I don't think any AI was used here but it could be a mathematical tactic by the casino or it could be completely random and just luck. I heard that in an 8 deck shoe there are literally eight Aces of Hearts in play. Having four Aces of Hearts in one play is rare but it is actually not impossible.
In my opinion what that player is expressing is not a rigged AI or a broken neural network but a one in a million physical card distribution caught on stream.

If the game uses multiple decks of cards, then it is possible that these 4 aces of heart are genuinely drawn by the dealer. Although this kind of event is very rare, we cannot deny the possibility that it really happened.
The one who recorded the video is so focused on the AI glitch, thinking that the casino is cheating or rigging the game, without considering that he just witnessed a very spectacular event.
If the 4 aces of hearts were his drawn card, I bet we would hear a different story.

It is an AI dealer. The woman passing by and fading instantly before crossing the path suggests it's AI. The card were fast and the dealer hands get blurry at some point is also a clue.
She didn't fade instantly, also, it is not uncommon for the dealer's hand to be blurry when moving fast enough. I've seen it happen a lot of times, and what's happening on the video isn't uncommon. Here's a sequence of images of the woman. Also, if you look closely at the video that was posted on X, you can even see her shadow when she is already out of the frame.

I found a video on X of a guy playing online blackjack. He calmly records his hand and watches the dealer's AI. It seemed like what could possibly go wrong?
Apparently if you can't play and adapt with the Ai dealer concept in the casino, you can try the live dealer too. If you can't also find any of the two dealers comfortably and reliable, then I'll advice that you should consider betting on sports or prediction market. It'll also be quite unfortunate because if you've trust issues in a gaming or prediction market which you can't be guaranteed 100% provely fair, then you won't find gambling and betting healthy for yourself because, you won't always satisfy your emotions as much you loses much. So I can say that you should forget about the guy if he think there's a cheat there about the Ai dealer in the game. But it's also good if you can outline any claim of errors in the system.

However if it is indeed proven to be AI, i would feel really stupid. I just dont think its would be worth it for the casinos to make this AI when they can hire real people at minimum wage, should be cheaper then making this too real AI dealer
Omg yes! I doubt more and more what I'm seeing, whether it's AI content or real. And it's so awkward when you tell someone about something you saw and they go "bro, that's AI". Same here, at first glance everything looks natural, but then someone spots something in the cards, someone else in how people move... man, I don't even know what to believe anymore.

LOL, that's funny but I don't think that guy was an AI. It's true that someone passed through behind him. It can be an excuse and a reason for them to have that technical glitch. But this seems to be have a preloaded card in that deck and to make everyone lose at that round. I still haven't gotten used to the fact that AIs will one day take the place of real dealers. I really like AI, but not in environments where human contact is essential to me. Until perfection is reached; if it ever is, it will still bring many misfortunes for both casinos and gamblers.
When that time comes, those who have calculated into situations like this will feel cheated. And this can cause them lose more users per se. But this one isn't an AI just as how we've watched the video, I'm not convinced.

That is against casinos as a user can use it as proof to sue the casino for cheating so whoever casino uses AI needs to do some checks. I mean real thoroughly checks or things can go south pretty quickly for such casinos and they cannot justify themselves that AI is not a mature technology so we cannot guarantee the 100% fairness as the users sueing them can say do not put AI at all if you cannot assure 100% of correct operation from it. So I think most casinos should be very cautious with their AI implementation.
Invariably the casino did not just smuggle the AI into the system, the player was aware that the dealer was an Artificial intelligence, so of what reason does the player have to sue the casino and at what level can the AI be proved unfair that the AI program is projected to manipulate the game outcomes as claimed? You know it does not make sense if we walk into the law court to file a legal case that you yourself does not have any form of evidence to back up your complains. "Just trade the industry with caution" is all I can say. It really saves us a lot of regrets and preserves our zeal for the long term too. The AI technology can never be trusted 100% but while it is introduced in gambling and we afford to deal with it should not be questionable just because it is not of players favour.

I saw this video on social media and I initially thought I was a joke or some setup, the fact this actually happened in real life is impressive. I do not know what to think of it, initially there is no indication there was some AI involved in this case, the person seems to be real but I am not sure about those cards or the system which is being used to draw all those cards on the table.
It makes me wonder if the casino itself has released some official statement on this case, because this is the kind of stuff which ends up killing trust gamblers have on casinos and third party providers...
Anyways, I will keep an eye on it, in order to know whether there is an official statement or some important development about all this...

If we calculate odds here, since four consecutive card are drawn without any being returned to deck then probabilities are as follows-
Chance of the 1st card being the Ace of Hearts is 6/312 2nd card being the Ace of Hearts is 5/311 3rd card being the Ace of Hearts is 4/310 And 4th card being the Ace of Hearts is 3/309
So, calculating the total probability, chance of all four consecutive card being the Ace of Hearts is, P = (6/312)*(5/311)*(4/310) * (3/309) P = 360 / 9286419120 = 1 / 25818598
So, in 6-deck shoe, the probability of drawing Ace of Hearts four times in a row is approximately 1 in 25.8 million. Lol,,
In any fair card game, it is impossible to witness such a scenario, even over the course of lifetime. I am certain that this casino is cheating by stacking the Aces together.

OP are you aware what AI and neural network means?
Live dealer games are played with 7 very well shuffled decks of cards. The whole process of shuffling in live casinos is so supervised and multi-layered that it's very hard to be tampered with.
They buy the decks from verified vendors that manufacture cards so they can't be numbered or spotted and look identical from either side. So called fair decks. Then they have a dedicated process and person shuffling decks all day. Shuffles all 7 of them very thoroughly and puts them on the side. When a dealer need a new shoe they bring that one that was shuffled. So he has no idea who shuffled it. And after it gets done, it goes through YET another shuffle on the live table by a person that is on shift at that time. So there's no way this can be tampered with. Or at least it would require such a large conspiracy that it's never worth it.

The way I look at it, there seems to be no sufficient proof that supports any of the assumptions made in the OP.
One, it doesn't appear to me that the dealer is an AI. He appears to me as a real human being.
Two, it doesn't appear that the online casino has crashed. Just because the dealer got a rare hand doesn't automatically mean the casino has crashed. In principle, each hand is rare because each hand shares the same probability.
Third, to call the game result modified isn't backed with an iota of proof. And since it's a heavy accusation, it shouldn't just be supported with a mere occurrence of a rare hand, not an impossible hand. If there were only 3 decks and 4 aces of heart came out, then that's a modified result. If there were 7 or 8 decks, however, nothing is proven.

Its seems for me its just a normal video of a dealer and then there is a chance possible perspective or even a distort with the video reason for like a visual bugs like on the image, and I guess just the shock moment here is the dealer got a consecutive Aces, and afterward is hitting the 16, which is we do expect to have a bust but instead the last card upon draw is 5 reason for Blackjack for the dealer. So seems nothing AI here. If you see in the dealers hand they are holding their thumb and pointing in the card.

There is no way this is a AI dealer and not a real person. Did you notice the creaes in his shirt especially when moving his hands ? if it was AI definitely there would be some glitches or blurriness However if it is indeed proven to be AI, i would feel really stupid. I just dont think its would be worth it for the casinos to make this AI when they can hire real people at minimum wage, should be cheaper then making this too real AI dealer
First of all, you need to understand that with the recent development of AI it has become very difficult to differentiate between what's real and AI itself. This clearly looks like a real person and I also find it quite confusing but at the same time I would not be shocked if it's an AI dealer, this is what is expected at such a time when Ai is in constant and it's possible that a casino might find the use of Ai to be more effective but looking at the movements of the dealer I don't think it's Ai I don't think any AI was used here but it could be a mathematical tactic by the casino or it could be completely random and just luck. I heard that in an 8 deck shoe there are literally eight Aces of Hearts in play. Having four Aces of Hearts in one play is rare but it is actually not impossible.
This is another thing that caught my attention, four aces of heart isn't just rare but you could also say that it is almost impossible but it can be done only on certain conditions. I also don't think that any form of Ai was used here even though it totally looks like it.

Well, this clearly shows you have no idea how blackjack is played If we assume the minimum 4 decks of cards, the possibility is one in 75,932,540. If we assume 7 decks the possibility is 1 in 1,109,607. To give you an idea of how common this would be, if everyone on this planet played 10 games of blackjack, you would have 80 000 videos like this, if evey video would be 1 minute long it will take you 55 days to watch them all Swear to god, can't wait for the moment someone says there is AI behind the opening and closing doors of a hypermarket! This is another thing that caught my attention, four aces of heart isn't just rare but you could also say that it is almost impossible but it can be done only on certain conditions.
No, you could NOT!

As others have said, this could not be an AI. But probably the question on what are the odds of the dealer getting 4 aces in a row? I know that it's crazy but it can really happen in game. I've seen somewhat playing baccarat winning 21 hands in a row and that is really insane.
It's just too bad that the player didn't understand how it could possibly happened to him. Because as gamblers, if we lost game, we almost have to find someone to play, AI, cheating and everything to justify us losing our hand.

I agree with everyone, it's definitely not AI, because the movements of his hands and everything, and the placing of the cards on the table after taking them out from the deck, and as it is visible in the video and also mentioned by some users here, and it is generally known as well, that most of the blackjack tables or operators use 4 to 8 decks of cards, so it is obviously possible to draw 4 aces of hearts, but the odds for them being lined up exactly one after an other inside that container is a bit suspicious because the cards are supposed to be properly shuffled before being used for another round, right? So the odds for this happening are extremely tiny.
He obviously can't claim anything because there is no visible cheating involved on the dealer's side, so he is never going to get any refund, but after this, he will probably stop playing with them because he would know this is suspicious as hell, and the same thing is being said by those who commented under that video that it is suspicious, some say they are not going to trust live blackjack or any game from now on, and they are not actually wrong, but at the end of the day. However, we can't say that it was AI and it was a glitch or a problem from their side that caused this because it clearly isn't that.

I don't know if this is AI, the woman walking behind the guy at the start of the video(that was on the link you shared) suggests that this might not be AI. Also, looking at the deck that they have, they are using multiple decks. I am not sure how many decks they are using at the same time, but if they are using 4 at the same time, 4 aces of hearts is possible, but the chance of that happening is extremely low, but not impossible.
That's the point, you won't know if it's AI, there are some games that the existence of AI will ruin and this is one of those games, any casino games that should be Live should be Live not online, if AI tampered with it and you noticed they can say it's a glitch and you can be cheated if the amount won is very big, I would rather visit a casino if blackjack or any similar game are on my mind than playing them online, I can't even trust online LIVE videos anymore.

I don't think it's an AI but those 4 ace of heart is something. That's something that you can only see once in a life. The odds of having those is next to impossible even if it is 6 to 8 decks of card. I can't say that they cheated but there are definitely somethings fishy like some bugging that OP and other forum members mentioned.
Glad that this was caught on stream, investigators should do something about it or audit them if it is was rigged or not.

Perhaps all casinos that use such technologies need to more thoroughly check the neural networks they rely on? Especially if it's not an image bug, but a modified game result.
After watching this video, I'm confused as to whether it was any actual AI dealer game or live stream using real card. And there is no way to tell from this video whether card rendering glitch occurred or not. But yes, whether it's AI or any live stream, seeing four Aces of Hearts in single hand is truly hilarious If any casino uses such a wall then any visual bug in AI does not necessarily mean that game is rigged. However if same bug affects actual result then it becomes serious integrity issue. So, just as it is necessary to train AI better, similarly casino should maintain verifiable game history for such unusual hand. So that player and auditor can check result later.

Source: https://x.com/GambaUpdateonx/status/2111926222477570322If anyone has found similar news or videos, please feel free to share them, as this video made me laugh out loud. It can happen but is very rare so I don’t see any irregularities here unless the screen freezes in the middle of the game while only the display cards showing on the screen. I believe this game provider is pragmatic so I really they will resort to this manipulation assumption considering that they can beat the players with the house edge. It’s not an AI btw
