Could you update the link? And why do you persist in claiming that you do not require KYC, when Swapuz is known to potentially request KYC from normal users (such as cases involving high AML risk)?
Hey and thanks for letting us know about the link.
Updated evidence link:
https://www.filemail.com/d/ritbewlaubqpmjtRegarding partners, we have different agreements with them, which makes it pretty safe to say that no KYC is requested. Naturally, as they are third parties, nothing is 101% sure. Therefore we will refrain from making absolute guarantees. This is also how other well-known no-KYC directories and aggregators work with their partners.
We can only be 101% sure about what has happened to this day: so far 0 KYC requests, across thousands of completed and refunded swaps.
What comes to the amount, this is not the biggest swap routed through EagleSwap, or the biggest where Swapuz was the partner. So it should be clear that the swap was not frozen due to the amount. (This can be proven privately to a trusted member or forum staff)
