1win stole me 1715usdt without any explanation

What happened::
1Win has closed my account and is withholding 1,714.71 USDT that I had requested to withdraw. This is absolutely outrageous.

After around 10 days of using the platform, they started restricting my account until I could no longer place any bets. I requested a withdrawal of my remaining balance, and they asked me to complete a live video verification. I passed it successfully and even received an email confirming that my verification had been approved.

However, I never received my money. Instead, I got an email saying that my account had been permanently closed for allegedly violating their terms and conditions. They didn't explain which rule I had supposedly broken or provide any evidence whatsoever.

Since then, I've contacted them countless times by email and live chat, asking what is happening with my 1,714.71 USDT. They keep sending me exactly the same generic, copy-pasted response about my account being closed, with no further explanation, confirming me i will be stolen and they will keep all my funds.

I honestly don't care if they want to close my account. What I find completely unacceptable is that they are keeping almost 1,715 USDT of my money without providing any explanation. I can't even log into my account anymore.

I have emails and chat screenshots to back up everything I'm saying.

Be extremely careful with 1Win. In my case, they closed my account and stole all my money, refusing to give any explanation but a generic copy paste mail.

Are you sure they said, "approved"? Because I've seen instances where the gambler thought they passed the KYC, but it turns out they just completed the KYC request but failed the actual verification of the documents they submitted, and so their account gets banned/restricted.

I'd like to know how much of the 1,714.71 is actually your winnings. I ask this because i think in most situations a casino should allow players to withdraw their deposit, even if they accuse them of certain violations, while the platform can keep the winnings if they are right.

It does not matter whether his KYC verification was approved or not. Almost all platforms ask for KYC when they suspect something is clearly wrong and have to ban the account, so that if the same person tries the same thing again with a different IP, it is easy for them to identify him.

Now I am not saying that OP has done something wrong, but passing KYC is a totally different thing.

That being said, at least they should tell you the reason the account has been locked/banned. I hope their representative come around and clarifies on this

I can see it, I download it and reupload it on talkimg to make it visible for most forum members who cant access it due it is on imgur.

This is just like a message from the support telling this user that his account is permanently blocked but there is no information given what is the reason behind the decision.
Usually some casinos will give at least a specific terms if the player is accused of doing something against the terms but this one gives nothing.

I doubt he can provide it because his account is permanently blocked unless he managed to take some screenshots before he got blocked (hopefully he has some to share).
Perhaps it is also a learning experience for others to take screenshot of betting history because once an account is blocked then we have no way to share unless the casino is willing to do it.

From the link shared in the OP, the initial deposi was only 503$[1]. He said nothing about if he was able to withdraw during the last 10 days, just to confirm that he didn't lost his initial deposit. Usually, reputed casino don't ban users out of nothing. There should be something. The casino owes an explanation.

That's true. You get limited or whatever if you are in profit but a straight up ban must have a reason (or it can be an error). Yet I really dislike the way casinos handle cases like this. Either give them a reason for the ban or straight up pay them and then ban them. You can't just ban without explanation and expect the player moves on from the situation. 
Also, I hate that they will ask for KYC, as much as a fking video call, and THEN ban the player. Not bad enough that they have the player's funds, now they also have all of his private information.
Mostly casino lure you into KYC because they make you fee like if you do it you will get paid. Giving a player this kind of runaround is a lack of respect imo. Unfortunately that's a very common practice and didn't only happen here. Can't take any side obviously since the casino should maybe give an explanation (that makes sense and show real proof, not just a generic reply he violated the rules) in this thread. But the practice of how they handle it is not cool at all.

about 2nd point, 100% it said aproved after waiting for several minutes. otherwise 1win dont let you withdraw, 1st you have to fullfill the kyc and then you can request de withdrawal.

it was just my very first attempt of withdrawal, once i got limited on sport betting. before letting me do this withdrawal attempt, they requested me to fullfill the kyc, which i did succesfully, and then the withdrawal attempt.

couple hours later of this attempt i got the email saying my account would be closed and my money stolen

about the last question: i deposited around 500usdt, so i made 1200usdt winnings within sport betting

actually they didnt just ask the KYC.
they only asked when i tried to withdraw, because i was able to use only the casino, but no sportbetting, so i guess they didnt detect anything weird in the account

i cant access to the account anymore so i cant provide any betting history, but i won around 1.2k in sportbetting

OP, I know you are very concerned about the incident of what is happening with you and the gambling platform you are using, but always remember that there are guidelines that govern the use of this forum, and you are already going against one.

Don't post consecutively in a row without having any other person reply after you before you continue making another one. You just make about five posts in a row, and this is not good at all; you would have just edited some of the ones you made earlier rather than creating another post desperately up to 5 times.

1 Have their representative on this platform, and you can also check their announcement thread, which I think should be the most appropriate way of conveying along with them on your challenges with the platform before all this you are doing.

So it will be easy for them to do further investigation. Make sure you haven’t abused their platform, although most users claimed they were innocent.

So far I can see 1win has a good reputation on the forum, and I don’t believe they will ruin their reputation for such an amount. I can understand you have won on their platform, but without reason, the account won't be banned this way. I will ask 1win if there is something abusive, and then at least return the initial deposits to avoid further arguments.

I have said this in the gambling board in many times. This will help a very long way of solving disputes. Because the way accounts are blocked it doesn't look right and if casinos can PMed the user or the gambler about the reasons why the account was blocked and if the person is guilty of the crime, he will not have other thing to say except to accept restriction. I think we can tell them to tell the gambler why he was blocked even though they don't want to publicate the information.

Though 1win has a rare cases.
