[WARNING / SCAM ALERT] theoriginals.io locked my account with large funds inside

I am writing this post to warn the community and demand answers from the operators of theoriginals.io.
Recently, my account was suddenly hit with an "Account Restricted" notice with no prior warning or explanation. I currently have a substantial balance stuck inside this account.
I have sent multiple emails to their official support address (support@theoriginals.io) over the past several days, providing all necessary details and requesting clarification or identity verification (KYC) if needed. However, the support team has completely ignored my emails. There is no active live chat or social media to reach them once an account is locked out.
Restricting accounts that hold large balances and cutting off communication is unacceptable and resembles rogue/selective scam behavior.
I demand that theoriginals.io management:
Clarify the reason for restricting Player ID: 485019.
Allow me to complete verification or process the withdrawal of my funds immediately.
I have attached screenshots of the restriction prompt and proof of my attempts to contact support. Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise everyone in the crypto community to STAY AWAY from this platform.

Please edit your thread and fill in this information. A scam accusation without any proof means nothing. Please add some documents to support your claims. I think you forgot to include the screenshot that you supposedly have to support your claims against theoriginals.io.

Also, it looks like Shishir99 already mentioned your case on their ANN thread. Their representative seems to be active(they posted multiple times on Oct 15th), so they might respond here soon.

The live chat option should be available to you even if you are not logged into their site.  Have you tried opening the website in a different browser or in a private window (so that the site doesnt try to log you in automatically based on cookies)?

Or try hitting up their Telegram group, they have one listed at the bottom on the main page.  (Although, it is not right on their part to ignore your emails to their official support address.)

It doesn't need all of those tries since the project has an official forum rep, who is an active user, as confirmed by other users. He should have noticed this thread and be ready to interact with the case. OP, we need you to tell us how much money you have in your account? Are you sure that you didn't break any term in their TOS?

I agree. As OP said, he sent several emails to their official support email address.
Even if the player is guilty of abusing the website or violating any of their rules, the casino should respond to the player and let him know why his account was banned. Some kinds of bans are soft, which allows the players to get back their deposits; some of them are hard and confiscate the winnings along with the deposit.

The casino representative did not post anything today or yesterday, but since they have active promotional campaigns, I believe they will come online and see my post in their announcement thread.

At least they have to give the reason to why they are placing a ban or restriction on your account, this shows that they know what they are doing and they are really given the reason behind the decision they have taken over you, the neglecting every request you made and not giving a clear explanation to where your account was banned is worth questioning, and why is it that those that have large amount on their account are mostly affected in this manner.

I hope you didn't just make a post and then disappear. My advice is to look for a mediator on this forum; since the casino representative has been active here, it’s still possible for you to get an answer or a solution to your problem. My advice: don’t repeat the same mistake. At new casinos for instance, those that have only been operating for about two years do not deposit large sums of money to play. Always stick to small amounts; play, then withdraw your winnings. Gambling should be viewed strictly as a form of entertainment. If someone is depositing large sums, it either means they are extremely wealthy to the point where losing a significant amount doesn’t matter, because their businesses will generate even more profit the next day or they have a gambling addiction and were hoping to win big. In other words, they are playing in pursuit of large profits rather than for the sake of entertainment.

Communication

The claim that support ignored you is not correct.
You contacted us once, on 16.10. After account 485019 was restricted, you created a new account and used it to open a live chat on our website within a minute. In that chat you gave 485019 as your Player ID and sent a screenshot of the restriction notice. Our support team replied in the same chat less than an hour later and explained the decision. You then replied to that answer yourself in the chat.

That chat is the only contact we have received from you. We have no emails from you, so if you have sent any, please post the date and the address you sent them to. Live chat is available on the website at all times.

Reason for the restriction

Account 485019 was reviewed by our risk team. Almost all of the account’s winnings came from one group of virtual table games. Every single round of that game group on our platform in the period was played by this one account. The results were not consistent with normal play on those games, and they held up every session over more than ten days. We will not publish the details of how we detect this, because that would only help others do the same.

Based on this review, the account was closed under our Terms and Conditions:

§8.1: activity that harms the integrity of our services
§12.1: suspension or termination for suspected fraud or breach of the Terms
§17: one account per player

The account was not closed because of KYC, and it was not closed because the balance was large. Verification would not change the outcome.

Funds

Before the review, this account had already withdrawn significantly more than it ever deposited. Every deposit was returned to the player many times over. The remaining balance and the pending withdrawals came from the activity described above, and they were voided. The decision is final. If you believe the review was wrong, you can contact our licensing authority (Anjouan, licence ALSI-202605006-FI1), and we will cooperate fully with them.

Well I have read your own side of the story and I believe that op could be likely be at wrong, most time some people claimed to be very smart in terms of trying to compromise the site at any given time without them knowing that the gambling site do have a team that acts toward multiple accounts creations.
Of a true, op would never accept to have multiple accounts created on same casino but if they dig dipper there are all possibilities that op could be at wrong.
You have done well to come clear the air, at least I know that op would also come back with another different type of story.
