I did not get any merit and I think it is normal because of my post quality.
I'm not sure if you messed up this sentence or not. Taking it literally, it answers your topic's question. If you intended to write "...I think it isn't normal..." then, well, use a bit more brain while posting, especially when English isn't your primary language, which I assume.
Let me ask a simple question: what is your goal here participating in this forum, honestly?!
I acknowledge there are some benefits to rank up, lower time limits for posting and using the forum search (there are other ways of searching avoiding search quota) and some more.
If you're only interested in the know-how the forum represents in some way or another, you couldn't care less about merits and rank.
If you're mainly interested in ways to earn coins here quickly by e.g. joining signature campaigns, that's a whole other premise. This requires to rank up to certain levels and as most users aren't that patient, they start to complain when they can't figure out by themselves how to achieve this.
I don't really want to say, there are sure ways to achieve this. You could learn from others who received a lot of merits, study what and how they are posting. You don't need and shouldn't try to be a parrot. In many cases it boils down that your own posts should be viewed as helpful, worthy, interesting and possibly entertaining for others. Then, commonly, merit will flow in naturally.
Don't force it, it's not going to be any fun if you try. I believe, the more you focus on merit, the harder and less fun you make it for yourself.
...
Why does the Queen get many merit?
Post quality is not like too good to receive many merit.
Why do you care? Not all user's merits are earned fairly or in pure honesty. (No judgement to the mentioned Queen, I didn't look at any of her posts and merits earned.) The merit system isn't perfect, live with it. Question remains: should you care? Depends on your goals, see other comments of other users about "the Queen"...

I'll be honest, if you can't figure out how to get more merits, then you probably don't deserve more. Really depends on what YOU have to offer. Don't ask for to be spoon fed, unless you're still a young child who doesn't know better, but if so, you don't belong here. Enjoy childhood and play with your pals and gals.

You opened this topic almost two weeks ago, no further interaction from you here. What's the purpose of that? Kind of an annoying newbie pattern, opening topics but failing to interact and participate in the ongoing discussion.
Sorry, but that's quite lame. That's lame!
