified violations of their Terms & Conditions.

Despite repeatedly asking for an explanation, they refused to identify the violated rules and explicitly confirmed that my entire balance was frozen and even my original deposit would not be returned.

Only after I mentioned publishing a scam accusation on Bitcointalk did they suddenly accuse me of multi-accounting and providing false registration information.

I categorically deny these allegations. I registered on their website for the first time that very morning.

Even more interestingly, their explanation regarding my funds completely changed.

CONTRADICTORY STATEMENTS FROM SUPPORT

Statement #1 — Account permanently suspended, all funds frozen:

Quote
All balances and bonuses in your account have been frozen, and you will not be able to withdraw from this account.

Statement #2 — Original deposit will NOT be returned:

Quote
Unfortunately we are unable to returned deposit amount.

Statement #3 — AFTER mentioning Bitcointalk, real-money balance is supposedly available:

Quote
You can still log in and utilize your remaining real balance as normal, but any bonus entitlements are irrecoverable, and no further promotions will be applied to this account.

So which one is it?

First, my account is permanently suspended and all funds are confiscated. Then, suddenly, only bonuses are restricted and my real-money balance supposedly remains accessible.

These statements directly contradict each other.

I have never registered another account on this website. I am requesting that 1st.game either process my withdrawal or, at the very least, return my original deposit.

I invite their Bitcointalk representative to explain what specific rules I supposedly violated, substantiate their multi-accounting allegations, and clarify why their support provided completely contradictory explanations.

FULL SUPPORT CHAT — OCTOBER 15, 2026

The conversation below is reproduced in chronological order. Original wording preserved.

ME:
Quote
Hello! I want to withdraw my funds. It says “failed to create withdrawal order”. Why?

SUPPORT BOT:
Quote
Hi, thank you for contacting us. We’re happy to assist you.

Please allow us a moment to review your account and customer records. In the meantime, if you have any additional information that may help us better understand the issue, such as screenshots or error messages, please feel free to send them here.

SUPPORT BOT:
Quote
Please give me a moment to check. Thank you.

LUNA (1st.game):
Quote
Hello, Upon checking, Our system detected activity that violated the website’s rules and terms of service, resulting in your account being disabled and preventing you from making withdrawals again.

ME:
Quote
I am sorry, but what ruels?

LUNA (1st.game):
Quote
Our system has detected certain activity on your account that does not comply with the website’s Terms & Conditions. Therefore, your account has been permanently suspended and can no longer be used, in accordance with the terms and conditions and Fair Play Policy. All balances and bonuses in your account have been frozen, and you will not be able to withdraw from this account.

ME:
Quote
Could you atleast give me an explanation what I have done?

LUNA (1st.game):
Quote
As this account has been permanently suspended, you will no longer be able to use it to play games or withdraw funds, even if you make a deposit now. Therefore, please do not deposit any further funds into this account, as suspended accounts cannot be used for gaming or withdrawals.

ME:
Quote
Can you give me my deposited money back atleast if you dont even give reasoning, or will you just say I violated the rules without specifying what rules?

LUNA (1st.game):
Quote
We understand your dissatisfaction regarding the account suspension. However, this suspension resulted from a review conducted in accordance with the website’s Terms of Use and Fair Play policy, and the matter has been concluded. Due to security policies, we cannot disclose further details or alter the outcome of the suspension; consequently, this account can no longer be used for gameplay or any financial transactions.

Unfortunately we are unable to returned deposit amount.
‼️If any account has been disabled by the system, that account will no longer be able to request withdrawals or receive any bonuses. We recommend that you use only one account that is still active and make regular deposits and gameplay according to the rules, so the system can use that account’s activity for future reviews. ❌

ME:
Quote
Okay then, I am going to simply put it everywhere on Bitcointalk, and we are going to see how the community and your customers react Smiley

LUNA (1st.game) — CONTRADICTORY RESPONSE:
Quote
Following a thorough internal investigation, we discovered multiple linked accounts, including some inaccurate or false registration information related to your profile. This constitutes a direct violation of our Fair Play and Bonus Policy, which strictly prohibits multi-accounting and the misuse of promotions. Therefore, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, your account is permanently disqualified from all bonuses and promotional offers, now and in the future. You can still log in and utilize your remaining real balance as normal, but any bonus entitlements are irrecoverable, and no further promotions will be applied to this account. This measure is part of our risk and fairness control system to protect players who adhere to the rules.⛔️

ME:
Quote
It is impossible. This is the first time I registered on this site.

ME:
Quote
Will you stop making these excuses and atleast give my deposit back if you don’t give any reasons why did you disable my account? Or will you explain on Bitcointalk forum? Smiley

I just saw this message after posting the complaint after my last message: (Of course, I can not withdraw anything).

LUNA (1st.game)
The decision is final and cannot be changed. A disabled account cannot be modified, reactivated, or used to access withdrawal or bonus services.

I am awaiting a public explanation and the return of my funds from the 1st.game representatives.

I have been on this forum for many years, and this is the first time I’ve seen something like this, something I find hard to even believe I’m seeing. How is it possible for you to be having issues at four different casinos in the just a few days? This doesn’t seem normal to me. I’m going to list the casinos where you are currently experiencing problems:

Power.Win confiscated $3,500+ – Transactions traced to VEGA.BET-What's going on ( Power.Win  )

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5576146.msg67233860#msg67233860 ( Vega.bet  )

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5591991.msg67241725#msg67241725 ( Spin.io  )

and this thread of yours about the 1st.game.

This isn’t normal. Even if a casino is a scam and makes selective payouts, having issues at four different casinos simultaneously or within a span of just a few days becomes highly suspicious. It starts to look like the problem might actually be on your end, rather than the casinos'. Perhaps you should reach out to @holydarkness so he can review evidence from both sides and determine who is telling the truth. I’m not sure if the casino, 1st.game, would agree to this, nor do I know if you would be open to having @holydarkness act as a mediator in this dispute. We would also need to see if @holydarkness is even willing to take on the case.

it's only 3 casinos he has issues with, the vega.bet post is about power.win.
but one thing in common between those 3 (power.win, spin.io, 1st.game), is they all use betby as their sports provider.

that, and him saying he "placed random sport bets" and from his other topic looking for Bookmakers with multiple sport providers.
i'm thinking he's probably been doing something that betby doesn't like, and they keep flagging him.

If I understand this correctly, you are claiming the following:

$1130 USDT from 1st.game
$3500 from Power.Win

If one casino is requesting evidence because of a source of funds investigation and that possibility has been included in the Terms and Conditions that you willingly signed up to when you registered on their website, why is that a problem for you? As for the other casino stating you have broken the terms of you contract by using multiple accounts, why do you think they would want to scam you out of $1130?

Power.Win claimed I used funds that associated with EU sanctioned exchanges, which I traced back to Vega.Bet deposits and withdrawals. They did a full-scale KYC where I even provided OFFICIAL PAYSLIPS, but they did not even provide the exact transactions, just confiscated my winnings.
Vega.Bet is only related after my whole wallet analysis, finding out that the specified numbers matched with their transactions. Other than that, Vega.Bet paid me out fair and square, without playing these dirty games, so I am definietly not complaining about them.

Spin.IO told me I circumvented the house edge OR used whatever techniques. This is the easiest reason to confiscate winnings for, I do not even waste my time with complaints. Just for you to know, I bet on a specific sport this sport is organized by a provider from what I have been reading. It is impossible for the average Joe to find a "house edge"  or whatever in this sport, I would call it sportified slot machines.

1st.game did not give me any reasoning, then when I told them I will post their behavior all over the internet, suddenly, I am multi accounting and bonus abusing, whatever they came up with. I asked again, where are the proofs about that, as I have literally registered that morning, I was hit by this generic copy paste answers,  maybe I was even arguing with an AI Chatbot.

I am looking for Asia facing bookmakers for the exotic selection and large numbers of matches.

If "BetBy" does not like what I am doing, why am I getting 3 different reasons for the confiscation at 3 different bookmakers?

I kindly ask you to slowly read my complaints again.
I have provided everything that the bookmaker asked, even my payslips, and for the other casino, I am not multi-accounting, yet accused of doing so.

I did read the complaint. I did not read any response from them as to why they declined you on the basis of KYC. Having said that, VegaBet paid out (therefore you are not complaining about them) yet your subsequent deposits and wins at PowerWin are a problem. If you have shown them traceable records of how you received the funds, they should not be creating an issue. If the funds are associated with an EU blacklist, they could have legal implications in returning the funds to you but you should ask them what they will do with the funds. For example, they cannot hold the funds indefinitely. You should seek clarification if they will they surrender the funds to a law enforcement agency. If they provide a name, you can contact that agency yourself to request the funds be returned.

As for 1stgame, it might be a simple case of selective scamming. If they did not initially provide a reason but only responded with a false narrative after you stated you would complain about them in this forum (and elsewhere), then that might an easier case to try resolving. I wonder why any casino would concoct a false narrative over $1130.

I kindly ask you to slowly read my complaints again.
I have provided everything that the bookmaker asked, even my payslips, and for the other casino, I am not multi-accounting, yet accused of doing so.
