I have never used the wallet in question and have no information about it, but the message you received is very suspicious.
The user hasn't made any posts in eight years, and now they have suddenly woken up and sent you (and probably some others) a message recommending an unknown wallet.

I would avoid that wallet.

The same opinion, I will avoid it.

I have never heard and used that. The user might be legendary but if he's woken up and just logged in to message you with that, it's kinda suspicious to be honest.

There are other wallets that you can use, always DYOR. Because with that  wallet, there's the zuzu token but not with the wallet.

Friend, I researched this wallet and found no mention of it, and even searching by the wallet's name doesn't bring up the website. There's no information about the company behind it or the team, not even a community on Discord or Telegram, a profile on X, or anywhere else. Don't fall for it; this smells like a scam.

The domain is 79 days old and expires in 2027.  That should tell you enough about how reputable it is.  Unless, of course, you enjoy being a guinea pig.   Grin

Just report that user to the moderators for sending an unsolicited PMs.

A “well-wisher” on the forum recommended Zuzuwallet.com—has anyone used it?
OP, I'm curious to know what led to this PM.  Were you guys discussing something before the user recommended the wallet to you, or did the user send you the PM out of blue without you having had prior conversation with them?

I'm asking because the second person who commented said something about the user, that made me check their profile to see things for myself.  The user in question last posted on the forum on  December 12,  2018, at 02:08:54 AM which was approximately 7 years and 10 months ago, nearly 8 years.

Also, the user in question has recently resurfaced but hasn't made any post yet on the forum.  So where and how did you guys came in contact with each other?

They say you will never know if you won't try it. However, the one who messaged you is a total stranger, and no one has heard this kind of wallet, so its better if you could avoid this kind of people and get rid of their suggestions, except if you also know a close friend who has tried out this wallet and has proven its reliability case.

Zuzuwallet is new for me. So I won't dare risk my funds on it, but trust only the hardware wallet that you have been using and the one that works for you, not for others.

I can't seem to find that post in his post history.

Oh, it's PM sent to you directly.

I confirm that this wallet that guy mentioned never existed in the Philippines. This is my first time seeing this domain look at the WHOIS. It is a newly created site. Why would you fall into this trap? Better report that guy immediately; it's probably a hacked account.

Mitchell Sir has already advised you, please refrain from using the wallet you mentioned. If you are looking for reliable wallets that are supported by the Bitcointalk forum, you can check out the "Wallet software" section.

It is best not to put your device at risk by installing just any software; often, such software or websites may collect your personal information.

-snip-
I never used this wallet and the name of the wallet looks not familiar for me. You should avoid any unfamiliar wallet. Moreover the wallet is recommended by a random one. You must suspect there is something wrong with the wallet.

Please report that private message using the Report To Admin. Smiley
Yes, this is the right solution. Will admin ban the user?

It is best not to put your device at risk by installing just any software; often, such software or websites may collect your personal information.
Very agree. We must be very careful with anything we aren't familiar. Moreover it is about the wallet.
Since we have too many options for wallets, it is very recommended to use the trustable wallets only.

LOL, used by casinos in the Philippines.

Does that guy even have an idea that all casinos in the Philippines are regulated so why the hell would they use a wallet that has no KYC.

That alone already doesn't make sense, and I'm from this country and I don't even recognize that wallet,
I smell shilling here for a possible scam. Beware of that.

Not sure why so much hate is on this forum,

That website offers Crypto to Fiat and Fiat to Crypto services in the Philippines just like CoinsPH and PDAX, CoinsPH just lost their ability to cash-in PHP so this service is being used in the Casinos. Just like MoneyBees and others.

I understand you can be skeptical because of my inactivity but jumping to conclusions and calling it is a scam is ridiculous.

I just want to be clear that website is not a auto exchanger and it is a CEX with a Android App.

There is nothing malicious in the message

If you don't want to use it then don't use it, no one is forcing you, it was only a suggestion.

Please don't automatically jump to conclusions thanks.

Can you please provide evidence to support your claim? Can you name some of those casinos?
Can you please tell us what made you recommend an unknown wallet whose website was registered less than three months ago, when there are many other alternatives?
Can you also explain why you decided to send OP a private message instead of responding to them publicly?

What's your connection to the wallet in question?

Not sure why so much hate is on this forum,
This is simply how we always approach things with a degree of suspicion, and it has succeeded in saving hundreds of thousands people's money, especially given that you were privately recommending a brand-new, completely untested platform to someone with a low ranking. If you choose to interpret that as "hate", that’s up to you. In fact, what you've done is exactly how scammers do it, so please avoid doing this in the future.

Thank you all for your concern. Yes, I realize that this service—which someone mentioned to me in a private message—is very strange. That person messaged me because I’ve been a victim of another service (ghostswap.io) and haven’t been able to get my funds back for almost 6 months now, It’s been over a month since GhostSwap has responded to me at all: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5594222.new#new

I agree my approach was not done in the correct manner, however there was no malicious intentions.

I am being fully transparent on this, I know the team around this website and I am helping them out with gaining userbase, my approach was wrong and for that I apologize.

ZuZu allows PHP to Crypto trades, and Crypto to PHP trades, as well as converting different Crypto's, and has a P2P system built inside it like Cash App, GCash, Maya.

There's a few competitors like UUWallet, and Coins (which just got a license hold, and no longer allows the high limits and deposits) which are also advertised in Casino's in the Philippines. I am not saying the Casino itself advertises these wallets because they don't, it's independent money traders within the Casinos that help gamblers convert their money, such as in Okada junkets and Solaire.

I messaged the user because I seen they posted a thread about their Crypto being locked on a exchange, and I recommended ZuZu to them because they would not face the same issues with ZuZuWallet.

And for that, you decided to revive your long-dormant account - did it not occur to you that this might arouse suspicion?  You asked, "Why is there so much hate on this forum?"  Well, let me ask you: how would you react to such a personal "recommendation" for a wallet service that no one here has ever heard of, and which didnt even exist until a few months ago?

You are confusing "hate" with common sense.

If you are affiliated with this service - or, as you claim, you know the team, then you should advise them on the proper way to introduce their service to the community, and how to handle the intense scrutiny that comes with it.

You're right, and I understand the need to be skeptical. I will ask them to join bitcointalk and to make a thread inside the Service Announcements.

Well, even if you or the team introduce this site here properly, it's still too young to trust, and why? Look, you PM the OP even you don't know where this guy living?
The OP issue before talks about Ghostswap; it's an instant exchange to swap crypto to crypto, not crypto to PHP and then you did PM him because you think the ZuzuWallet could provide a similar service without KYC?

I found a post on Facebook by doing deep research, and the site seems to be offering 6% monthly by just holding USDT from the site. Then someone used ZuzuWallet to transfer ETH to Maya, and the guy hasn't received it yet. I don't know if his issue is solved, but it's still concerning.

Only a few people mention this site that I can find on Google and Facebook, and most of them were new 3 weeks ago.

So do you think we can trust this site easily?

Does that guy even have an idea that all casinos in the Philippines are regulated so why the hell would they use a wallet that has no KYC.

About this, no KYC; the terms say they will hold, suspend, or restrict the account, and then this site still will ask for identity verification, meaning the site is not totally a non-KYC exchange; they can ask this later even if the site itself isn't legal in the Philippines.
