I love the fact that we are always having new casinos on a daily basis and yours is pretty fine no doubt, but I was struggling to view up your image due to the size. Maybe you can adjust it a bit for it to be more convenient just as a user has stated above. However, I was trying to check if your casino was no KYC or a KYC but I just couldn't behold that information since I was unable to successfully load up your image to see every write up on it. But then, even if your casino is KYC I don't think I'll be having any issues with that because what I hate so much is when you'll say you're no KYC from the start and later after you start demanding it Just to get customers pissed up. That's said away, you are welcome to the forum and I wish your team well.

They are a KYC casino, check out their Terms and condition page. At point 4.8, it clearly says they reserve the right to to ask for any KYC documentation if deemed necessary!

Anyway, it's good to see, that they aren't trying to promote themselves as being No KYC like the rest of the casinos does these days (despite being clearly KYC).

I don't know if it's one person handling both accounts but it's usually better to keep official representation to one to keep a single channel of communication or you have the op confirm who else is a representative or hold a position in the casino.

Welcome to the forum. Your casino looks good, and I see that you have a license. I noticed in your terms of service that the minimum withdrawal amount for cryptocurrencies is set at €10. Honestly, I think that’s quite high, especially considering that cryptocurrencies like Litecoin have very low transaction fees meaning the withdrawal cost would be minimal, allowing you to set a much lower minimum withdrawal threshold. Of course, it’s your casino, but I’m not sure how many players appreciate a high minimum withdrawal amount.

I also noticed that your casino’s Twitter account was created in 2025 last year yet the first tweet wasn’t posted until March 20th of this year. I’ll admit I don’t quite understand the reason for this; I can only assume it’s a repurposed account perhaps one that was used for something else and then renamed. That might be the case. The casino launched on March 25th, as you can see here:

Finally, I'm happy to see that you did not advertise as no KYC casino even though people can use your casino without compulsorily completing KYC and will be required to perform KYC only on your request and when you see reasons for that. There are several different images with different heights in the code. Changing them all to the same height will cause the images to distort, making the whole layout fall apart.
To fit them properly, they need to reduce the height of each image by the same percentage.

My question is since you are fully accepting KYC, why can't you request it at the ti.w of registration instead of when the gambler request for withdrawal. Is there anything do the KYC at the registration process?

Just had a quick look on the platform while we wait. Interesting depo bonus gotta say, while 20x wager is certainly not low, it is still lower from the 35x-40x I typically see. Too bad only pragmatic play slots are counted. Perhaps you could add other slot providers for the slot players.

I think your designer has to work a little bit more to make the announcement properly. Otherwise you may hire a professional from the forum as well.

You haven’t shared much about your marketing strategy. You may keep count of forum advertising as well, including some additional promos for the forum users. That will draw attention to your platform among a lot of platforms here. Withdrawal should always be smooth; that’s most important for gamblers. As long as your service is faster and smoother, gamblers will start trusting you.
