yeah but question is WHERE?
they will write here in this threat? or where?
and usually how long it takes?
They posted news on their ANNs 3 days ago and have had nothing since about your case, so you are right to question the timing. Is it hard for them to take this long, or are they just dealing with a lot of cases?
I was surprised to see that the official representative gave this topic a merit point before replying. Maybe a sign of admiration, or just to express interest on the case needs solving.
sorry, im a little bit lost with terminology. What means ANNs? do you have the direct link to their message to check what they posted?
and also, what exactly means that the 1win representative gave merit point to this topic? really dont know how this works

Possibly on this thread, and you'll have to wait. It's been three days since they have mentioned that, there could be some progress and updates already.
and usually how long it takes?
No one knows but only them.
Ask them for some updates and see if there's a response ready for this case of yours.
2 questions here:
1- what did they mentioned?
2- how can i contact them to ask updates in this forum?
thanks in advance

Time needed for information gathering before they can release a public statement can heavily be influenced by whether or not the case involves third party like providers, because they'll then need to inquire evidence of the supposed violation, verify themselves, and not to mention that cases that happens old enough got pushed behind the record [from provider's side] that made retrieval a tad bit harder.
last but not least, when you say third party providers, what do you mean exactly?
thanks a lot
