Support Experience (if used):
What I liked:I created an order for swapping BTC to USDC. The rate was good, I compared to other swap services and it was very close from 2 services that have signature campaigns in bitcointalk. And it was better than another swap that does not have a signature campaign anymore but did before.
The design of the website is clean and easy to understand, and I liked the way it shows the transaction detected and how many confirmations are left. I tested as well the lite version of the website with no javascript, and it worked greatly.
After 2 confirmations which took around 30 minutes I received the USDC with a rate that was very close from the calculated one. Less than 2 cents difference which is very normal after 30 minutes in the crypto market and a floating rate.
I did not test the telegram notifications but I noticed it starts a bot with the id of the transaction, so one click will allow the notifications about the status of the order.
What could be improved:In the Lite version of the website the text area to type the crypto amount is very small. Because of this I could not see for example how many bitcoins I will receive in a swap of $100 USDC

Because of this, the text area needs to be big to support the 8 decimals of bitcoin 0.00000001
Another thing I disliked is in the main page where we can see all recent transactions. This is bad for privacy because you can try to use this information to deanonymize other orders. The website OrangeFren added a option to their website to not show swaps that publish recent swaps:
This is the post they made:
New filter & warning for services that publish info on recent swapsOne user on our
SimpleX group suggested we add information about which services publish information on recent swaps. This information typically contains the pairs used in the swap and the amounts.
Example from Bitania:

Example from FixedFloat:

This can potentially hurt user privacy a lot, especially if there's no way to opt out.
OrangeFren.com now has a new warning and filter allowing you to quickly identify if such a service:

I think it is important to remove this option or have a big delay of many days and hidden amounts to not decrease the privacy of the users.
