Theres an irony to this in that most loans and credit benefit the banks, people spend more then they need on items which do not return the money spent. However a few utilise the credit towards great growth and do business they nor their family would have ever been able to do otherwise.
This has always been the challenge that is associated with having easy access to loan. if you are one that does not have a clear plan on what to use the money for that is capable yielding returns that is enough to carter for your needs as well as pay up the loan, taking up a loan can be a serious disadvantage. It is just like what is happening in some third world country. because the likes of china and the united state are always willing to give them access to foreign borrowing, they just continue to take up loans and consume it and eventually, the resource in the land would have to be exchanged to pay up those loans. easy credit provide option for those that are capable of making the best out of it but taking up those loans without planning for it as per what you are putting it to can land you in more indebtedness.

Credit bureau exists in every country and hence you will not be able to take big loans from many banks at the same time before either one is paid off. The habit of taking loans to pay for things is nothing bad if done correctly but in the hands of the immature, it will lead to disastrous results. Because the psychology of buying shit is well understood by credit card companies, it will seem that everyone wants you to continue to buy stuff that you dont need.
The proper defense against this does not come in one day, it comes during upbringing where parents need to teach the importance of each smallest fraction of money and how difficult it is for people to earn even a single pence.
Hence to be financially stable one needs to learn how to spend for their needs without swimming in debt or avoid debt completely.

Talking a loan should always be something that worthwhile, because at the end of the day, you will definitely you definitely have to pay it back. These days, many people are just taking loans for things that have no value, which is why most people are getting poorer and poorer. How can someone take a loan for gambling?
That is absolutely a sign of irresponsibility, and at the end of the day, you would still get addicted to gambling and go even dipper. So it's better to do it for something reasonable and pay it back with happily and become richer.

If you don't have access to a loan and you are poor or have no other way to raise money for a business or a startup you are going to most likely remain poor, the likelihood of you making it is low, now if you are poor and you have access to getting a loan now your chances of getting rich has increased although it depends on the person getting the loan also the business or what the person wants to use the loan for but primarily you have been given a chance to make it something you wouldn't have had if there was no easy access to getting a loan.
Yes, I mentioned that if a person can easily take a loan and if he can use the money from his loan properly, then he can improve his life, but if a person for whom the loan amount is more than a certain amount, if he takes a loan and if he cannot use the money for proper business purposes, then later it will be very difficult for him to repay the loan. First, you need to consider whether you actually have a need for a loan. You must think critically about how you manage your finances. If your expenses exceed your earnings, you can assume that taking out a microloan will only lead you further into poverty. If you can utilize microcredit for a business venture or an investment, it can lead to your advancement. Otherwise, microcredit tends to push people into a worse situation.
I think microcredit does not always push people to danger. For example, if you have some money but that money is not enough for your business, you need a microcredit and you are able to set up your business properly by taking a microcredit and your business is doing well, then at that time this microcredit will be a blessing for you. But if someone takes a loan without understanding the extent of the loan and spends that money without planning, then the loan will be like a curse for him.

does this ease of borrowing really make people rich or does it lead people to become poorer?
It depends on what the person does with the money, I was listening to one interview of Robert Kiyosaki just last night because the video popped up while I was just scrolling through the social media, he explains how credit is good, he has used it to create wealth for himself but this is coming from someone who is knowledgeable enough in what he was doing and what he wanted to achieve. Anyone can do it with the right knowledge too, so it can still make the person to become rich, but there's something to point out, I think we have different type of credit, if you are taking credit just for upkeep and medical bills, I don't see how that would make a person become rich, but if the credit is for investment purpose and creating of wealth, then the person could actually succeed and become rich. So, it depends.

Taking of loan is not really bad but what really matters is how you have planned to utilize your loan. In the right sense, loans are taking to build your business, and not to pay debt or use it to feed. When you use loan to pay debt or feed with it repayment is very difficult, and this is what some of this individuals who take loan from loan apps do, making repayment difficult for them. Many people have taking loan, and grew their business from their. Taking loan is not for the small business men, even big entrepreneurs do collect loan, but they use this loan to expand their own business. The platform where you are taking loan also plays an important role. For instance loans taking from your place of work or corperative where you belong carries little interest rate, but when you take loan where you are not making any contribution, the interest rate is always higher. So consider these things and ensure loan is properly utilized to enable you repay with ease.

It all depends on what the individual is using the borrowed money to do,if it’s a business and the money they borrowed couldn’t yield the profit they wanted it might make them poorer, and the longer the duration of the loan the more the interest increases,so in that scenario it would make them emotionally and financially distressed. That’s why it’s crucial to consider the risks of a business you’re about delving into with a borrowed money, even when it’s not a borrowed money it’s still worth considering the risk then how much more a borrowed one. Most persons died out of depression because they were unable to pay back the money they borrowed from an individual/organization,so to avoid these problems it’s better you’re more calculated whenever you’re dealing with matters like this.

Taking a loan in 2026 is quite very easy, you don't even need commercial bank in Nigeria to take a loan you can sit at your comfortable zones and you can take a loan in Nigeria through loan Apps or microfinance banks. There are people who takes loan to live a fake life so that it could be easy for them to smash different women, there are people who takes loan to invest in ponzi scheme, there are people who takes loan to fund their gambling lifestyle, and there are people who takes loan to start up a business. So easy credit can make you rich or poor depending on the mindset of what the person is taking the loan for.

Nowadays we can see the ease of borrowing, so a person can easily get a loan for business purposes in various amounts. Now the question is, does this ease of borrowing really make people rich or does it lead people to become poorer?
To me, I will say it’s depending on what you want to use the loan for and how you use the loan amount. For example, you can borrow some amounts of money and use it to settle some family expenses and when it’s time to pay back the money, it becomes hard for them to pay because of interest rate and also many people’s income cannot conveniently pay for the loan. Where we have another set of people that borrow money, invest and make profit to repay the loan but the interest rate is a major problem to every borrower because most loan conapanies have higher interest rate.

Loans make an economy function. The whole financial sector is built on loans. Loans have made life easy for people. People can take tuition loans and mortgages, car finance, credit cards, etc. People don't need to save up and have all the money before they can get what they want. A person who is worth $1k can have a business worth $10k because of loans and investors. Loans have made doing business easy. Of course, it's not just smooth sailing like always. Things go bad. Even for people who have good plans for the loan, things can go bad. It doesn't mean easy access to loans is a bad thing. Everything has a bad side, but when the good side outweighs the bad so much that there can be a compromise.

My thinking is that debt does not actually make people rich or poor, but rather how we use that debt after taking it will determine the result.
Simple calculation, if a businessman takes a loan to expand his business and uses the loan money to a level where the income will be much more than the total cost of the loan, then the decision to take a loan is logical for him. However, taking a loan with the assumption that the business will make a profit is not enough. Because profit is one thing and cash flow is a different matter. You may make a profit in business, but if you do not have cash at the time of loan installment, that can be a source of stress for you later.

It is even easier for borrowing to lead one to become poorer than to get rich. Not everyone who borrows money to invest in a business ends up succeeding. The only way one can succeed in borrowing is to understand that one doesn’t have to rely on it. If you must borrow for business or anything, you first need to have an income that allows you to easily pay back the money without stress, and you shouldn't rely on borrowing often; then this can be profitable in business. However, for someone who constantly depends on borrowing in business, it can lead to failure if they do not understand how to pay it back.

Simple. If you really think you are capable of paying a loan at a certain time, then it's okay to do it. But I won't really recommend it for those who just want to buy for leisure or an expensive thing that is unnecessary.
I think I learned my lesson the hard way, which is why I am pessimistic when it comes to borrowing money from loan applications or even the bank. The interest rates may look appealing, but one late payment could cost the borrower a lot. It can become a waste of money for the borrower while the lender is probably so happy that you took it. IMO, those things (loans) are for emergency purposes or for businesses that are trying to save their company.

Borrowing has never had any benefit because there are always terms attached to it and what if you can't abide by those terms or say you break them? You become plagued by the idea of owing someone and it adds it's own kind of problem or stress not even painkillers can help. When we're talking about the advantages of taking loans, let's also sample the negatives because you begin to work towards not just making profit but also saving up the money so you can pay up and assuming the venture you borrowed the money for doesn't pan out, every penny that should have gone into something more productive gets saved just to clear debts.

One thing is clear: loans are beneficial to banks. They are ready to provide them for almost any occasion, thereby making a person dependent on debts. It is beneficial for the state, but is it beneficial for the common man? I think an intelligent person understands that not always. If used correctly, credit can accelerate the growth of wealth, and if used carelessly (and this happens more often), it can increase financial vulnerability and lead to impoverishment. Becoming a slave, being in debt, and living in debt is not the best fate. Financial literacy should always be ahead of the idea of taking out a loan; otherwise, it will not look like a "path to wealth," but rather like a "debt trap."

Nowadays we can see the ease of borrowing, so a person can easily get a loan for business purposes in various amounts. Now the question is, does this ease of borrowing really make people rich or does it lead people to become poorer?
I think these things depend on the person taking the loan. If a person collects a loan to start a small business and if he gradually turns his small system into a big business through his strategy, then he will easily be able to repay his loan with a part of his profit, but if that person takes a loan unplanned and takes more loans beyond his means, if he cannot properly use the money from that loan for business purposes, then his business will suffer, as a result of which he will not be able to repay the loan on the one hand, and his financial condition will be worse than before.
Different banks or lending institutions give loans on different conditions or at high interest rates, I think those who take loans should seriously consider how much interest they have to pay from where they are taking the loan or other conditions. If a person knows these things well and can use the money properly after taking the loan, then this loan can change the position of the person otherwise his condition may get worse.
IMO poorer, because a lot of people think they can handle debt, but it eventually its massive size crushes them and they never recover from it.

Loans are a liability but it can be turned into an asset when we know the art of making money but no one should ever take loans just to start something, that is not ideal I always recommend to start with whatever they have and if they are confident that they can run the business successfully then they can take a loan and it will be given under the collateral and many legal procedures if the loan amount is bigger.
While small loans such as a loan against credit card and EMI made the people to spent more money than ever.

I think easy credit encourages frivolity. I speak from experience. Once people can easily assess loan, they will request above what's necessary for what they need the cash for. To be sincere, I won't encourage anyone to seek loan if they can help it.
By the way, borrowing from friends or families is far better than borrowing from banks. In my country, microfinance banks charge as high as 20% interest rate on loan. And I find that crazy. If you're going to make it easy for me to assess loan, you should equally reduce rate. No loan facility should be a replica of Shylock. Sadly, that's their reality.

In this regard, the outcomes will vary from person to person. Beyond the individual's own experience or commercial success, external factors naturally play a significant role as well. In my opinion, starting a business by taking on debt is something that should not be done without carefully considering all variables and ensuring that you will truly be able to turn a profit.

Nowadays we can see the ease of borrowing, so a person can easily get a loan for business purposes in various amounts. Now the question is, does this ease of borrowing really make people rich or does it lead people to become poorer?
Borrowing money is just a financial tool that can be use to our advantage. Having an easy way to take loans doesn't mean it will make someone richer or poorer, because it all depends on how that person will use the money and if the borrower can be able to manage the debt and repaid it on time. And even if the money is supposed to be for business purposes, it doesn't mean you can be rich especially if there's no proper planning, budgeting, and right action in business. Though, this is an opportunity that not everyone has an access, which is actually the reason why people have different perspectives on taking a loan. It all depends on the mindset and their own discipline. Some may also think that borrowed money is an opportunity to start investing, using the money for the business, or maybe to increase their capital in business. While there are others who thinks that it is an extension to their own money without even thinking of how they will repay the debt. This is true, if you take out a loan but use it very well, then taking out loans is not a bad thing at all. If you own a business, for example and take out loan to grow it and actually achieve more money thanks to it then taking out loans would be a great idea. But if you are taking out loans to buy luxury items, Hermes bags, gucci shirts, iphones, useless vacations just because you think you need them. And then I am sorry but loans are a way for you to be a slave to the system. In order for you to make better judgement, imagine yourself like a bank. What does a bank do? They take peoples money from them, give them small interest, and in return loan that money out for higher interest, and that difference is their profit. So you have to do the same: take money from the bank on loan, and you need to make more from that money than the bank charges you to have it.
