Now that AI is everywhere, what do you think would be AI agents' role in Bitcoin? Would they assist users in creating "complex" wallets (multi-sig, time-locked BTC, etc)? Or what about giving us advice when or how to trade Bitcoin? Like making up a trading strategy you would follow to successfully make a profit with BTC? The possibilities are endless. Assistance if not right, will be terrible.

With basic data collection intention from companies with products on search engine like Google to AI products, I really can not trust them with my sensitive things. People who want to use AIs for asking assistance must practice it very carefully because if they make mistakes with wallet creation, leak it to AIs, I can not imagine that their wallets will not be hacked.

Practically there is nothing AI agent could do when it comes to the Bitcoin network and the protocols that are made up of the entire network as well, just the way the quantum computers could not penetrate the Bitcoin network because of the protocols that are made to resist any form of attack or alteration over the network except in consensus, but we can make use of AI agents for other information regards to our investment and present us with the right advice to take and give me also come in form of suggestions, is left for us to determine whether we are going to take it or not.

The nice things are there if those features are going to help people with everything about bitcoin.

But what's concerning me is about those developers that might use it as a tool for their antics and personal agenda.

Hacks are rampant lately and they can use that to trick users who lack knowledge of security measures. They might think it's helping them but, they're helping these cons.

It could help a lot, because those agents can be a guide for new people on how to know more about that coin. Including suggesting what is the best wallet to use, security matters and any other thing which Bitcoin is involve.

For trading the insights given might actually helpful, because data shown could possibly help people to decide what are best next course of action to do.

Ai is not 100% correct, so people need to verify each result shown to them, to know if they should modify their strategy to increase their chance to made good profits from their trades.

Perhaps it's time to talk, not about the future but about the present. I am sure that the interest of many users in AI will grow every year. AI is already doing a lot of things that help people complete tasks faster and more profitably. I think that even now, some traders or ordinary people are resorting to AI tasks related to interacting with cryptocurrencies. Therefore, yes, it would be interesting, at least as learning something new, for general development, and not necessarily for direct execution.

There are a lot AI can do in relation to bitcoin. You mention a few of them like the aspect of analyzing the market, recommendation on the basic security measures and others. However, most of the uses of AI in bitcoin will be realistic in applications since AI may not really offer much in terms of the technology itself. Although, AI may still be useful in mining, I don't know how this will be done but I feel there is an important role AI can play in mining to make things easier and cheaper.

Why so modest? I think AI agents will become full-fledged participants in the Bitcoin network. 🙋

In my opinion, AI agents' capabilities significantly exceed those of chatbots. They are capable of not only giving advice on how to use Bitcoin, but also fully executing transactions on the network. Bitcoin is probably a very slow cryptocurrency from an AI perspective. AI can potentially process billions of transactions per second. However, Bitcoin is ideal for long-term projects. It's a deflationary cryptocurrency that won't depreciate to zero. Therefore, it can and should be used!

Google is already experimenting with economic ecosystems in which AI agents trade with each other (without human intervention). And yesterday, I even read in the news that an AI agent used funds from someone else's cryptocurrency wallet to solve a problem. 🧖

I can use AI to ask about which wallets to use, how to create a wallet but I will double check with other search engines, and will only do this on a computer that I won't use to create my wallet.

I'm aware of these AI agents, I have tried asking AI about them when I was building a system and wanted to add AI agents to it and it suggested that I should not let AI agents touch my finances. So if I apply that to your question, I would simply not allow AI to create a wallet, manage a wallet or do anything risky that could make you regret it in the end, remember one mistake could cost you all your Bitcoin.

AI agents will likely become the future of UI doe onchain processes. This is what I heared from Buterin Vitalik, and knowing him and his fvision for Ethereum, I see this happening soon and being implemented for Bitcoin. So we will likely see AI agents integrated in Bitcoin wallets.

In terms of security, it's super clear that AI model technology aren't perfect yet and there are so many flaws that we can spot even when dealing with AI bots and other AI features, so it would be crazy to feel relaxed and think that AI helps you create a wallet, I mean there are thousands of things that could go wrong. We are all aware of how hackers are exploitating different wallets even the one we thought were safe and then people will feel comfortable with this?

As for trading, I really don't know how effective and productive the use of AI has been in that industry although there are thousands of clips online on social media about how AI has helped boost their trading sessions and profit returns but I always feel it's some sort of marketing strategy by the brand or influencer trying to lure in more people to trading with them.

The AI Agents of today are not refined. Some silly AI believers learned that the hard / expensive way.

make more storage space on you HD and realising it has reformatted the HD.

Using AI  with anything Bitcoin is very dangerous. Would anyone be so busy or lazy to have an agent

Many AI agents are used for trading even now and in the future they will be used more strongly for Bitcoin or other crypto trading. Some companies or teams may use AI agents for Bitcoin transactions.

But I really don't think anyone will trust generating complex wallets through AI. Even if it creates a complex wallet it will no longer be complex enough because it is generated through AI agent.

Because people can generate complex wallets securely without ai agents. Private companies will actually be able to trade and make profits through the AI agent they build, but the trading agents that will be built for the general public in my opinion will not be very helpful.

We can’t ignore the fact that AI has become a part of our everyday lives and industries as well. It’s an advantage to learn how to prompt and use AI to get the best results. That being said, AI is already being used in the bitcoin space. A few months ago, I read a thread about someone who used Claude AI to recover the password of his bitcoin wallet. Imagine if the guy was hell bent on not using AI, his bitcoins may be lost for good.

Using AI to secure your Bitcoin is simply not recommended. We shouldn't trust AI or any third party to secure our assets. We never know what technology might do - it might collect data, make mistakes, and put our wallets at risk. After all, AI technology isn't perfect, it still has a high chance of making mistakes, and you might end up regretting it if you place too much trust in third-party tools to secure your assets. I think it's better to set things up on your own without relying on any tools. At least that way, you won't have to depend on any tools for the setup, and the risk of third parties collecting data or making mistakes can be minimized.

AI is good. But we should have it in mind that it also makes mistakes. In as much as it makes life easier, you still have to be careful. One thing I think we shouldn't give access to these AI agents to is our Bitcoin private keys. They can show you what to do to acquire it but they should never know it. It's very dangerous to ensure such things in the hands of an AI agents. I am not saying they are bad.

OP mentioned using AI to build a sustainable strategy for Bitcoin investment. It's good. But things like that we need to be verified. It's getting to that extent that people just believe whatever AI tells them and I feel that is  not too good to begin with.

AI can be a huge help to the world of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. How? For instance, it can create nearly infallible trading bots for scalping and analyze market trends at speeds unimaginable for humans.
