The motivation behind owning so called private business is that you have full control over the business, own much of its assets, nurture it to the level of your ability, earn more money and possibly expand. This is basically what drives the capitalists. It's said that such drive is much reduced in community-run business, as it's owned by everyone and not run like one man's business... Some benefit more from such businesses while contributing less,  others contribute more while benefiting less. I think this is what they call the  Tradegy of the Common or something.  This issues actually lessen the drive that is much present in capitalist model.

Can it be different in Cryptonomic model?  I personally believe it can since we are not interested in dragging a business with its owner... For the sake of keeping things decentralized, trustless, permissionless, transparent and censorship resistance, the involvement of community becomes important. A business founder remains the owner, but there has to be checks and balances to keep the business healthy/good.
The contributing community members, who can aswell be stakeholders, get their rewards accordingly, like how salaries are paid to workers. But this reward type should be automatically deducted from revenue streams so that the workers remain independent and don't depend too much on founder or owner for rewards. The remaining fund is used by the founder for the business and his personal benefits. The business benefits, inform of proposals, go through community reviews for issues before they are accepted.

In the crypto model, business owners are very much free to run their businesses as they wish, as long as there aren't too many issues. And they are still going to make enough money like the capitalists to grow and sustain the businesses. Don't you think so?

I believe that it can work but the business needs to be profitable enough to support the reward system first because if the rewards are being deducted from the revenue before essential expenses are covered, the business would struggle to grow even when their is increase in sales.
Someone who contributes real value to should have clear yearns for what they earn while stakeholders should understand that their returns may depend on the business performance. If not so, the system would create the same unfairness it is trying to solve, just in a different way.

The idea seem promising but I think the difficult part is deciding how much the community should earn without slowing down the business itself. Revenue doesn’t always mean profit and a business can have good sales while still struggling to cover the day to day expenses.

I also think that community involvement will work perfectly when everyone understands their roles and how rewards are being calculated. Otherwise disagreement over payment or decision could become another problem for the owner. That’s where I think this matters is whether this model can protect the owner incentive and grow the business while giving contributors a fair share of the value they create

Interesting post, but I think you're mixing ownership incentives with governance. The capitalist drive comes from residual profit and fast decision-making, not just owning assets. Paying contributors automatically makes them workers, not owners, so it doesn't create the same drive. Crypto can align incentives with transparency and smart contracts, but DAOs already show real problems: apathy, whales, and mercenary capital. So yes, the cryptonomic model can be different, but not automatically better. A hybrid model works best: founders keep executive power with accountability, while the community gets transparency and a fair share.

Work on your strategy and have a plan that could serve a long-term benefit for you. Everything is not about starting something new; when your model is in place and effective enough to achieve your target, you will definitely meet it. Therefore. Therefore, make everything realistic about your plans and work towards developing yourself in that same particular area of your interest in cryptocurrency. Always do not do without the risk measures that are necessary to be considered.

With crypto being a decentralized block chain, individual miners can actually be their own boss by earning the whole mining rewards after successfully mined the blocks. On the contrary, in a mining pool you share the rewards amongst your mining teams and in that case, there's also a pool mining operator that regulates the pool and disburses rewards.
However, at this juncture in the referred crypto economy structure, it's true that the system is entirely different from the traditional economy where business structures are being centralized within authorities because, there in the bitcoin space you can decide to run your own node and as well established an investment without any other party required.
You don't also compulsorily need customers or partnerships before you can grow on making profits with the fact that bitcoin is a speculative asset and censorship resistance with the obvious ness that anyone can actually own bitcoin.

"Crypto business" is not different from any other businesses and it doesn't exist in a vacuum. Like any other business, there is centralization and there are lots of regulations and hoops they'll have to jump through since they too are subject to the same laws that any other business is subject to.

That means everything else is similar too, such as money management and the ability to expand the business. The only thing different is that because crypto is new, the market is not yet as saturated as any other markets so that gives the new businesses an edge as the first movers. Take any of the big exchanges like Coinbase or Binance. They are pretty similar to brokers and online trading centers but since they are in crypto they became big names since they started soon.

The word cryptonomic is derived from the portmanteau of cryptography and economy, so I understand the conceptualization of a new business model that will support a new business owner because it can't be an old business. Old business owners will find it hard to adapt to such a model.

The system could work because we have many folks in the community looking for a system that is well governed and trusted to put their money into. The system has to be working with stats to prove it to a few businesses.

What I've noticed about your hypothesis is that you are not being realistic. In real life, somebody or people own the business. That person or those people employ others who work in the business. They can get investors to invest in the business privately or publicly if they need funds and then pay out dividends. The owners of the business can also provide employee stock ownership where the employees of the company have a share in the company. You can't have a business where there are no bosses or a central body. It doesn't matter if it's a normal business or a crypto related business. It doesn't matter if it's a capitalist system, a socialist system or a communist system, someone is going to own and control the business. It can be the government, state or individuals, either way, the company belongs to somebody, and the rest will be employees.

You talk about a new model but you don't actually define how yours is much different than a co-operative versus a private business. Just using the words decentralized, trustless, permissionless doesn't define how it's mean to work in practice as these are all just side functions. A cooperative gives an equal vote to every member when deciding policies. A private business is in some ways a dictatorship or at least under the absolute control of certain people (aka executives or board members). You have not not specified how the work or division of rewards is meant to happen in your supposed system. In fact your model resembles closely to the private business where the owner gets the lions share of the rewards and the remnants are shared out with other participants (but is it equally or how does the split get decided?). It seems like a poorly thought out "plan" to make something different without actually doing anything different. Give it more structure and technical detail on how these mechanisms are meant to work.

I believe this is the first time i have heard of the cryptonomic model. I haven't read about it anywhere, but the name is unique.

Is there any company that is currently sharing, or actually identifying itself as, a cryptonomic model business?

I'm curious whether there are any well-known businesses that i might know that do deals like this.

Work on your strategy and have a plan that could serve a long-term benefit for you.
In however model you which to model your business, a strategy or plan has to be in place. The strategy must not be a master plan all at once, you have to just be clear on a target and work gently towards it. What is frustrating for most business owners is that they want their business to be top notch all of a sudden even when they do not have a lot of investments as other businesses that did have investments that are huge. The way to make more money is to do more of the things you are doing that is giving you money already, somethings you do not need something new, or even a new product, you just need to focus more or making what you already do for business more of a success.

In the crypto model, business owners are very much free to run their businesses as they wish, as long as there aren't too many issues. And they are still going to make enough money like the capitalists to grow and sustain the businesses. Don't you think so?
If the community benefits, what would be their contribution to the business? A stakeholder is assigned a share because they added capital to the growth of the business, we have employed workers because they participate in managing the business, if there should be benefits for the community, one way or another, the community must contribute to the business.

Stakeholders take a share of the fall if the business isn't going well, what share of trouble will your community face, or are you allowing only the founder to go through it by himself when the business is having issues?

This is a critical question that demands an answer because in  businesses, members tend to think about only gains without considering that losses can also occur in a business. So if everyone removes every share of his gain, who bears the losses? This is why most businesses like that don't last or in some cases, after the business has grown, it suddenly falls because all the returns are removed without backup for growth and losses.

I prefer a one man business because the person is more disciplined to allow his profit which goes back as investments and a continuous cycle because he understands that both his profit and loss all belongs to him so he won't like anything that will endanger his business at anytime but this is absent in a business involving different contributors. This is similar to a cryptomomic model of business because all  your profit and losses are contained in your self custody and you can invest for as long as possible to your higher gain.

There is no secret to a successful business outside consistency and moving with precision. Most business owners look at different perspectives without having a particular niche that they could work on growing, but chase public opinions and fail along the line.

Like you mentioned, it's not about starting something new but working with consistency, anyone could start up something new at anytime but how long would that last? Would it leave a legacy or solve a basic problem of the public? This is a system that can never fail no matter what, that's the foundation of all successful businesses.

I really just knew about a cryptonomic business after reading this post and doing a bit of research online as to what it means and from my understanding, it is a business that combines private capitalist drive with Blockchain code.  It allows the use of automation and tokens for operations all round without any need for the normal corporate bureaucracy.

It can be funded by selling smart contracts, by selling early launched tokens and basically by permissionless crowdfunding and grants.

You can learn from:
CoinGecko Learn (Tokenomics Guides), Binance Academy.

Are you saying that cryptonomic model doesn't need much workers to form a crypto companies since every job is automated and only needs marketing to grow?

I've been aiming to building a crypto app that needs only me to run through as the owner, the developer says I can be sleeping while every job will be done automatically, is that cryptonomic model operation I am doing?

To be honest, company with so many shareholders and workers turns out to be problematic sometimes, some working heavily with less pay, some less work and more pay. Can't the owner been the capitalist spends for everything and ensure automated operations without much workers and shareholders?- is that cryptonomic model operation?
