Having a licence does not seems good, and ccc.io needs to have that in place to earn the trust of most forum users, but in other to make things very clear, I believe that having a licence does not make a casino 100% safe because those that has proven to be a scam in the past are with licence, so I don't think that it should be the only requirements or criteria that guarantees the safety of users funds.
Curacao license new regulation adds extra protection to players since they are now requiring casinos to have a dedicated ADR to handle player concerns against them.
That’s the only casino license I might consider as legit if they indicated an ADR. You’re statement here is generally correct most of the time but still there’s a chance of selective scam even on big casino.
Any players concern is something we intend to address with or without an ADR. Our ethos is to provide a platform that is safe and fair for our users. There is the livechat on our platform and we will actively look into forums and threads here to resolve any dissatisfaction you or any user that may face.
That's good, since its so hassle on the side of the players to go on ADR just to settle up their dispute.
Good that you didn't want to undergo on that process, then promise to do resolution without needing those bodies.
I think you just need to became more consistent showing up your presence here. Because that makes people feel confident, that there's someone in your team will cooperate with them once there's an issue came.
Thank you! You’re right that being here consistently matters, and we’ll keep showing up. Just to clarify our earlier reply, we are not avoiding any dispute process, our live chat team and this thread are here to resolve issues directly, and once our license is issued we will follow the dispute process it requires.
We do have some prediction contest coming up soon! Infact, we are looking at poker tournaments as well, do stay tune. In terms of the mechanics of how it will be, we are working behind the scene to make it fair, fun and exciting for users to particpate in

Thats great news forum users love poker events. I assumed that it will be posted via your amnouncement thread here or maybe some on the games and round section. We hope you got some requirememts that avoid the contest by being spam by multi users so that it would be fair. You can use some ranking in requirements or other criteria to screen users.
Contest announcements will be posted here in our thread first. We hear you on keeping alt accounts out, and it’s one of the things we’re factoring in as we finalise the rules.
Our current understanding is that the review process takes approximately 4 months.
I like the fct tht your tem is working on getting license but to some gmblers license is not drwbck once the gmbling pltform provide the service tht cn convince them into trusting their service which one is the mrketing you're doing but i think you should lso consider going for the GameCheck seal due to alot of gambling platform hiding behind provably fair, and with the GameCheck seal people can confirm your games authenticity which i believe will build more trust.
That's my 2 cents, but the decision is all yours, though.
I agree with your opinion, and we’re on the same page here, regardless of licensing issues, what matters most to gamblers is that a casino is proven to be fair and provides the best service for example, few system errors, a customer service team that responds quickly to any complaints gamblers may have, fast deposit and withdrawal processes, and a casino that’s easy to access without the hassle the hassle of using a VPN. As for the licensing issue, since this casino is still new, they may be able to resolve it gradually.
Scoras is a good example where they possessed a legit license, but still turned out to be a scam site. Also, any site that states 'License in progress' instead of calling themselves unlicensed is shady as hell. This is why I do not recommend playing here as of now.
Exactly, just that Scoras was obvious from the start with so many flaws that was left unsolved.
They just kept on giving promises which I noticed were all a lie to keep their scam running till they got enough of what they wanted before ditching the forum. License or not, a scam casino will pull the plug immediately they hit their targets.
But it is worth giving them a try, let's not judge a book by its cover. We should see how they turn out, if they are willing to grow their reputation on the forum then it will take a while to see how serious they are about it.
Around four months is the estimate we’ve been given, though the actual timeline may vary. We’re hopeful it can be completed sooner and will share confirmed updates as they become available.
Hopefully and I wish you guys success on that. Will be awaiting your updates.
Thank you for giving us a fair chance. Fair games, quick support and smooth deposits and withdrawals are exactly what we’re focused on, and we’ll keep sharing updates here as they happen.
