Have 10 Used Z15Pro 840k -- bought new in May from Bitmain, running for 5 months in a facility in upstate New York. Hosted with a company called ValueHash you can look them up. There's about 1 month of the Bitmain warranty left on these.
Buyer would have to take over the remaining time left on the hosting contract at time of purchase which ends in May 2027, including 2 months hosting fee as deposit. The rate is $1370 per month or right under 7 cents per kwh.
