I also have my reservation with casinos advertising as No-KYC when they will not hesitate to demand for KYC over cases of regular winning or huge winning or even when they suspect multiple accounting.
It's not no-KYC. In their Terms of service https://ccc.io/en-US/help-center?tab=terms-of-service, they have KYC / AML policy of CCC.io. 20.1 CCC.io reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. CCC.io retains the right to restrict the service, payments, withdrawals, and access to funds if the identity verification is not completed within 72 hours .The verification process may take up to 7 business days to be analyzed. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in confiscation of funds.
With this policy, there is KYC right reserved by CCC.io and users have to be ready for KYC anytime if the casino requests it. This is my major problem with platforms that advertise as NNo-KYC. It is rare to see a casino that is completely No-KYC especially as it is embedded in their terms and conditions that they reserves the right to ask for it. Since we know that the No-KYC is just a marketing strategy, it is good to work with the assumption that KYC is required especially those aiming to win big, to avoid surprises. I also noticed that they are in a hurry to come live when so many things are not yet sorted like their license.

I’m not trying to be harsh toward the casino owner, but looking at this part from the casino, which states the following:
Play Responsibly
CCC.io has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering. Contact us at support@ccc.io.
source: https://ccc.io/en-US?utm_medium=bannerpushIt creates the impression that the casino is operating legally that it holds a license to operate when, in fact, this is not the case; the casino does not yet have a license. Given that it lacks a license, how can the casino claim to have passed all regulatory compliance checks? It gets even worse when they explicitly state that they " are legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance " where is this authorization? Honestly, I don’t know how most people interpret all of this, but to me, it sounds like a lie. It would have been better if the casino had said nothing at all, or had been honest by stating, " License coming soon; KYC will be required once we are licensed " rather than falsely claiming to be legally authorized to conduct gambling operations.

yet another case of a newly promoted casino advertised here that is 99% an absolute scam shithole that will operate for 4months max and eat the deposits of potential bettors that are willing to give it a try.
Pretty disgusting environment that we currently live in with one scam site opening after the last one disappears , but thats all the crypto-betting era has to offer I guess.
I am atleast extremely happy that people are noticing and calling out the thread opener to back up their claims and provide some sort of regulatory proof behind their "site"

First of welcome to this OG forum. I wish you luck for your project, here in the forum and beyond. 30% instant rakeback (for new signups) is also great, often time it is only 20%. I also suggest you take help of any reputable campaign manager for better exposure.
What they have in the title of their post is 55% instant rakeback, that was what captured my attention. I'm thinking that that is really high, something I have not seen in this industry and I wonder how they can sustain that huge offer that is appearing too good to be true. I also have my reservation with casinos advertising as No-KYC when they will not hesitate to demand for KYC over cases of regular winning or huge winning or even when they suspect multiple accounting. This is up to 55 percent. For new accounts it is 30 percent. I am sure in order to reach the level where you will get the 55 percent rakeback, you have wager a decent amount of money (likely to be hundreds of thousands just like in every other casino) 30 percent is also much greater than what most of casino are doing.

The last one that disappeared has something to do with this? If yes then drop a proof atleast, or you are just making assumptions? You said this is all crypto betting era has to offer, have you tried stake? Have you tried Roobet? Did they disappeared on you? Maybe you have bad taste selecting online casino.

I specifically mentioned NEWLY PROMOTED CRYPTO SITES that claim "NOKYC" that don't even have license from any regulator. And roobet have their fair amounts of scam accusations against them while stake is at this point a top-brand longterm bookmaker. Before you start whining read the post properly. And of course I stand behind my words. 10 out of 12 NEWLY promoted supposed "No-KYC sites" that have been promoted here with a thread opened by their rep manager have ended up scamming one way or another (the sole exemptions at the time being dustbit and somewhat betski too. All the rest have either exit scammed and closed their platforms or scammed in some other form.

New day, new casino but still.... the same old marketing dialog, " Yes, we are a No KYC platform but we still reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation". They should just make this statement the universal slogan of every casino platforms. I mean everyone says this nowadays, don't they?! Only to end up as KYC later. CCC, what's with this contradictory terms and condition policy? What are you really!? To the point everything (your tos, and your Anjouan license which you said u applied for), suggests you are a KYC platform.
I'm curious if you have a list of countries that are prohibited from accessing the "SABA" sports section. I mean, I'm from the Philippines, and I get a message that basically says you can't access this section because of the IP I have. I don't get the same message when trying to access the BTi sports section, but it does require me to register first in order to access it.
Reading through their tos, I did not find any specific geo restrictions for SABA or BTi, but only the universal list. And I don't see Philippines on their prohibited list either.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum! I visited your CCC casino and I saw there are two providers for showing sportsbook, but only one of them is visible without registering account, it is called Saba sports. To me the whole website looks like it needs more work to make it more polished, and pages are opening slower than I would like to see.

It even get more crazier when they lunch a signature campaign promoting that false slogans. Checking the recently new lunched casinos in bitcointalk, they are all pretending to be nokyc, but at the same time they claim to be licensed. How is it possible that a license issuer will accept that they won't enforce kyc? And this time, the ccc casino is announcing the same two things, but at the same time there are no evidence that they are licensed. I wish op to come tomorrow and clarify about those details.

Hi,
license is Anjouan, in the midst of applying for it.
Welcome to the forum, it's good to have an active casino representative as that is the first step to building your brand. I just scrolled through your site and I'm wowed by how interesting the designs are, especially with the big anime lady at the front page. It seems it's going to be interesting over there. About your license that should be prioritized right now because it's something that adds to your points in building your brands trust among gamblers. It's really nice to have you here, and I wish you success with your signature campaign. Don't be like others, build your trust and grow your brand.

It's marketing but if they don't have that trick, it will make their advertisement more genuine and users who are lazy to check Terms of service will not be mislead by this "No-KYC" trick. Not only CCC.io casino but many other online casinos use the same marketing trick "No-KYC", even so it does not "No-KYC" advertisement is right. I also noticed that they are in a hurry to come live when so many things are not yet sorted like their license.
They will have to upgrade their platform as soon as possible. No business is perfect since its start but if it leaves holes in security for potential attackers, it will be very dangerous for their business as well as user funds.

This site literally has scam written all over it. Really hate it when sites claim that they are applying for a proper license instead of straight up admitting that they are unlicensed which is a clear red flag. Tempting promotions like the rakeback one is another red flag.
@CoffeeSipper64 summarized what's needed to be known about this site in his post above accurately. I do not recommend playing here unless you don't really care about your money.

Being cautious is understandable. To clarify, our Anjouan license application is still under review. We recognize that a pending application does not provide the same assurance as an issued license, and we will share verifiable details once it is granted. Our sponsorships are also coming up real soon as our partners are comfortable working with us closely, we will update here as well once we have that locked in. Thank you for your feedback on our rakeback promotion. We know how much players value rakeback, and we’re committed to giving more back to the community by striving to offer the highest rates in the market.

It's a new and helpful information from you for forum members and anyone who are interested in becoming your casino users. Would you mind sharing one more information, please. Do you have any information on average license application verification time from Anjouan, and if you have that, please share? It's different case by case, casino by casino, and license application by license application, but surely such information if you have, will be very helpful for community. It's like a possible result announcement time will be in the future with your CCC.io license.

In principle, I think we should give any new site the benefit of the doubt. The fact that they don’t have a licence shouldn’t be a problem – at least it wasn’t when I started out – and most casinos ran smoothly.
Can anyone confirm this? If so, rather than giving them the benefit of the doubt, we should be cautious about new sites joining the forum. At the moment, it seems the OP is handling the objections well, but you never know.
