What the tension of a low market can cause is very high and leading to lost of funds when the proper approach is not giving, not controlling emotions when the price of Bitcoin is down most people sells of there holding with fear that not selling might lead to Lossing all what they have worked for all the years. Being strategic with making decisions while doing there is speculation about the Bitcoin market, every one can't be in the market still having there sanity intact when it comes to pressure.
We have gotten that level where are not supposed to be moved by the market realities, we can't stop the market from doing what it knows how to do best, we know Bitcoin to be a volatile asset, so we should expect the market to react either ways at any time, the good thing about Bitcoin is that, it doesn't stay at a particular market position for a long time, there are downtime and upsurge and as investor we shouldn't get tired of these event happening.
Every investor should be prepared for all this, so that they will not make decisions that might hinder them from continuing their Bitcoin investment that was initially planned for a long-term, there's nothing new in the market right now, except for newbies that have not experienced what the market is made of.

Instead of putting yourself in unnecessary pressure and be worried about short term price fluctuations, i think it’s better to be consistent with your purchases and give it time. The main thing I think is to have an idea of what you want to do, and to find a method that will work for you, instead of thinking that you have to be in front of the market at all times in order to be a successful Bitcoin investor.

I have seen people who trade like this, I mean been at the front of chart for long becoming mentally ill. Trading doesn't need you to do too much before getting profits, you just have to be free while doing it. Since money is involved, it had driven many to making silly decisions and emotional rollercoaster into a mess.

To win over it, the mindset of loosing money should be cultivated, whatever should happen should happen, you don't give a damn fuck.
Most of the traders give a fuck at when it turns out badly, this is because majority has considered it as source of income and can make use of larger amounts of money that they might even be needing for something else, saying whatever should happen should happen, you don't give a damn fuck sound more easier said than done, traders are prone to chasing loses if only you understand what this means then you will agree with me that one lose can lead to many losses and why traders really have to give a damn fuck at whatever happens.

Trading is difficult and complicated at same time, reason why a whole lot of trading strategy might be complicated is because these strategy might not give an accurate outcome for example tracking the market. Bitcoin is volatile, studying the market direction is really not certain a trader is going to get it correctly. Bitcoin market experiencing a dip or slow as mentioned is for a reason, bitcoin has a circle and at every event the price might likely experience a bull run or bear season no doubt traders also fallout if failure to trade moderately, for a fact the market plays a big role.

That's so true and it's not always the faults of the traders some time because the market is too complicated and you can't be able to predict the market because of how complicated the market can get. Trading during the times when the market isn't in a bull market can be difficult and not worth doing because the strategy isn't what's making you not to make profits but the general market is slow. It isn't every time that you can make profits as a trader from the market but some traders have studied the market and understood that when the market isn't in a bull market, they can trade against the market and also make profits but that's a more risky way of trading and your chances of losing increases more when you start trading in that way. This has made most traders to avoid trading when the market is slow to avoid losing money because during this time, there isn't that much profits that can be made from the market.

‎A lot of investors today finds it difficult to continue investing especially when the Bitcoin market is slow, knowing fully well that it's volatile, yet they still fall into depression and heartbreak when the Bitcoin market is slow. as an investor that knows the trade what you ought to do is to remain patient and observe the next move very well by regular monitoring the trading volume and identifying key support and the resistance position.
‎
‎Sometimes when the market is slow it gives advantage to investors but it just needs one to apply self discipline and have a nice strategy to work on.
You seem to be contradicting the idea of a true investor and a traders mindset. You don’t have to contradict yourself, if you’re truly investing in bitcoin then you shouldn’t be stressing yourself trying to study the market, all you need to do is focus on figuring out a discretionary income to use and buy bitcoin at any market price. You cannot predict the market because it’s highly volatile so don’t stress yourself about that. As an investor and not a trader, use the DCA strategy to enable you accumulate bitcoin whenever you have a discretionary income either weekly or monthly basis, that way you’re saving yourself from the stress of trying to time the market.

Actually as an investor who is prepared for a long-term investment strategy and is aware of Bitcoin's volatility won't be too concerned about the cryptocurrency's slow pace or when its price starts to decline sharply. All investors, with the exception of day traders like you mentioned above, will eventually want their assets to increase in value so they can profit in the future. However, this does not mean that they become entirely depressed when the market is slow.

Since they are already committed to a long-term investment plan, a dip is undoubtedly a chance for them to celebrate and make additional purchases; they wouldn't be in a panic. Thus, it appears that the OP is confused in some way. Regarding the topic title, however, day traders would be concerned because it is the opposite of what they intended when they entered the market, whereas investors would prefer to buy when Bitcoin is slow.

Investors who buy Bitcoin with a long-term plan to invest consistently and with a mindset to hold their investment for a long time will never be disappointed quickly by the calm environment of the market. They will see it as an opportunity to invest and invest more within their means and wait for a good time because they know that the price of Bitcoin will stay in one place for a long time and gradually increase in value. Investors who have invested with a short-term plan may be disappointed by the current market conditions and may become emotional, this is never a concern for investors with a long-term mindset or plan. Keep a calm mind, maintain consistency, invest within your means and wait patiently for a long time.

It is mostly those that makes the mistake of using money that is for their expenses that panic when the market isn't going the way they expected, although even those that invested with discretionary may still panic. Long term investor aren't moved by the short term market movement because they are not after quick profit, rather they are focused on achieving their long term goals by being consistent in buying bitcoin. It is traders that are much interested in monitoring the market in other to buy at a lower price and to sell when there investment has appreciated, because they want to make quick profit .
Naturally panicking isn’t a good idea when we are holding for long term but we are human with feelings so we panic even if it little during the market dips but what we shouldn’t be doing most especially for those holding for long term is overreacting just because the market shifts it movement. We shouldn’t overreact and instantly make decisions of selling when we are holding for a long term, let stay patient and calm during this market corrections.

However, let always be aware of how risky it is to invest with the money we can’t afford to loss and most importantly we shouldn’t invests with the money that isn’t our discretionary income because we might end up regretting our decision.
It normal to get emotional when it comes to these things, if you invest in bitcoin and you intend to hold for a long period of time, then you should know that these circumstances or situations are bound to happen. Bitcoin investment is meant to be done with discretionary income, at least with this when the market begins to fluctuate you don’t get really affected emotionally.

Panicking during the dip doesn’t really help, so in situation like this, newbies should seek advice from experts, read online about situations like this. The biggest mistake is to panic and sell during these period, it will only make your situation worse.

As a futuristic investment, the slow progress of Bitcoin's price shouldn't cause investors to reduce the pace of their accumulation, it's a very wrong thing cause Bitcoin is giving them opportunity to accumulate more before a new all time high is set so the best way of seizing the opportunity is buying consistently.

It's only weak hands that would allow such situation to get them bothered, investors who understand the importance of holding and building their portfolio focus their attention on accumulating more Bitcoins.

‎
‎Conclusion

‎When bitcoin market is slow it gives you the  privilege to study and prepare very well, by  applying discipline in trading,  if you want to be successful in trading, it's not all about trading everyday but it's all about getting it right at once with the right strategies by knowing that it is volatile too.
Real Bitcoin investors don't project the market within a short period; they make their projections for years so that they can have time to accumulate more Bitcoin in their wallet. The slow market is usually favourable to them, especially for investors who buy using the DCA method. The slow market will give them the opportunity to buy more Bitcoin before the price goes up.
Spot traders are the ones who always want a fast market and a fast pump so that they can make quick profit in their trades. Patience is the key in Bitcoin investemnt.

Investing in Bitcoin with a long-term plan is a good strategy because it helps you focus on gradually increasing your savings without worrying too much about daily price fluctuations. And the mindset of investing in the long term comes when investment decisions are made based on your financial capabilities and real circumstances. Because, when the market price remains stable or decreases for a long time, it is not easy for everyone to be patient, especially for those who may need the invested money soon. Therefore, those who invest in Bitcoin with a long-term plan usually invest with the money left over after meeting the necessary expenses, that is, discretionary income. It is better to proceed consistently according to your plan rather than changing decisions repeatedly based on market conditions. It is better to invest in Bitcoin little by little according to your capabilities and gain more knowledge. However, no one can guarantee that you will profit from Bitcoin, so the investment amount should also be determined prudently.

That's just the issue among most investors and why their investment fails.  A lot of them always put their focus on short term market movements, some will be monitoring the price time to time. This would now lead them to make some decisions based on their emotions and lead to poor decisions whenever the market starts going down e.g sellling because market is dipping or when the price is rising a bit. The market dip always turns out to be an opportunity for a person who understands how investment works.
I remembered accumulating bitcoin when it's price was at $60k using the DCA strategy, now fast forward to today, bitcoin is now sitting at $80k. This is why investment must be done with patience and a proper knowledge.

Thanks for the enlightenment, VivaMan. If Iam right, your core point is that: When the market is slow, investors should stay patient and disciplined, study price direction and volume, avoid unnecessary trades, and manage risk without over leverage.
‎
‎My Question is: When you say say the market is slow, do you mean low price movement or low trading volume? And how can a beginner tell a quiet market from the calm before a big drop?
‎
‎   Huh I would appreciate an explanation. Iam still learning and I want to understand the message properly.

Exactly, sometimes some people still de mistake the difference between traders and investors, and make we know say no be the same thing go work for both of them. For person wey de invest into Bitcoin, such person no need check weda market slow or not before e go buy, na why them talk say na DCA be the best strategy for person wey de into Bitcoin investment.

But for trader na different case, DCA no go work for trader but rather na buying the Dip, they go need observe the market, to fit buy then sell when the maker don pump.

For both trader and investors, sha no forget say na your discretionary income you go use, because if you use watin pass your discretionary income, you fit de forced to sell prematurely.
