It is a big possibility and they can get away from it while he's still in the post. Because the political donors have that favor from these sitting in the position and how much more if they're part of the family.

WLFI, might fade away into oblivion as the Trump family cashes out and move on to the next big thing. Same goes for Trump's "meme" coin. I'd be surprised if WLFI lasts way beyond Trump's presidency.

That's bound to happen and it won't be a big deal for the community if this project dies a natural death just as the others in the past.

With the remaining $1.6B market cap that it has got, the Trump family can still get that liquidity exit through until it's no longer a thing in the present.

Didn't the US Supreme Court rule that US Presidents have "immunity"? So Trump would be exempt from prosecution. Especially when the deal you've mentioned was made during his term as President. His family, however, would be at risk. But with Donald Trump in power, we can expect anything. He could pardon his family members if they get convicted. Or the lawsuit could be dismissed by "playing dirty tricks".

I wouldn't even use your money to speculate in WLFI, lol.  As far as "immunity", I thought that applied to acts when performing presidential duties.  I'm not sure how this would be part of his presidential duties.  However, I'm sure he'll try to use executive privilege and if that doesn't work, he'll go to his tried and true method- tie things up in the court system so they can drag out for years.

Yep, I think that's true, as far as I understand, there is no immunity for private acts, and the WLFI business I think fall under category of private acts which means no immunity, and since federal prosecutors is under department of justice which is under the President control, it's very unlikely that Trump get prosecuted.

Even if Democratic midterm sweep were to happen, it's still very unlikely. Until he left the post, he probably wont be prosecuted.

As far as I know, Trump's approval rating in the US is at its lowest point during either of his presidential terms. Consequently, things aren't looking too good for the Republicans either, which means the Democrats have a pretty good chance in the upcoming midterm elections. Although Trump himself may not be prosecuted, I believe his inner circle might be due to a meme token or WLFI. In fact, if the Democrats start targeting Trump’s inner circle, they will indirectly be putting pressure on him as well.

I’m not sure how much hype surrounds this token—or if it has any connection to Trump or other high-profile figures. Personally, though, I have zero interest in tokens like this. It’s the usual story: a token that generates hype, but only for a fleeting moment. That means there’s a high risk of a "rug pull" happening very quickly.

I focus on top-tier coins, which is why I'm no longer interested in tokens of this kind.

The price of this token has fallen almost 10 times from its ATH, I don’t feel that the price will return to, or even come anywhere near its ATH. Regardless of the fact that this project is backed by Donald Trump, I wouldn’t buy it. There are plenty of other tokens with greater price potential than $WLFI. It doesn’t stop there, I don’t see any real utility for $WLFI, there’s no point in buying this junk.

Many people always love to use crypto, like gambling. Maybe they will try to go and then have something, but this could be suicidal attempt because they are not going to be given anything positive after losing this presidency, but this show will keep going till people do not have things, which will give them more losses due to giving anything related to them.

The crypto can never be use like gambling and that is why even the people that make an attempt to try it failed immediately because it they can’t compare them with each other. Carry the small knowledge your using in the gambling to the crypto and be expecting to be successful like others how is going to possible when are not in the same way, but some don’t understand some will be claiming that since they where make it and succeed gambling thinking it all the same.

It has a lot of hype at the start, but that is a red flag already, as more memecoins started this way. And with the name of Trump associated with it, it's going to be a pump-and-dump coin as what we have seen.

Not just in this coin, but for all other shitcoins or memecoins that is coming to crypto sphere. We've learn from the past already, we've seen the history of this kind of pump-and-dump and so wise and intelligent investors stay away from it as it is gambling per se.

Those who try to convert ordinary things from one to another suffer huge losses and tell stories of frustration. If the knowledge used in simple gambling could be used in crypto to become successful, maybe many more users would have become successful many years ago. Those who cannot think about or understand these two things separately are the ones who end up blaming these systems out of frustration.
