If you search the name you will know what it is about. Many thousands of BTC are involved, probably the top 5 if not the top 1-2-3 crypto and fiat disappearance of all time in the crypto sphere. There should be thousands who lost their money, they are all invited to chip in. The forum should have been buzzing with the audacity and details. There is a lot to comb through.

I am not posting anything just yet in order to see if the thread stays up beyond a day or two and also if there is any interest at all. I have seen indications that posts on this topic were suppressed in the past. If you see this have at it. The purpose is to collect as much OSINT as possible and invite a Government investigation into whoever has the money now and what they spend it on. Mere recovery is at this point is about impossible to so the next best thing is to see those responsible jailed.

This happened almost 14 years ago. Bitcoin-24 was one of the biggest Bitcoin exchanges and competed with Mt. Gox. Due to a lack of the licenses it needed, and with technical issues and other problems, the platform finally closed.

As far as I know the platform had a lot of BTC before it closed and no one knows what happened to those coins. At that time, Bitcoin was worth very little compared to today's prices

I don't understand why the people who lost money waited so long to report this to the authorities. Why did you wait for so long before asking the authorities to investigate?

I'm also not sure if you'll be able to find other victims of this platform. Many people may have moved on, lost access to their old data or don't have enough proof.

VERY GOOD QUESTION. Why they waited? Maybe not everyone wanted to wait. The voices calling for immediate police or legal action were actively suppressed by louder voices that said let's give him a chance. Remember that forum? it kept on saying the same thing for 9 years. Regarding the value: even back then it was millions.

I am checking now how to best post what I got. It will either go to the OP or down below. I may need to edit it later to add stuff to it so not sure what is best.
