Not a good reason to give for not offering collateral. It should actually be the other way round (More successful past repaid  loans, more trustworthiness). Anyway, may you get the help you seek.

Try again, writing all the text in a single line. Also, make sure you right click on the correct address in Electrum and choose 'Sign message'.
