It’s good to see your terms also describe the KYC policy. Hope you will not block users for KYC reasons by asking them for some reasons. You can’t break your own terms. It seems you have the right to not accept transactions and freeze funds. Here you need to be transparent.

If there are suspicious transactions, then you have to provide full details, at least to the users, before taking any action. So the user will be aware of their mistakes, and you may counter with all the necessary information, if needed in case the user raise allegations against your platform.

- Nobody has announced that he is restricted from using the site. I don't think there are restricted regions for casino running without an activity license and kyc free.

- Actually, op is focusing in adding more payment options. I think he would comsider adding more games to be able to compete with other casinos.

- I guess this is a one man team. He was in contact with a campaign manager, but I think he doesn't have enough busget to run some promotional campaigns.

I checked and noticed that OP recently made announcement pertaining to the new games added to their platform and this would help to give the casino a good boost in competition with other casinos already in existence.
Nobody has really made any complaint of being restricted though but that could happen if the casino finally gets a licence which would warrant them to act in accordance with the rules of the license they obtained. Not until then, I believe anyone can possibly visit the number.

I see him working hardly to improve the casino but always consider he is a one man team, which is a weak point. I was also eliminated by Ksmertz. At the start of the game, we weren't online simultaneously to play, so we had to wait for other players to be online. Changes need to be made, at least adding a time limit for when the tournament will start so that every tournament member can arrive on time. Thank you for this opportunity for this poker tournament.
