Thread Overview:
This thread is opened to formally log a scam/theft accusation against Duelbits (Liquid Entertainment N.V., Curaçao Chamber of Commerce #153298) for the unlawful withholding of $340.90 in earned contractor fees and the unauthorized, manual draining of customer tips from my platform account, totaling $391.26 in stolen funds [9.5].
I operated as a Junior Community Executive under a signed Service Agreement from 31st October 2024 until I was immediately terminated on Wednesday, 7th October 2026 [1.1, 9.2]. The platform is withholding these funds out of pure retaliation because I explored an outside career opportunity and scheduled a job interview [8.5].
Below is the absolute factual and documented timeline of this dispute, detailing their corporate arguments and why they are completely false.

1. The Retaliation: Exploring an Interview is Not a Breach

• Their Corporate Argument: They claim that scheduling a date constitutes an un-disclosed third-party engagement [8.5].
• The Legal Fact: Exploring a future career path or booking an interview panel does not constitute "providing services" to a competitor during the active term of a contract [8.5]. No services were ever rendered to an outside entity while I was working for Duelbits. Withholding earned funds as a retroactive punishment for an interview is completely unlawful. I was also fired long before the interview was due to take place so immediately that becomes an irrelevant argument.

2. The Fabricated "Immediate Termination" (Clause 9.2.2)

They sent a formal response claiming I was fired under Clause 9.2.2 for "serious and recurring performance failures" after receiving written warnings.
• Their Corporate Argument: HR claims I had recurring issues with ticket handling, availability, and responsiveness, and failed to fix them after being warned.
• The Documented Reality: I received exactly ONE conversation regarding performance/availability from my Line Manager on 11th September, and far from being a warning, he explicitly praised my standard of work. Furthermore, when 1-on-1 meetings were booked on 15th and 16th September to discuss my role, my manager casually cancelled and rescheduled them because his own calendar was "full".

You cannot legally fire a contractor for failing to address performance matters when management textually validates their work and manually cancels the review meetings. Their reliance on Clause 9.2.2 is completely fabricated to escape paying me. And even if the clause was enforced correctly, legally you have to pay what you owe regardless.

3. Violation of Their Own Contractual Terms (Clause 9.5)

Even if Duelbits wants to maintain that the immediate termination was valid, they are in direct breach of the exact contract they claim to rely on. [9.5]
• Their Corporate Argument: Management has reviewed the demand for $340.90 and confirmed a final decision not to release the funds.
• The Legal Fact: Clause 9.5 of the signed Service Agreement explicitly states: "Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Service Provider shall be entitled to payment of fees only up to and including their last day of active service." [9.5]

By refusing to release the $340.90, Duelbits is committing open, written wage theft in direct violation of Clause 9.5 [9.5].

Point 3 made by them is that i provided services to someone else, yet they fired me before the interview date so this isnt even possible and i had time to inform them. I also had permission from the previous line manager (I still have the messages), if they failed to update management that is not my issue.
Point 4 made by them is that it was mentioned in Monday meetings, these meetings were not mandatory and do not override what Duelbits are claiming to be a legally binding contract.
Point 5 made by them is that the contract is apparently not void, even though its not my name/address/email.. nothing that corresponds to me, yet even though they claim its not void they are breaching it by not paying owed wages [9.5]

4. Systemic KYC Falsification & Theft of Customer Tips

Following my termination, local management manually drained $50.32 from my balance. These funds consisted entirely of direct tips provided to me by customers who were satisfied with my moderation service.
• Their Corporate Argument: HR claims that an internal unwritten policy from "Monday meetings" bans tips, making the funds invalid.
• The Legal Fact: Nothing in the written contract bans tips or allows the company to confiscate user balances [9.5]. More importantly, to execute this extraction, Duelbits' operations team manually forced a "Passed/Approved" KYC status onto my unverified account profile without my permission (I'm from the UK so could never KYC, hence why i didn't withdraw the funds myself)

Falsifying a regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) check in an internal database is a severe infraction of international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks [10.1].

Current Status: UNRESOLVED

Duelbits HR has stated this is their "final position" and has refused to settle the outstanding $391.26 [9.5].
Because they have refused an amicable, private resolution, this thread will remain open permanently to warn the cryptocurrency, gambling, and contractor communities that Duelbits does not honor its written contracts and engages in retaliatory account tampering.
A formal, comprehensive compliance report detailing their internal identity verification failures (my contract was sent in a name that does not belong to me and an address that also does not belong to me after i provided official documents), manual KYC fabrication, and wage theft is being compiled and is being submitted directly to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) to trigger an official regulatory audit of Liquid Entertainment N.V.'s operating license.
This thread will only be updated and marked as [RESOLVED] once Duelbits settles the full balance to my designated wallet.

Although the contract is void due to the errors, i am still owed the funds by law. Same as if i had breached the contract, legally i would still be owed up until termination even if i had provided services elsewhere which i hadn't. There is zero justification and it is theft.
