I also agree with your assertion that having multiple account is one thing but using them to circumvent the house edge is another and it is the duty of casino to prove the later, publicly or privately through mail.
Regarding same documents, someone must be super dumb (which indicates that he is not regular cheater other wise would have caught by other books to avoid) or he must have forgotten.

Unfortunately, once a multi-account is flagged, the casino has the right to ban both accounts, or act according to their TOS. It doesn't really matter if the player has forgotten his old account, or if he has created a new one to abuse anything, or bypass any limitation. I also do think that someone won't submit the same documents from different accounts, knowing they had another account and they have uploaded the same document before.

Also, 1win can verify the player's intention as well. They could check the activity of the old account. If it was inactive for a while, then OP might be telling the truth about forgetting about his first account.

Unfortunately, this is not an excuse, and this won't save you from the multi-account accusation. The different link argument is not going to help either. A single casino can have multiple mirror domains, but the casino is the same. Multiple different domains do not serve a different user interface or a different website. You are visiting the same website with different links, and this does not allow you to create multiple accounts.

I am not saying you created the accounts intentionally knowing you had an account already. But I am saying that this excuse likely won't be counted by the casino. Good luck with your case. See if 1win considers or sticks with their original decision.

I understand your point, and you may be right about the multi-accounting rules. I'm not denying that.

However, the main accusation made by 1Win is that I engaged in arbitrage betting, which is COMPLETELY FALSE. I strongly encourage them to provide actual evidence of this, because I have never engaged in arbitrage betting. I don't even know how to do it! It's an absolutely baseless accusation, and I refuse to accept being accused of something I have never done.

Regarding the alleged second account, as I've already explained, if I had an account before, it must have been years ago, and I genuinely had no recollection of it. I also registered through a different domain, so I wasn't even aware that it was the same bookmaker. There was absolutely no bad faith or intention to abuse their platform, which is also their point.

But even if we accept that I unintentionally violated their multi-accounting rules, don't you think their response is completely disproportionate?

They permanently blocked my account, removed all access to it (meaning I can't even check my betting history anymore), and confiscated absolutely everything: both my original deposits and my winnings. How can that possibly be considered a reasonable or proportionate response?

And again, the arbitrage accusation is simply a lie. If they are so confident about it, let them show the evidence.

I invite the official 1Win representative to join this discussion again, address these points and seriously reconsider their decision. Keeping approximately 1,715 USDT over these circumstances is completely unacceptable.

I have never acted in bad faith, and I don't believe I deserve to lose all my money over this.
