Pair & Amount: BTC ⇾ USDT / 0.00024595(including Tx fee)
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Floating
Time to Complete: 45 minutes (total time from intiating the swap to completion)
Rate Received vs Expected: Received exactly as expected.
Support Experience (if used): None

What I liked:

I was specifically impressed by the telegram bot which help notified me when my transaction was confirmed on the blockchain and when my payment was sent.

Also the service was fast, I instantly received payment the moment my transaction got two confirmation on the blockchain, that’s a green flag for now.

What could be improved:

 Supported networks for stable coins.

I don’t usually like using stablecoins like USDT on Ethereum and that’s the only network they currently support, customers should be able to select which network they want to receive/send stablecoins on imo.  So that’s the only area where I think they need improvements currently, the UI/UX is already great.

Overall Rating:  7/10

I also submitted a review on Monerica after completing my swap.

Swap ID:

First swap ID: 288e818d-4612-45a4-aa23-2c85db923a58
Second swap ID: b8689049-3da2-4222-9871-d307c810c1c6

My first deposit fell short of the minimum requirement. I deposited $20 actually but after fee deduction the actual amount received was $19.92 (that was from the platform I sent from, not from the anonchange.com thou) so I made the swap anyway and deposit again (this time I deposited the required amount) and then complete the swap.

Pair & Amount:
USDT/SOL
$19.92, $20 Respectively.

Rate Type (Fixed/Floating):
Floating for my first swap and Fixed for the second swap

Time to Complete:

Each swap take less than five (5) minutes to complete.

Rate Received vs Expected:

I received exactly as quoted, no hidden fees or slippage.

Support Experience (if used):

I used the live support chat and my experience with them was smooth. They were helpful and responsive (takes just like a minute to get a respond from them).

What I liked:

Truly No KYC, no registration needed. The interface is simple to navigate. The transaction is fast and went directly to my wallet without any problem. Every process is transparent.

What could be improved:

I think this should be on top so people can easily notice it and not at the bottom of the page especially the last one that I marked.

This is not something serious but it should not be overlooked either. The text in the second box is not completely visible to read. I don't know if it is my device but if that's how it is, I suggest the text font should be reduced to contain the box.

Overall Rating:

I will rate 9/10

Swap ID: 57b115bb-9867-4fe6-a2e4-be3f65c8f12e
Pair & Amount: BTC/LTC. 0.000237 BTC/0.31957374 LTC
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Floating
Time to Complete: 2 minutes after the required 2/2 blockchain confirmation time
Rate Received vs Expected: The rate was accurate.
Support Experience (if used): The swap was smooth, so there was no need to test support

What I liked: What i most appreciated is that you have added a qr code for the deposit address, with the exact amount to be sent. That feature is not available in a few instant swap services i've used. I like that you have a Letter of Guarantee and also a 'what you need to know' list, which details important information that users need to know, such as the required network confirmation, and that they should do well to save the order page to track their order.

What could be improved: My experience was satisfactory, it was a small swap, but everything went smoothly. Plus the site is also easy to use, so i cannot point out any aspect that requires improvements right now.

Overall Rating: 9/10 on this swap.

Pair & Amount:BTC-USDT(0.0002358btc- 18.762205)
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Floating
Time to Complete: It took 37 minutes in total, even though the actual swap took less than 10 minutes. Block confirmation took over 20 minutes, which extended the total time to 37 minutes.
Rate Received vs Expected: 1% + 0.5 USDT for the fee, which is fair enough..
Support Experience (if used): Transaction went perfectly well, so there was no need to involve the support
What I liked:
The site looks simple and clean, with no lagging, and everything works smoothly. I've reviewed some sites that lag when you click on certain tabs.

I also like how the transaction process tab updates automatically at every stage, from when the deposit is confirmed to when the swap is fully completed.

What could be improved:
So far, everything looks fine. The only issue I noticed was the refund address tab. The text seems too big and should be resized. Apart from that, everything was okay.
Overall Rating: 8/10

P.s, I also dropped my review on monerica, awaiting moderators approval..

[Cookdata]

Introduction: The exchange is just like many instant swaps where you give a coin and get another coin to your wallet address. The merit is that you don't need KYC, they truly have no KYC requirement, and you don't need an account to make a swap. The interface is simple, it loads faster on both PC and Mobile phone seamlessly.

Swap: The swap is also like other instant swap, it has fixed and float rate options for the amount to receive when making a swap.

On the exchange, I tried to swap between ETH and SOL. I tried to exchange 0.184 ETH using a fixed rate option with a quoted amount of SOL I would receive, and the address was submitted. I was redirected to another page for payment information that contains the deposit address and the letter of guarantee.

Before I made the deposit, I downloaded the letter of guarantee to verify whether the file contains a valid signature.

I verified the letter file, the signature was valid, and the public key is the one I found on https://anonchange.com/pgp

Reference:

Code:

7C95 D83F 7714 A468 5487 0D2C 11B2 EF4B 5185 F242

I proceeded to deposit the amount of Ethereum, and after waiting for 12 confirmations, as expected on the transaction page, my equivalent amount of SOL was sent in less than a few seconds.

Track order:

Code:

41611e48-081e-45f2-889e-bc7653da499f

What I liked: Nothing new, it's like other instant exchanges

What could be improved:
- Liquidity is low for some coins. The team need to increase liquidity. The more coins are swapped, the more liquidity will shift from one to another.
- The dark mode is great, but light mode as an option wouldn't be a bad idea.
- The team doesn't have to add recent swapped transactions to the home page, that can be used to track transactions, especially the time and amount displayed.

Overall Rating: 8/10

Swap ID: d0694690-0730-4f9c-8a44-6860123914b2
Pair & Amount: 0.000242 BTC - 0.03142462 XMR
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Floating
Time to Complete: Based on times shown in my wallets: 15 minutes after the first confirmation. It took 34 minutes from creating the swap to sending my XMR.
Rate Received vs Expected: Received 0.031475665203 XMR. Slightly more than expected
Support Experience (if used): No support needed

What I liked: Despite 2% fee, the expected amount was higher than the top 3 on Orangefren.
What could be improved: Waiting for 2 confirmations for a small bitcoin deposit is too much.

Overall Rating: 8/10. The exchange did what I expected.

Swap ID: 6537e53f-3f18-4d74-98b5-12... (I don’t know the subsequent digits, as I didn’t save the ID - I only took a screenshot)
Pair & Amount: BTC ⇾ XMR
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Float
Time to Complete: ~30 minutes (The total time was affected by the need to wait for transaction confirmation, due to a low fee. I expect the exchange process could be faster if a higher fee were set.)
Rate Received vs Expected: Exactly what was specified at the start of the exchange was received.
Support Experience (if used): It wasn’t needed.

What I liked: Quite fast, no registration required, the service works like clockwork. I am satisfied with the result and so far, I can’t say anything bad.
What could be improved: I took a look at the BTC - USDT pairs and only saw one network (ETH). It would be a good idea to add a few more low-cost and high-speed networks, such as BNB (and some others).

Overall Rating: 10 /10 (I didn’t lower the rating due to the limited number of exchanging pairs)

Swap ID: 46c078f0-4cce-4966-8d9b-eda5fbde57a2
Pair & Amount: BTC - SOL
Rate Type (Fixed/Floating): Float
Time to Complete: 30mins. very precise
Rate Received vs Expected: it was accurate
Support Experience (if used): could you lessen the time duration of 30mins before the support reply?

What I liked:

• No kyc, no registration required, it can really be said that the privacy of anyone who uses the platform is safe
• The duration time given in the confirmation on the 1st and 2nd is very accurate and I quite liked that.
• Their telegram bot also updates the transaction we are making as to what is happening.
• You have a letter quarantee which is good

What could be improved: I hope in the future you could add more blockchain network to your platform

What I liked: I like the fact that the UI was easy to navigate and friendly, I also like the dark theme of the UI, I also like the notification of the telegram chat bot after the swap was completed.
What could be improved: everything about the Anonchange seems to be okay to me for now, so if I’m being honest would say the tool is just fine for now.
